Fantastic experience: TAYLOR was the most amazing dental hygienist I have EVER had. She was so kind, so thorough, so detailed and really took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She provided thoughtful insight and helped me understand how to take care of my teeth !!! Her attention to detail and guidance throughout my cleaning was impressive!!!!! I have never had such a great dental experience and as a new patient to this office, I will ALWAYS recommend New Falls Dental and I am SO GLAD that I switched from my old dentist and joined this group!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment at New Falls Dental...I had 2 cavities filled by Dr Rus and Maria. BEST dental procedure I ever had. I'm not a good patient, I'm apprehensive and fidgety in the chair, so they had their work cut out for them. Well, besides their nice calming way, I didn't feel a thing and was outta the chair in a few minutes. It's definitely not like the old days I remember at the dentist. The facility itself is gorgeous. My wife & I will be back for our teeth cleanings & checkup in May. Thank You Maria and Dr Rus, you guys are awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I have MAJOR anxiety about seeing a dentist. It’s been 10 years since I last seen a dentist and I have to say, I felt comfortable here. Yes, I was still nervous but Gabby (the Hygienist) was so nice and kept me calm throughout the exam, X-rays and cleaning. She told me what to expect each step of the way. The office was so clean and the receptionist staff were all so nice.

Fantastic experience: So far so good, I am impressed with good New Falls Dental anxious to see how well they do with the teeth, and whether I look normal or a freak. As of now, I give him five stars because this is only the beginning and they were all friendly informative inattentive. Taking impressions was remarkable. No clay in your mouth.

Negative experience: Terrible, short staff and made me wait an hour just to say they needed to reschedule. Push crown work on you for more money also! Terrible

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place, I went there with no issues, and left with pain!! I called and they had me come in to “fix” it, and lo and behold, I am still in pain! They just told me , they want me to go somewhere else.. remember I had no issues before going there!! Do not go there!

Positive experience: Taylor gave me an amazingly "discomfort free" teeth cleaning. Well done. I'm also amazed by the high tech tools that help the dentist to see and show me what's happening with my teeth and gums. As a Teacher, I appreciated the educational side of this visit.

Fantastic experience: Linda and I have been going to this practice since 2005 always a pleasant experience. The family like atmosphere alleviates my dental anxiety. The procedures have always been pain free. Yesterday as usual Taylor did a fantastic job on my hygiene and Doctor Nishita and I came up with a plan to deal with a troublesome tooth.

Fantastic experience: This place is great!!! Very professional, caring and flexible. As a family, we just started going to New Falls Dental Group and we couldn’t be happier. They were able to take my daughter and I for routine cleanings within a couple days and then schedule me for fillings right away. Hey are very clear and upfront with billing and insurance, answered any and all questions and helped in any way. Both DRS. Are friendly and informative. We are very glade we made the switch to New Falls!

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience here! Update 6/24/25: Up until today I’ve always had a good experience here. The lady who did my cleaning, did not do it how I have been getting my cleanings for almost the past 2 years here. I was really disappointed that she didn’t floss my teeth like every other cleaning I’ve had. Also after getting my teeth polished she had me rinse, which every other time the hygienist will rinse me with their tools. I find it gets all of the grit out. I like the other hygienists there but would appreciate whoever cleaned my teeth today not to clean them again. She was friendly and nice, I just didn’t have a good experience with the clean.

Fantastic experience: Finally found the place! I was drawn in by the nice architecture and landscaping. It’s just as nice inside as it is outside. Overall dental experience is excellent. The hygienist that I worked with had an extreme eye for detail was very polite and also informative with what she was doing. When I had to go back after my check up for a Philly, I had the most pain-free experience I’ve ever had at a dentist and he filled two teeth in probably less than 30 minutes of all the dentist I’ve ever been to he’s by far the best I highly recommend new Falls dental. They are the whole package.

Negative experience: Not the same dentist in there with the comfy vibe it used to have. New owners, find any other dentist but this one. Work is done in a rush with a judge mental staff about the last time you made a visit with them.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk into the waiting area you are greeted with a warm friendly receptionist who knows you and lets the staff know you’ve arrived. I’ve never waited for longer that 10 minutes to be greeted by a hygienist or member of the staff getting your appointment started! The office is modern, comfortable, and extremely clean! This practice utilizes the most current equipment and dental technology. The staff is knowledgeable and thorough in their respective jobs and are very clear when communicating information. Both Dr. Ross and Dr. Irukulla take the time to listen to your concerns, explain procedure being administered, and make sure you are comfortable while being treated! So glad that this practice was recommended to me.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly calming experience. Their procedures are made to keep the patient as comfortable as possible, considering the procedures being done. Complete professionalism, everything completely explained and I never felt coerced to do anything unnecessary.

Negative experience: I urge you to go elsewhere. I went in for a routine cleaning but they refused to do it. The dentist told me I had to come back for subsequent deep cleaning/ scaling and that a surface cleaning would further exacerbate the damage. I then went to another dentist for a second opinion a few weeks later and was told while I had some plaque, it was nothing a routine cleaning couldn’t solve and that it wasn’t bad enough for insurance to cover a deep cleaning. The second dentist even cleaned my teeth! Go figure.

The one thing I don't love is the 48 hr notice if your going to miss an appointment otherwise they charge you $50. One of the office staff explained this to me, though I still don't love it.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment at New Falls Dental Group. Did the paperwork online. There was no wait time, they took me back right away. Maria and Irukulla were amazing, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. They made me feel comfortable. I told them about the pain I was feeling. Maria and Irukulla took x-rays, checked all my teeth, did a deep cleaning to remove spurs, filled 2 cavities and fixed a tooth that was decayed beneath my gum line (that was the pain I was experiencing). They took more x-rays when they were finished to make sure everything was done correctly and I wouldn't feel no more pain. I'm so happy I chose New Falls Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: What I love love love about this dentist is that…. If your appointment is at let’s say 3 o’clock, it means 3 o’clock. I’ve never waited to be seen longer and then a minute past my appointment time. Very prompt office. Very swanky, clean and high tech.

From the moment I walked in Dr Rustam and the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. They were patient with me and helped talk me through what needed to be done. I would recommend this practice to anyone who may be anxious about going to the dentist - they certainly have helped me !

I was never made to feel rushed/rushed out, which is unlike other experiences I have had. After one appointment, I decided I’m going to start going to this dental office and leave my other one.
