Fantastic experience: Nicole, always does a spectacular job. She likes to talk and is very fun, attentive and careful in her work and always looks for a way not to cause you pain while cleaning your teeth. She deserves A+++. Whenever I have an appointment I will prefer her. She is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tanious removed an abscess from my wife’s front gum. He was watching the area as he had done a root canal but was a bit wary of further difficulties. After his oral surgery of her front upper gum, she is free of infection and mending well. Great thanks to him for his watchful care!

Negative experience: This dentist's office does not accommodate night appointments, making it very difficult. I can’t take my child out of school every six weeks for his brace’s adjustment. The next night appointment was not until April 2026, which is ridiculous!!! As soon as my child's braces can be removed, I will be finding another provider.

You never wait more than a few minutes, theyre fast, efficient, answer all of your questions, dont rush you if you need more time with the dentist, work with your insurance….though i did find out that they do not any longer take Cigna for adults, only kids, so now i have to pay the OON cost which is a little annoying….overall-2 thumbs UP-i will pay the difference to never go back to Eastern Dental!!!!

Positive experience: i’ve been coming to this dentist since i was a child and it’s been amazing, but over the past few visits (every 6 months) i frequently leave with sore and bloody gums because of “not flossing” but its really just because i’ve been stabbed in my gums repeatedly. after my most recent visit, i left with horrible aching on the right side of my mouth, that lasted for hours.

Fantastic experience: My 13-year-old daughter recently underwent oral surgery to have four permanent front teeth extracted as part of her orthodontic treatment plan. We are very pleased with how smoothly the procedure went. She healed quickly, with no lingering pain or complications. Dr. Yacob (Jacob) and his team did an excellent job and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. This experience has given me even more confidence and optimism about the outcome of her orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my appointment today! The Dental hygienist, Nicole, is always excellent and I just wanted to give a shoutout to her and the rest of the great staff at HDA!

Positive experience: Hygienist did a great job cleaning my child’s teeth but it took a long time for the Dentist to come in and check her and once he entered he suggested x-rays that day. No thank you, it was too late, we had another appointment. Now at checkout the billing person told me I had an outstanding balance. I told her I paid it last time I was there, she goes to the front window to verify that what I told her was correct, came back, apologized and said I was all done. Oh I’m sorry, they forgot to remove the flag on the account. That office has a hub of woman in the center of their office and it’s very uncomfortable with everyone watching you.

Fantastic experience: I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed from this office. The surgeon Dr. Imanuel Babayev and every one of the staff are extremely experienced, professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. I split my wisdom teeth removal into two separate sessions, and for both procedures I didn’t feel any pain in the healing process. Both surgeries went extremely well, and I did not suffer from dry socket thanks to the seamless removal of my teeth, and the aftercare provided to me by the team. No matter the surgery, this office can handle it perfectly. Highly recommend this office and surgeon for wisdom tooth removal.

Positive experience: Amazing experience with the hygienist and checkout, not so much with onboarding. They handed me a form to update my information. I understand I would have to update my medical history, but birthdate and SSN number does not change and if it does I would let them know in person and not in a form and why do I provide information about my kids and their dentist. Please make that optional.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was set for 1:15pm. Though I arrived at 12:10pm, I was not moved from Reception Area until 1:50 pm. The excessive delay was annoying. However , I eventually received great care.

Her dental assistant was also so nice and personable and had a great sense of humor making my appointment fly by. I cannot say enough about these two ladies, they work very well together. These two ladies will now be on my list of dentist/assistant request for all my procedures. I could not have had a better experience. In addition, the facility was extremely clean, the check in was super quick. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes before being taken back to a room. The check out was quick and the office assistant was extremely pleasant. Overall, 5 star staff and facility. Thank you for such great service!
