Fantastic experience: When I enter the Truman Lake Dental on Friday 12th September, to have a tooth extracted, this beautiful, happy, friendly nurse welcomed my grandson and I, and she asked if he wanted to joint me, which was such a nice gesture. We followed her in the little room, and she prepared me for the dentist, while she was engaging in a conversation in such a lovely way to keep me relaxed. Then the dentist came, Dr. Hesaraki a very friendly, caring, and thoughtful Lady that I knew she would to a great job pulling my tooth out. And I was right, I didn't feel any pain, I followed everything she recommended to me, came home, no pain no swelling. Thank you Dr.Hesaraki, and lovely Kellsie. Also I would like to mention how great the ladies at the reception are. Thank you!

Angela was just great made my visit a pleasant one as always. Dr. Hill's had a great bedside manner and made plenty of time to visit with me. The same great service.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with up most respect. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very efficient. I saw a new dentist but don’t remember her name. She did something that no other dentist had done before. She checked for cancer! Moving my jaws up and down while feeling my neck. I felt I had a great appointment and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend Truman Lake Dental.

Fantastic experience: The dental tech and the dentist were both very good. I told them about my anxiety and they were very understanding. I hardly felt any pain while having 2 teeth extracted. They made my experience one that wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, it was a good experience. They have become my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Saw a hygienist, at Truman Lake Dental today. I’m terrified of the dentist, and hadn’t been in for over 5 years. My mouth was a mess of neglect, but Dr. Hill put together a comprehensive plan, and put my mind at ease. We began the process today, and I am confident that we can make my smile bright and healthy again! Office is clean and equipment is state-of-the-art. Go see them! TLD is the best!

Fantastic experience: As they couldn't extract the tooth due to other issues, they made sure to find a place as close to my location as possible. As well as make sure they accept my insurance. Team are very polite,place is clean,and seems to be well organized. All in all was a good experience will be sure to do another as my 11 year old has an apt. In may. We will be sure to do a review then to see how well they do with children. Well they do a good job but I don't approve of them making me wait everything I come for at least an hour before either bringing me back or even then just taking me back and then making me wait. Especially after making me reschedule an apt due to my phone not getting service when I was confirming an apt. was there on the day of so apt and even 5 minutes early she then proceeded to tell me that due to not receiving a confirmation that they were not seeing him that day and to reschedule i was literally driving from knob knoster and as I went to confirm my signal dropped without me knowing I thought it went through I even showed the lady the screen to my phone in the text from the truman lake dental very assertive that I know ow i sent a confirmation to confirm not knowing my signal dropped very unsatisfied at this moment think I may just drive somewhere where I will get seen on time and not sent away when im there for a scheduled apt whether I confirmed or not but then to make me wait everything time I've been here at least three times in the last 3 months and every time im here early and then wait at least an hour and then see people who have just walked in door and sat down get called back and then another and yet another while im here on time

Negative experience: The people were rude today left her sitting in the chair for 20 minutes without saying anything to her. Finally the dentist came in and was nice but then she left without doing much and another girl came in who was the only nice one besides the dentist that she saw. My mother is 90 and can’t hear well. It was a very unpleasant experience today.

Negative experience: I hadn't been in contact with my sister due to family matters over the last couple of months we recently connected over Easter and I was very happy about that I was then let know that over the period that I was not talking to my sister she had showed up to Truman lake dental with a severe tooth infection needing of a root canal they rescheduled her continuously and then told her that they couldn't handle it without a referral and sent her to try and get it fixed to a place that only handles children and then as a small business owner I was absolutely horrified to find out that after she wrote a bad review it was deleted

Negative experience: This place is a joke I went in with a really bad tooth infection after dr hells told me it was borderline life threatening and needed out asap they put me a month out for the exaction a day before they I go in to finally get it taken care of they called and told me they magically can’t pull it and I have to go somewhere else they sent me to a place 4 hours away no biggie I went in and the new place told me they only take children!! And y’all lying in these reviews I have yet to see one decent person working there besides dr hells!
