Fantastic experience: Staff does amazing with making you feel comfortable. Fast & Friendly service.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Biltmore Dental for years - first with Dr. Kopitar, then Dr. Frost & now Dr. Coles. All are great dentists. I've never been kept waiting for my appt & the office staff & dental hygienists are always friendly & efficient. Omar has been my dental hygienist for my most recent visits & he is excellent! I recently experienced trauma to my mouth & my two upper front teeth cracked. I called the office and they were able to get me in for an emergency appt to have two crowns done. Dr Coles & his dental assistant Matilda were amazing! (Note: If you have dental insurance, make sure the billing staff codes & processes your insurance claim correctly. We've had to have some claims reprocessed.) I highly recommend the team at Biltmore Dental Center & Dr. Coles!

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this dentist and office, I would avoid at all costs. Went in for a simple procedure to remove my Invisalign attachments. I made the dentist very aware of my concerns of enamel being removed during the procedure. He was kind of condescending and blowing off my concerns. I wish I didn't ignore my instincts. Immediately after,my teeth were aching like I had cavities and since the procedure (a month and a half ago) my teeth feel very off. Its hard to relax or talk. I know how things were when I went in and how they are now. I showed up for an appointment for him to do an exam and the office was extremely rude, said apt was canceled, never apologized. Never texted me it was canceled. Never contacted me again. Even tho I paid for an exam, I never got an exam. You would think a Dentist would really want to investigate and figure out what could have happened to make things so bad from his treatment. I told The office manager I'm having a very hard time with my teeth since my appointment with them and she simultaneously told me she doesn't know anything about dentistry, but that she knows nothing they did caused me problems. It honestly feels criminal.

Fantastic experience: The staff here were incredibly accommodating, beyond professional, friendly, and kind. Slight hiccup with the appointment time being made for 1pm, the app changed it to 2pm. The manager is looking into the issue. Couldn’t have been more pleased and am happy to recommend this office to everyone!!!

Negative experience: My experience was horrible. I walked in for my appointment, and was standing there while the lady behind the desk was eating breakfast. I then was called to the dental room and the hygienist or assistant became emotional because I was handle work commitments from my phone and unable to have a conversation with her. I assume that made me appear as an unfriendly person. She then proceeded to psycho analyze me and classify my personality type. I then started feeling as thought I was at a mental institution when I should have been just getting an X-ray and cleaning done. It was wild to say the least. Another staff member was called in and she tells him she doesn’t want to do her job because I am not engaging in full blown conversations, thus not friendly. He apologizes to me (as if he clearly knows she has some issues). It then turns out to be an entire waist of my time BUT luckily, next door was another dental clinic and they worked on getting my x-rays from Biltmore and attended to me right away. This situation has never left my memory and I seriously hope no one else has had to endure this situation. I must say, shout out to Weekend Dental (a few doors down)! They were amazing and I love how accommodating and professional they were. If you’re looking for a Dental Clinic near by please call/visit Weekend Dental. I would not recommend Biltmore Dental Clinic based on my experience. If I could give no stars, I would

Negative experience: Not able to share the same positive experience others have had. Was told I needed in excess of $6,000 worth of dental care. The treatment plan was basically just handed to me without too much detailed explanation for that level of work - overall cold attitude from front staff and I got a lot of used car salesman vibes from the dentist. This seemed pretty extreme, so naturally I went to other places for second and third opinions. Two other dentists who did a complete full exam (x-ray, scans, etc) were shocked about what I was told. Was quoted $491 for what they considered the necessary treatment. I’d say this is possibly a one-off thing, but my wife has had to push back against them multiple times for contradicting statements about what treatment she needs as well. Needless to say, she is no longer going to be a patient of this office. I’d consider second opinions for any care they deem necessary.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience at Biltmore Dental Center. My 4-year-old daughter had to get a tooth pulled, and I was a little nervous going in but the dentist and the dental assistant were both absolutely amazing. They were so patient, gentle, and kind throughout the entire process. They made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. You can really tell they care about their patients. I’m so grateful we found such a professional and caring team. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Won’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. Friendly staff, que hablan español No loud music, comfortable and private rooms. Have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch something while you get your work done. Large monitor in the corner of the room you can see all of your X-rays and scans. The hygienist and dentist will go over all of your scans in detail. Focused on improving oral health for the betterment of your whole body. The technology they employ is exceptional. If you enjoy seeing and learning all the nitty gritty, you will like this office. Rubia is very thoughtful, kind, knows a lot that she will share. Dr. Coles is also great. Fantastic experience: Omar is excellent at explaining things about teeth, its is very clear what is wrong or what to do to improve. Another thing to mention is the gentleness on the teeth, rarely I feel pain when Omar works in my teeth (maybe that’s because my gums are inflamed lol) but if your teeth are good and just need some work you’ll be just fine!!!

Fantastic experience: Biltmore Dental Center was amazing since the beginning. When booking my appointment to get seen for the first time here I was a bit nervous on the subject of my teeth but they made it so easy and very comfortable since the first phone call. Very patient staff and techs and doctors! Rubi and Doctor Mike were amazing and made sure to explain everything to me with patience and detail in my appointment. I felt very welcome since the beginning as well when I first got to the appointment the front desk staff was so welcoming and happy to help me with any questions, doubts or even if I needed anything too! Rubi is amazing and made sure I felt comfortable and cared that I wasn’t in any pain, understood what we were doing , explained the process’ we went through and also made me feel seen and heard in my problems with my teeth. Dr. Mike was very patient as well and the detail and depth and actual concern he had for my teeth and what procedures were needed in order for me to have a healthy smile and teeth was beyond words could describe. They really do care about not only our teeth but our health and making sure we are comfortable and not only that they also work with us on our time too! And let me not forget about the checking out process with Devyn too she was amazing and explained everything thoroughly making sure I understood the money amounts, the procedures to come, my next appointment and my insurance. She also made sure to give me copies and let me know if anything changed as well. All in all amazing place since the beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at Biltmore Dental Center. I had a crown put in and it went well. The doctor and the dental assistant worked well together. They made sure I was comfortable. They got started on time and they finished on time. No issues. The staff members were polite and professional.

Fantastic experience: Most dentists visits are terrifying. Omar made me feel comfortable and like I was in the presence of a trusted friend. The office is clean with state of the art equipment. Each stage of the process was very thorough and detailed about treatment and follow ups. Dr Cole is great and explained treatment in ways I could understand and follow along with. Ruby took such great care of me and it’s the first time I was laughing through a dentist appointment (no laughing gas or drugs involved). Devin made the financial and insurance portion very easy and I was not anxious or worried at any point of my visit. The communication between staff members is highly commendable. They kept me informed with every step of the process and I never sat for more than 5 minutes without someone checking on me and letting me know what was going to happen next. They are extremely considerate of my time. I highly recommend this dental practice for any of your dental and ortho needs. They are magnificent. Thank you all again for taking such great care of me!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Plisky has been my dentist for over 10 years and never had any issues. They're always very open and honest about what you need and never oversell or replace or repair anything not needed. Pain free dentist and my hygienist , Elaine, is the best! Never hurts you and is very patient with you. My only choice for dental work.

Negative experience: I have mix feelings for this past April 28, 2025, visit. After so many years going to Biltmore Dental (transferred patient from Tranquil Dental) and going through three different doctors, the approach to the patient from this new doctor (Dr. Coles) was different, not the way it used to be when Dr. Koppikar and his staff were there. Here are my reasons: 1) use of AI on X-rays and not letting you know until after the fact; 2) plan covers for one X-ray in the year, if all goes well, you will not be charged; 3) not notifying of a cavity you had six months ago which they were “observing” and now gotten “deeper”, what could have been an easy fix with no anesthesia is now more complicated and requiring anesthesia; 4) while doing the checkup on gingivitis, not letting you know the numbers on each of your teeth and molars only at the end tells you how many 5s or 4s she found, for bleeding or no bleeding I had to ask, and no word of how many 1s, 2s or 3s found and where they are located. As you can see, I have mix feelings and feel disappointed with the treatment I got this time. My husband had some issues too from his last visit for two extractions and is in the process of going to another dentist with a more human approach.

Fantastic experience: I’m usually afraid of the dentist, but this is truly one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. The staff was so kind, both at the reception desk and the dental team. They even helped me with some insurance work. They made me feel so comfortable and I’ll definitely feel confident about going to back.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today. The staff was very friendly. Rubi did a great job using all their fancy tech to analyze my teeth.

Negative experience: My third provider at this location. The patient transitions don’t seem to happen at all. Really poor staff training and choreography. I was sent away by the front office, promising that insurance matters and treatment plan would follow. They have not. I’m not sure whether to stick with these people or start all over again with someone else. Hard to believe you’d take over a practice and not reach out to patients who are midway through their treatment plan from the previous practitioner. Then mothball that patient after his first visit.

READ the lowest reviewed before reading the highest** the reviews all have commonalities: they pressure you into purchase contracts.upselling is their top priority.False Google stars. They are charging me for an outrages fee for a Invisalign consult. I previously had done for free elsewhere. This other doctor provided a thorough recommendation based on my individual needs and his long term knowledge and experience working with Invisalign clients. He suggested a one-year plan, while Devin and Dr. Frost tried to upsell me to a non-refundable two-year plan. Dr. Frost required that I CHOOSE which Invisalign term I would want to purchase. It’s unfortunate I stepped foot into the door of unempathetic healthcare workers. I went in for an Invisalign consultation and agreed to proceed with the treatment. However, due to a family emergency, I can no longer afford it. When I called Devin to discuss my situation, she was dismissive and unhelpful, displaying an attitude that made me feel she thought she was superior and smarter. I contacted Invisalign directly, and they confirmed that I could cancel without any charges since the product had not yet been made. Despite this, Devin insisted on charging me a non-refundable fee of $1,795. I would not recommend this doctor's office. Devin has a very arrogant attitude, while speaking in jargon as if everyone understands it. Typically, when you make a purchase, a sales associate will inform you of any non-refundable fees upfront, this was not the case. She did not inform me. Avoid this place; they are only interested in making money.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth late last year and had the tooth extracted, resulting in needing a bridge. Since I had used my dental benefits for the year, the quotes I got were very expensive. My wife was recommended a dentist in Mexico and I was quoted $2100 cash, much less than other quotes. One hour before we were to drive across the border, my wife said she didn’t feel comfortable with going to Mexico and cancelled the appointment. She found Biltmore Dental online and called them. She spoke to Omar and he said he would fit me in for an exam right after lunch. We arrived to find an ultra clean and modern office with amazingly friendly staff. After the exam, I was given a quote that was much less than the dentist in Mexico. Better yet, they could do the prep and molds for the bridge that day. 10 days later I had a new bridge and was very happy with the quality of their work. Earlier this month I returned to Biltmore Dental to replace a 33 year old bridge with worn enamel that let the metal base show through. In one appointment they produced the molds and I left with a temporary bridge. 10 days later, I had another perfectly fitted bridge. This place is awesome and their prices are less than most. The staff is not only friendly, but very well trained. I want to give shout outs to Omar, Liz, Jen and Dr. Coles. I don’t know the names of the front office staff, but they are amazing as well.

I can say with confidence this place took all those nerves away the second I walked through the door! Devon is there to great you at the door with the biggest smile on her face! Omar took his time going over everything with me and made sure I felt relaxed during my cleaning and even put my favorite movie on! Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all my X-ray testing. And last but not least, the amazing Dr. Frost! He’s kind, friendly and so great at what he does. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Biltmore Dental Center for the better part of a year now. There have been some changes in staff since I joined. Dr. Coles Is now my dentist at this location. He has recommended several treatments to replace old fillings, etc., and a damaged crown. I have been in twice to take care of all of the different aspects of his treatment plan so far. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Coles is by far the best dentist I have ever had His approach to explaining his treatment options, His chair, side manner, How He completes his treatments, keeping me informed every step of the way. He also has an acute regard for my comfort and checks in regularly. As much as I dislike experiencing dental work in general, I am happy that I can see a consummate professional, such as Dr. Coles. It’s worth mentioning that all of his dental assistance as well as the front desk staff also are extremely professional and friendly. Also my hygienist Ruby is exceptional. Always glad to see her. . No one likes going to the dentist. But I’m happy that when I do need to go to the dentist, I go to Biltmore Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure, Dr. Justin Frost is my son and he works at Biltmore dental center. As a dentist myself I know what it takes to get a five star review. This was an amazing experiencing getting a crown done in the same day and Liz, his assistant and Dr. Frost were absolutely amazing. The Crown fit the first time and it feels wonderful to have it done in one setting. I highly recommend a first class dental experience by Dr. Frost and his team at the Biltmore dental center.

Fantastic experience: Great office decor, awesome friendly staff. I felt that I was handled with care. Came back a year later and needed some more work done. Maria the dental hygienist was very thorough , Genesis stopped in to help with the last part of the pictures and was patient with me. I never had such a thorough and modern technology dentist appointment. I learned so much from Dr Coles. Very informative session he gave me about my mouth and teeth. Fantastic experience: A while back my original dentist moved locations and I was automatically transferred to Biltmore Dental. At first I was not sure how I felt being moved by my other dentist and how I would feel with this new group of folks. I went for my first visit and everyone is just so friendly there. Janelle is amazing and always makes me feel welcome there. I have never had one bad experience with Biltmore Dental. Glad I ended up with them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Omar (hygienist) and Dr Coles are phenomenal! Dr. Cole takes the time to explain all of the options of treatment. After coming here myself, my entire family now comes. Omar is very gentle on your teeth and sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend the Biltmore dental facility. The front office and staff is very accommodating. The office and facilities are very clean. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Biltmore Dental Center were super friendly. Omar, my hygienist, was super knowledgeable and considerate while doing the imaging, discussing concerns, and cleaning my teeth. They used technology that I had never seen before at other dentistries, and it was an overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: Month later, still my forever dental home! Dr Cole’s has the lightest of hands with the anesthesia ! His assistant, Gen, is so amazing and caring made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I have the worst anxiety ever! But I will say having all this information and amazing team of dental professionals I feel super comfortable sitting in a dental chair! :)

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this dental center and I felt very welcomed. The dental hygienist Rubi was very sweet and friendly she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I liked how they showed a before and after the cleaning and it was a big difference!

I ran into a bit of a scheduling issue with my appointment, but Omar, the dental hygienist, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He made sure I could still be seen without having to leave and come back, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and care made the whole experience so much smoother. They made me feel super comfortable, I’m someone who doesn’t like dental offices, but I was very well taken care of. Fantastic experience: I have a medical condition that complicates my care and working with Dr. Frost has been an awesome experience, he goes above and beyond in understanding how my condition impacts my care. He is thorough and very communicative during every visit, and ensures you’re not in any pain or discomfort. He is very knowledgeable. My typical hygienist is Ruby and she is excellent, very detailed and caring. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Biltmore Dental center made me feel like i was at home , felt very comfortable and no to mention Omar did a great job on my cleaning he was very profeshional as well explaining everything has to do with Gum health . Liz and Genisis explained everything very well as well as Dr. Coles and Dr. frost took their time to explain everything very well. Front desk receptionist and the manager were very caring to my needs. Overall great experience
