Fantastic experience: Literally, the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The team is fantastic and they got me in to see the the Dr. immediately. I am eternally grateful for the relief and care that they provided me! What an incredible resource!

Negative experience: I was referred to this practice by another dentist for evaluation of two molars needing root canals. I called them and was asked to email my x rays. When I did not hear back, I called the following day. I was told that the dentist needs two days to review my x rays, but that I could rest assured someone from the office would get back to me to schedule an appointment. That was well over three weeks ago! I completely agree with the last client who gave this business a negative review. They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients! I have varying levels if discomfort, but I believe that this place would likely have charged me a fortune anyway… thanks for nothing, and a huge thumbs down from me!!

Fantastic experience: My initial visit was for an evaluation. the appointment was made to treat root canal that had a small infection. I was a little nervous; however, Dr. Body made me feel at ease. I was given a pill to calm me before the procedure, and all went well. The next morning, the office called to make sure I was doing ok. I have very little pain today and was advised to take Advil or something for the pain. My next appointment will be to complete the root cleaning. I would highly recommend this office for your endodontist needs.

I had so much anxiety and he was just so comforting , and gave me time to get myself together before he started my root canal procedure .So he is definitely a Doctor with every quality that a patient looks for when choosing one. Negative experience: Disorganized, Poor Communication, and Surprise Charges I’ve had ongoing issues with this endodontist’s office since July 2025, and after multiple frustrating encounters, I feel compelled to share my experience. First, their customer service has been consistently disorganized and unprofessional. At one appointment, I waited until just 15 minutes before my scheduled time to be told that my insurance wasn’t accepted—despite the fact that I had emailed them my insurance details a full week in advance and was told they had it on file. No one verified it until the last minute, wasting my time entirely. Then, when my dental insurance changed, I gave them the updated information and was later called and asked if I could come in the same day. They said they would call me back shortly to confirm just the copay amount. That call never came. I ended up calling them myself at 12:20 PM, and was casually told to still come in for my 12:30 PM appointment. Only after I followed up did they provide my copay over the phone, which should have been communicated earlier. When I arrived, the front desk was disorganized yet again. I was eventually told that the doctor recommended a 3D scan that cost an extra $200 out-of-pocket, with no prior discussion or options offered. The doctor barely examined my tooth and gave me no alternative other than saying they couldn’t proceed with an evaluation. Overall, this office has shown a clear lack of communication, accountability, and respect for patients’ time and finances. From unverified insurance to surprise procedures and poor follow-up, the experience has been entirely disappointing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Look elsewhere for an office that values transparency, organization, and patient care.

Fantastic experience: My son really enjoyed the Doctor and assistant. He said they really made him feel at ease. He is looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: They scheduled my appointment quickly, the staff was very friendly. The dentist was extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to share his concerns, and pros and cons in detail with me so I could understand everything about the dental treatments that I require. He also had a very good sense of humor which put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: These are quite literally the kindest people in the world. Front staff was friendly and kind, easy to get an appointment, got answers after 9 months of mouth pain and 6 different dentists. Dr. C went above and beyond in care for me. He genuinely listens and cares. I wish he was my doctor for everything. Cece was the best and made me feel very comfortable and calm. Everyone was very concerned with my pain at all times. I am relieved that I chose this practice.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for an appointment first thing this morning at 8am. Unfortunately last night I injured my back , I called to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist on the phone was rude, hostile, and attempted to berate me because “ she clearly asked me the day prior if i’d be able to keep my appointment and I confirmed and if i couldn’t keep the appointment I should have said so !” Well unfortunately my injury took place after business hours and before opening today. I understand there is a late cancellation fee. I was fully aware of it and expected to pay it to reschedule. However, after being spoken to like that I have no plans to reschedule with this office. I was looking forward to the great service everyone else in the reviews got to experience. It’s a shame.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Dr. C and his team at 10 star rating, I would. It’s gonna sound weird when I say this but for a root canal, it was a very pleasant experience. I had an appointment at 2:30 and I was on a conference call for work at 4 back to work the next day. No swelling and zero pain from the tooth on the night of the surgery. And now three days later on a Saturday zero at all. It was an overall amazing experience. State of the art equipment friendly staff, great follow up A++. Everyone couldn’t be any more wonderful. I would recommend this group to everybody.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience during my visit. From Ceirra (front desk clerk) greeting me and helping with forms, to Celesia (dental assistant) calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable about my procedure. And Dr Challagulla was very informative about what was going to take place before any work was done. The office is very clean and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend this office for your next dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous going in for my root canal but Dr. Body made me feel at ease. He explained the entire process and answered all of my questions throughly. I left my headphones but I enjoyed the music they were playing. During the procedure, I felt no pain! Most places is about the money, so they don't give you options.They only give you the money option. I was thankful for that. The Doctor was excellent at what he was doing. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation that required immediate attention. Dr. Challagulla scheduled me that same day and inspected my tooth. He was able to locate the crack in the tooth using his specialized equipment. Dr. Challagulla explained all of my options, and I left the office extremely satisfied. Fantastic experience: Ive had so many microsurgerys done, by so many dentist, this place is by far the best experience ive ever had no discomfort very gentle, to the point i fell alseep in the chair and no i wasnt put to sleep i just fell alseep. Its a must recommend place for anyone need work on their teeth

I have been a client referral from my primary dentist since 2023 first consulting with Dr. Challaga. Dr. Baraak has completed root canal therapy and is wonderful to work with. You can ask him any question; relay any concerns and he really takes time with you.

Positive experience: Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I really liked and appreciated being educated on what exactly was going on with my teeth and with visual aid. You often hear how dentists have you getting unnecessary work done for their financial gain, but not here. Their transparency was refreshing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of my interaction with the front desk personnel after the appt was completed. We stood out there over 5 mins before finding out why we were still there. We had to ask her what the hold-up was. She was very nice and pleasant but should have let us know that she was looking for insurance l, scheduling, and pricing.

Fantastic experience: I had never seen Dr. Challagulla before today and I was very impressed with everything about him: his pleasant manner, his good humor toward his staff, he honesty and forthrightness about my prognosis and most of all, his willingness to take a wait and see approach instead of jumping right into a root canal when there wasn't quite enough evidence yet to warrant one.

Fantastic experience: I regretted not waiting for a root canal after an infected filling on my right second lower molar went wrong, I had to extract it. However, when I needed a root canal on another molar, I was scheduled for a consultation followed by the procedure, and I felt relieved. I'm not extracting anymore of my tooth because I can say, "I have an endodondists now, no more extraction, or staying in pain." The doctors there, the whole team, patiently listened to me. I'm glad to have found them. Thank y'all .

Fantastic experience: Arrived to the office in a get deal of pain with an appointment I checked in and was taken back for some xrays then Dr. Challagulla sat with me and in detail the issues that I was having and how he was going to fix it. He didn't sugar coat it he explained due to the infection there was going to be some abnormal pain associated with the treatment he did everything he could to make me comfortable no lie in was painful because of the infection. So he got the tooth drained ordered my antibiotics. He assured me that after the first doses that I would notice a change and like clock work with in the hour after the first dose the pain which if on a scale of 1-10 was a 20 and subsided to 3 and by bed time a very low 1. Have to return to complete the root canal and will give another review after. If you are looking for a clean office great front staff awesome assistant and a life saving Endo you need to check them out. Thank you Dr. Challagulla.... Following up i returned to the office for two more visits and got the repair finally done. The Dr. And staff were awesome every time....Great place you really need to check it out.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived for my consultation, there was a short wait before I was called back. The actual consultation went very smoothly. My x-rays were taken right away. The dentist arrived shortly afterwards. He took the time to explain everything to me. This put me at ease since I was a little nervous. I was also very impressed with the high-tech equipment used during my visit! I will definitely recommend Valley Endodontics to anyone needing specialized dental services. Fantastic experience: Excellent service once again!!!! I can't say enough Thank You's to Dr. Challagulla!!!!! He took really good care of my dental needs. After the feeling came back in my mouth, I only needed to take 1 dose of ibuprofen!!!! I can't forget to mention and thank the Office Staff who were very attentive to all my needs! I reached out to them with an emergency need. They arranged for me to be seen within a day and then the surgery was arranged within 1 week! Fantastic experience: I have always heard bad things about getting a root canal. I got one on 1/17/25. It wasn't what I expected. The Dentist that new I was afraid, so he made jokes and it made me at ease. He did an exceptional job, and it didn't hurt at all just the 3 needles to numb it. Dr Body is the best. Fantastic experience: I scheduled an emergency root canal appointment, called around 11am and I was able to have an appointment by 2:45pm the same day. The office space was clean and very welcoming. I was assisted by Shelby - she was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Challagulla made me feel comfortable and less nervous about the procedure especially with his dad jokes lol! Overall, I am glad I chose Valley Endodontics for my root canal. ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Kylie was most welcoming, giggled, curious, and still learning. Dr. Body was attentive, thoughtful, and prepared for my root canal. He even explained my misunderstanding of the periodontal ligaments and thus corrected my knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Fantastic experience: Great staff, had a root canal and was very nervous but everyone was so nice and reassuring. Didn’t have the horrible experience most people complained about after a root canal was back to normal post numbing just did as the doctor instructed kept up with some aspirin.

The administrator at the front desk allowed me to ask her all kinds of questions concerning treatment and aftercare. my experience during care was phenomenal. CC insured I was comfortable at all times and explained very thoroughly to me how my procedure would go. In all of my time meeting dental professionals I felt the most heard and cared for in her care. Dr. Barack is great as well and did his due diligence to ensure I knew what was happening each step of the way. This establishment is one for the books. Fantastic experience: Valley Endodontist and Microsurgergy exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was courteous, kind, professional, and freely helped in anything I needed. My Endodontist, Dr Prasand Challagulla, DMD took the time to make me feel comfortable and lessen my nervousness. He explained everything in terms I could clearly understand as a lay person. Before starting my Root Canal procedure and during the procedure he explained everything he was about to do and asked if I was ok while performing it. Following my procedure the next day, the office called me to find out how I was doing. I had questions, but Dr. Challagulla was with a patient; however, he immediately called me back approximately five minutes later and clearly explained answers to questions I had. I just wanted say just how kind and professionally personal Dr Challagulla was. He even showed me his splint on his lower front bottom teeth which I will require to keep my root canal tooth in place for a lifetime. I will definitely have it done.

Fantastic experience: Let's see, I have serious medical issues. Needed work done asap, I called and the staff at the front desk were a tremendous help in getting me an appointment. Then I met Dr. Body, AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING - As someone too experienced in receiving health care such as myself I can say his demeanor and manner was the best I have seen to date. He was patient, listened, responded in kind. Helpful with all my questions, made me feel like getting another root canal, he was sincerely that good and that nice. Fantastic experience: I had to have a root canal done and they worked quickly to get me on the schedule. They got me out of pain and Dr. Body did a wonderful job. I gave him my dental history and asked him questions. It wasn’t a forced decision, then he got to business. I’m still recovering but I’m out of pain and completely satisfied. Thanks! Fantastic experience: I was able to be seen same day for an emergency appointment after my dentist referred me to them. I was having severe pain and needed a root canal. They also identified a cavity and filled it. They were so kind, efficient and most importantly EFFECTIVE. I have had no pain after the anesthetic wore off last night and no pain today (next day) either! I will definitely be following up for any future endontic needs!

I went for a root canal and when I say they were the upmost professional and caring no words could express it. Fantastic experience: The office is clean, the front desk is friendly, they call you the day before your appointment to provide the necessary instructions & co pay that is due, they call the day after the appointment to check on you and make sure all is well. The Dr is AMAZING, funny, transparent, and gentle. If they performed all dental care services I would transition to their care asap!

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal due to an absess. I was stressed to the max the day of my appointment, for various reasons. The staff was very patient, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Chullagala was very patient as well, with a sense of humor to boot. All of this helped to ease the frustrations I was going through. I dislike going to the dentist and it doesn't help when you encounter dentists that cause more distrust. That said, I would recommend Valley Endodontics to anyone in need of a root canal. You will feel at ease. They even followed up with the next day to see how I was doing. That was the first for me.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and helpful. 2 ladies at front desk 0808 were super efficient and accommodating. The doctor and his assistant made me feel like they cared not only about the work I needed but also my emotional well-being. They were patient, kind, and explained the process which made me feel like I was in good hands. It was only the consult. But it was a breath of fresh air. I feel confident they will handle me with care. Had procedure 0819 and I was greeted with same smiles and professionalism. I was surprised to find I did not experience any pain. A pinch here and there but no pain. Kind doctor talked me through each step with his calming voice. I wore shades, I was invited to use my headset with music. Doctor was very thorough. I was grateful and thankful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was at their office for a root canal and I can say that they were awesome. They talked through the entire process putting at ease. They were very professional and amusing. I left there feeling great . No pain at all. I can truly say that I will recommend their service to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Body is an exceptional endodontist and I want to ensure every new patient that awaits a procedure with him: it’s going to be GREAT! I have very sensitive teeth and actually avoided the dentist for about 7 years because I had such fear. I went to see Dr.Body after a routine filling with my general dentist left me unable to comfortably bite or floss on that side. He was slow and intentional in his assessment and went the extra mile to ensure we didn’t do an ounce more work than was necessary. We ended up opting for a new filling instead of a root canal and I have NEVER had a procedure go so well. I did not feel any of the Novocain injections, he covered my exposed teeth so they wouldn’t experience nerve pain when he used the suction machine and he even used ice on my teeth to completely ensure that the nerve was asleep before he started working. I felt so confident in his ability and so relaxed that I started to fall asleep! I highly recommend Valley Endodontics and Dr.Body!
