Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional dental care at Twin Oaks of O’Fallon. This was my first visit & I’ve never been more impressed with a dental office. A very welcoming staff, Leslie the hygienist is the best, Dr. Blair very professional & friendly. He didn’t try to upsell me like previous dentists. I recently moved here & am so happy I found Dr. Blair & his team. Also, they have a very affordable dental plan if you don’t have insurance.

I came in pain and upset over a bad experience at another dentist. They said we hear you and we're not going to do that and they didnt. They didnt make me feel bad about the poor condition of my teeth. Just it is what it is, which i personally love. I was in and out quickly. Tooth pulled. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this office, from the everyone at the front desk to the techs to Dr. Blake. They are wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. Blake for three years. I took my 96 year old father to see them after a not a good experience from his previous dentist and his teeth are slowly fading away. As soon as we walked through the door, my dad was treated with such respect. They put him in a room that was close to the waiting room, took him in a wheelchair to have a panorex done and made sure he was comfortable..Patched the teeth that needed to be done and did not do anything that my dad didn’t want to have done.. If you ever need to take an elderly family member to a dentist , go to Twin Oaks! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Twin Oaks Family dental is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office in my life. As a child of course my parents did not have dental insurance so unfortunately I never really went to the dentist. When I got my own dental insurance finally I had been to a couple other offices where they weren’t so friendly and just wanted my money, I felt like anyway. The first time I went to twin oaks family dental I felt completely comfortable and it was affordable. The front ladies were polite and helpful. Dr. Baylie & her assistant Heather got me right in and fixed a couple of my chipped teeth before my wedding and I could not be happier with my results. Fantastic experience: I was in the midst of switching dentists and decided upon Twin Oaks. Honestly, I wasn’t looking forward to it at all. New patient stuff and all that. But, I have to say they were great and it was worth the switch. Both assistant and dentist were very professional, business-like and prompt. Yet, very personable. I never felt like I was being rushed through my appointment. Yet, they are on-time and get down to business. Perfect combination. The other thing I’ll say is they seem to be on the cutting edge of dentistry costumer service and transparency. For example, when my x-rays were taken those immediately appeared on a TV screen before my eyes. The assistant and the dentist both referred to the x-rays during my appointment and I was able to understand much easier what they were explaining. Also, they lay out, at the conclusion of this appointment, exactly what your insurance is gonna pay and what you’re expected to pay, including a breakdown. You don’t always get that at dentist and doctors appointments. Often, you think you kinda know, but you don’t really know, until the bill comes. Count me thoroughly impressed with this dentist’s office.

I didn’t feel judged by anyone, they related with me and talked to me, not like most places you go where they’re robots. The dentist is one of my least favorite places to go but I actually look forward to going back here. Thankful for this place!!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist, hygienist and staff ever. I'm in my mid 50s and have chronic health issues. It's very important to have a good dentist because even minor surgery is a big deal with my issues. Since going here for the past several years I have had no cavities or gum or teeth issues. Everyone is very friendly & kind . The place is always spotless and comfortable. The hygienist and both dentists are gentle. They also always check for any signs of oral cancer and thyroid which I never had any dentist do before. They are very accessible for handicapped too. 5 star treatment for sure. Fantastic experience: This was my second dentist to see if they could fix my tooth I was recommended by and friend and they did not disappoint. The first appointment they scheduled my extraction/bone graft for April 15th but I broke it worse last night so Dr Bailey got me in right away this morning! From the receptionists, to techs, to assistants and especially Dr Bailey were kind, helpful and great bed side manner! I never got to meet Dr Blake but heard he is the same! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Twin Oaks Family Dental for the past 20 years. I have always had a very favorable experience. They are professional, friendly and do excellent work. Most recently, I had two dental implants done. I left the office with a minimum of discomfort. There was no swelling. I took over the counter pain medication for the first couple of days. Everything is settling in just fine. I expected to have a tougher time with it but in fact it was no problem at all. Their equipment is state of the art. Dr. Ferando double checked with a 360 degree X-ray to make sure that the posts were positioned correctly and that there would be no adverse effect on the nerve on the jaw. I believe their thoroughness and professionalism is a huge reason I continue to to go to them. I know I will get the best results in a very friendly and courteous environment.

Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful for twin oak! I had a horrible experience with a newer crown (from previous dentist). I’ve been in pain for almost 4 months because of it. I came in and Dr. Baylie took such good care of me! She adjusted my crown a couple times and a tooth nearby to correct my bite. You can tell she really tried getting to the root cause and not doing unnecessary dental work. I now have a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am new patient and moved here from out of state, had a crown pop off while flossing and they got me in super quickly to fix it. Heather was so nice and was careful not to cause any pain or discomfort with the exposed tooth! Will definitely be back as a regular patient!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit as a new client, and it was blizzarding in MO. I had to bring my toddler due to daycare closing for the weather. They understood the assignment! In & out! My hygienist was quick yet thorough. Dr. came in, assessed my teeth, and even fixed my smile from some previous dental work. While it was a minor change, the attention to this little detail was nice and appreciated! As someone who enjoys getting their teeth cleaned, I can't wait to go back for my 6-month cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at my cleaning today at Twin Oaks. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time after an experience with a different dentist who said I had multiple cavities that turned out to be inaccurate after seeking a second opinion. I was nervous but I felt I could trust the hygienist and dentist! It was a nice experience and I felt they were very honest! I’m excited to have found a place I can trust.

Fantastic experience: I called as a new patient with a toothache 10 minutes after they opened on a Monday morning. 45 minutes later I was in the patient room with my needs being attended to. Every single employee is friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. The facility is spotless with state of the art equipment. Fantastic experience: Twin Oaks is a fantastic dental clinic. I have had the opportunity to travel / live in many different states, and they top the list. I recently had some cosmetic work done at the office. The staff was amazing. Dr. Blake even took the liberty of fixing some of my military fillings that were in proximity of the work he was performing. I am sure he can’t always do stuff like that, nor was it expected—it was certainly appreciated though. Him and the technician that supported him were absolute professionals.

Fantastic experience: A++. Told the kids we were going to the dentist. They both said YAY! Place is great. Good dental care for kids. They have massage chairs you can sit in while the kids are getting teeth taken care of. They have an arcade game for the kids. Highly recommend. Wish we’d been going here since they were younger.
