Positive experience: Very great customer service but they dont accept any type of health insurance. This should be made aware somewhere on their website and to patients before patients schedule an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist since I was 10 due to a fear of dentist for a traumatized experience I had, the doctor and his assistant made me feel so comfortable to where my fear has gone a way, I came in for a deep cleaning and root canal he made sure I was comfortable and explained the whole process throughout the whole procedure amazing dentist would totally recommend I am coming back for my cavity filling.

Negative experience: I recently visited this dental clinic where I paid $100 for a dental exam. However, after the payment, the clinic refused to give me the X-rays from my exam. Later, I went to another clinic, where I was informed that it’s my right to obtain the radiographs, especially since I was charged $100 for the exam. I called the original clinic again, and after making me wait half the morning, they told me I would need to pay an additional $50 to get the X-rays. This is completely outrageous and an abuse of their services.
You appeared at our office for a consultation and evaluation on Monday 08/12/2024,during this process you were examined,radiographs were taken,and an estimate was given to you,as to the costs involved to restore your present oral condition.The consultation fee of $100,including all necessary radiographs is a promotional fee only,and this statement is on full display at the reception desk area,including the costs of each radiograph if in the event the patient decides to seek treatment elsewhere,and requests a copy of their radiographs.The radiographs are the legal property of the dental clinic,and the patient has the right to requests a copy of their radiographs,in exchange for a fee to be paid directly to the dental clinic to provide said copy or copies,to cover expenses generated.This is Maryland Law,and contrary to the information provided to you by the other office is not the property of the patient.We are happy to know that you have found a clinic that meets your financial budget.
