Fantastic experience: “JUST AMAZING” Excellent new patient experience! Starting at the front desk. I was welcomed with a smile and the receptionist (forgot her name) was helpful and friendly plus offering freshly squeezed orange juice. Every single person after that was so nice, easy to talk to, and explained things in detail to me. Maribel did a great job covering all my dental hygiene. Kathy (dental assist) and Teri (office manger) made the experience a pleasure. Dr. SMD she is a game changer-very knowledgeable I highly recommend this dentist office and I haven’t been to the dentist in over 15 years. Negative experience: UPDATE: over a year later & I still have scars from the misuse of the tools used. I regret going to this place so bad and STILL think about the regret often. I went in for laser therapy on a cold sore. The staff was very nice, the office is also very nice. I asked what the price was on the phone, in the waiting room and in the chair whilst waiting for the dentist to come. It wasn’t until I had a bib on and the laser in my face until she told me the price & an iPad in my face to sign and pay with at least 4 assistants in the room, which I found unnecessary. I’ve had this procedure done before & the outcome has never been like this. I have 2 huge scabs when that hasn’t been the outcome in my previous experiences. This place done a bad job and is overpriced, costing $100+ more than surrounding offices

Negative experience: I reached out to this clinic for dental implants, the nice lady got right back to me, I think her name is Monica, she took my information , I sent her all that I told her I would do. She then wanted to set up a phone consultation for the next day at 2:30 with the doctor explaining my options. No Call---- I waited and then texted them asking if I had the time wrong, with in 2 min. my phone rang and it was the nice gal explaining they got busy, thanked me for being understanding about the delay, promised they would call at 4:30. NO CALL BACK-- NO explanation what so ever. Two times I waited for a phone call from the doctor, only to be stood up with no response from the clinic whatsoever! In my 67 years, I have learned 1 thing---no communication with a customer looking to spend thousands with a business and being told they will get back to you and they don't Well that tells me I can't trust that business, I gave them (2 ) two attempts of giving them my business, and they blew it. After reviewing all the Neg. comments on Goggle, it doesn't surprise me what happened to me. If this is customer service before I do business with this clinic, shame on me for allowing them to waste more of my time ---NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Today, I went for a consultation and let's just say I have found that place. The office was like your home, was greeted and assisted by Ms Julia. Ms Maribel and Ms Cathy was great! Fantastic experience: Our emergency trip to the dentist turned into a genuinely wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I are in Orlando before a cruise and his flipper for his front teeth broke 24 hours before we board the ship. We called every dentist in Orlando and no one was able to help us until we called All About Beautiful Smiles and they told us to come in and they’d make it happen. Dr. SMD, Andrea, Kathy and Rosa were morning short of miracle workers! They were beyond friendly, rushed to get his imprints to the lab before they closed for the weekend and provided us with their personal phone numbers in case there were any mishaps. If we were from Orlando, this would absolutely be our new dentist. I’ve never been more blown away by customer service.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is simply not enough for this place. I had a dental flipper for my two front teeth and it broke first thing in the morning when woke up. 1 day before I leave for a cruise. Talk about an absolute disaster! After calling several places here in Orlando trying to see if ANYONE. Could help. We are from Houston and only had one day here to get this fixed. Sure enough after some much needed laughs … they made it all work! A new flipper to bring back my smile in time for vacation! Everyone at the office was absolutely amazing. The lab stayed late when he heard my story and situation to help me get this fixed so I could have an awesome vacation. All about beautiful smiles is the absolute GOAT. I can’t even express how awesome the staff are and how well taken care of I felt coming here. THEY BROUGHT MY SMILE BACK! thank you again so so much to everyone there. Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this place at ALL… I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my visit. If I could give ZERO stars, Don’t be fooled with those FAKE 5 Star reviews…STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Don’t be fooled with the phony nice entrance by staff and the cheap welcome gift and dirty reused/unwashed blankets. Additionally, if you should need to communicate (call, text or email) after your visit, the response time is awful and from my experience VERY disrespectful when they decide to respond. I must honestly say, I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!! Further, if you decide to make the awful choice to visit this place, please do not let them talk you into getting loans because you might regret it!! I managed to get a same-day appointment, even late in the afternoon, despite being in severe pain. The entire team was exceptionally professional, and the office itself is nothing short of a five-star facility—immaculately clean, elegantly designed, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. I was especially anxious about having my wisdom tooth extracted because of a traumatic experience I had at another dental office. But to my surprise, I didn’t feel a thing. Despite it being a complex extraction, the procedure was completely painless. The care, precision, and gentleness displayed by the dental team were remarkable. Even more impressive were the prices—extremely reasonable for the level of service and luxury provided. I never thought I’d find a place where I could feel both comfortable and confident in dental care. Negative experience: I have been to this clinic 2 time. I Liked the first visit, the dentist was an African American lady that gave me full attention and care. Although on this last time I went there, I waited for almost 2 hours to get assisted and when I did the new dentist in the clinic had attitude. I assume because she got overwhelmed by giving services to many people at the same time. On my first visit I was asked if I would like to do anesthesia for a regular procedure in which I refused and had no further problems, however this time the dentist started applying the anesthesia without my consent, and only after gave me the consent form to sign, I did sign because I did not want to cause a scene and it wouldn’t make a difference because the application was already done. Really disappointing.

The staff is very friendly and calmed my nerves by being so compassionate with my anxiousness offering me a blanket, drinks, headphones and extra reassurance all would be fine during my tooth extraction snd bone graft. I have very sensitive teeth and even the cleaning I asked for extra numbing. Dr. St Mathew’s is the Queen of Dental Surgery. Everyone was wonderful thank you Dr. St Mathew’s, Rosa and Maribel I felt very comfortable and well taken care off. I will be back with my whole family for dental cleaning and care.

Fantastic experience: (READ ALL) Hello, I'm back again to give a little update to my last review of All About Beautiful Smiles (AABS). All About Beautiful Smiles is still the best dentistry establishment I have been to. I have been going to all about beautiful smiles for almost a decade. It always feels good to walk into a space and know you're not just a number. Dr. SMD and Terry who works with the financial piece know me fr. Like by name and are very personable. Marybelle has been my hygienist both times this year for my cleanings, and she is wonderful. She always make sure I am comfortable and clearly communicates what she is doing and gives good recommendations to add to my dental hygiene routine. Also, they are always asking me about how my son is, and he is only 2, so it's not like he's one of their patients. But it means alot cause it shows they remember me fr and also take interest in my life. I honestly which they saw littles, so he could be a patient to because I know his experience would be wonderful. Anyways, check them out! It's a 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t go to the dentist for a couple years after a very traumatic experience with another provider, but I had a broken bridge that needed taking care of. After discussing options we decided to pivot to an implant. Terry and Dr SMD listened to my fear and experience, but I still panicked my first time back and they let me reschedule the work. When I came back they did everything to make me comfortable and I got through the appointment. I felt no pain during the procedure and the healing was much quicker than I anticipated. I appreciate them taking my concerns seriously and helping me get through the work I needed. I am confident I will be happy with the final result.

Negative experience: If I could give this a business no stars, I would. This office appears friendly, however, definitely has very shady financial dealings. This office basically stole $500 from me and refused to refund it. I NEVER had any dental work completed. I basically put down an amount of money for future dental work, then decided I no longer wanted to do any business with this dentist because of the multiple red flags. The financial person, Terri, signed me up for a loan that I never agreed to and I only noticed when I received an alert on my credit report. A molding was created after I specifically requested it not be until other things were clarified. I initially went to this office for the bogus promotion and ended up getting swindled. I had to continuously remind the "financial person" that I had insurance, as every quote she provided was self pay. I even spoke directly to the dentist about my concerns, however, nothing came about. Apparently, it's ok to swindle people out of their hard earned money.. I reported this business to the BBB but apparently nothing could be done. DO NOT, I repeat, do not do business this dental provider!

Fantastic experience: Love the experience. Staff were so kind on the phone and helpful to fit my daughter in the schedule for today 10/11/24. My daughter said Dr E made her feel so relaxing to the point she didn't feel no pain while the extractions. The staff Ms. Rosa, Sharon & Maribel were awesome! Fantastic experience: My first experience - what we as customers refer to as the first impression was awesome! That was because of the care and time Sharon took with me. I hate the dental experience, no pun intended, however, Sharon made me feel confident and sure that I made the right decision to get the dire work I need done here. Fantastic experience: As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was really nervous going in to get my teeth checked out. A pain in one of my lower molars was the only reason why I ended up going in general, and when looking up options this practice came up. Right off the bat, I was interested by their “un-dental” experience…I have bad experiences with other practitioners not caring for pain, or my severe anxiety. From the moment I walked in they were extremely kind. The office itself is beautiful and relaxing, with gentle music and relaxing aromatherapy. When I got in the chair, they examined the condition of my teeth, which wasn’t the best but they were determined to help me gain a beautiful smile again. My front teeth had a huge cavity- they both needed root canals and I needed multiple extractions. I was terrified, but everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and even helped me with financing as well for all the care that was needed which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Let me start by saying Dr. St. Matthew-Daniel and Dr. E are incredible. Not only are they dedicated to cultivating a welcoming dental experience, but they are amazing at what they do. I have the world’s lowest pain tolerance and any time I so much as flinched, they would see if I was alright and needed to be numbed. This is a stark contrast to many other dentists I have went to that seemed to not care. Them, their hygienists, everyone in the office seems to be in high spirits and above all wants you to be comfortable. Even first walking in, the receptionists have always been very kind to me and helped me to make appointments and communicate any concerns to the doctors. As of right now, I am waiting on my permanent crowns for my front teeth. Even the temporary bridge I have in place looks beautiful, which makes me very excited for the final product! I never thought that I would be confident in my smile again, but now I feel so comfortable with my teeth that not only did it boost my confidence, but it kickstarted what is hopefully the beginning of a great dental hygiene routine! I can never really thank them enough for their lovely work and I will be hopefully returning to their practice post-extraction to get what I am sure will be a beautiful dental implant! If not for them, im sure my teeth and gums would have been in bad shape, but Im confident that I’m on the path to healing now. If you’re looking for a judgement free, caring dental practice, this is the one!!!

When your looking for a car or buying a house your presented with a quote for what your interested in, however people often forget it’s just that “A quote” it’s up to you to make the decision if you want to accept the help or not. If it’s out of your budget then communicate that. It’s a shame how people gaslight others because of their financial circumstances. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment over the phone. I asked if they accepted my insurance and was told that they did. I filled out all the paperwork online before my appointment. At the time of my appointment I gave the receptionist my insurance and ID cards . Afterwards, I was called to the back and was given a brochure with dainty treats., I didn't want anything.,needless to say, I was asked why I was there and I explained the reason. The lady written down what I told her. Afterwards she said that they had a membership plan that was really good and it costs $199.00. I then told her that I wasn't interested. I mentioned to her that my insurance pay for the x-rays, so I wouldn't be charged. She then restates the membership plan. I declined and she went to go get someone else to come tell me the same thing. This was not a good experience for me at all. I will not be going back to them it was such an inconvenience. I gave them one star because of the decor looked nice and the refreshments that they offer.

Negative experience: Visited practice while experiencing severe pain due to 1 tooth with an internal tooth fracture and a second tooth decayed. Two extractions requested with vwrified dental insurance. I sat in demtal chair 2 hoirs with severe pain.All About Beautiful Smiles office manager said she could not reach Delta Dental to verify dental policy. So due to severe pain l prepaid for 2 extractions while All About Beautiful Smiles agreed to file a claim and soon upon Delta Dental response,l would be refunded money paid the dental group that was beyond my patient responsibilities. The dental group filed a claim for less than the dental group chargrd me in the prepayment amount. After my office visit to the dental group l waited a week to call call Delta Dental .I reached Delta Dental within 3 tries over 15 minutes.. Delta Dental said they had not recieved a claim from All About Beautiful Smiles. Then l relayed the information to the dental group. The claim was resent to Delta Dental by the dental group. Delta Dental informed me that the claim was filed for $20. less than the dental gruop charged me. Delta Dental said All Aboit Beautiful Smiles under contract had to use specific codes. The dental denied the fact. After Delta Dental did a estimate of benefi amount due the dental group plus patiebt responsibilities,l realized the dental group had lied to me. The office manager said my overpayment amount was theirs to keep. Delta Dental said patient was responsible for $95.per contract . The dental group recieved $180. from Delta Dental.Prepayment by me was $656 after my begging the de tal group wroye a check to me for $180. plus $20. Another African American said her daughter prepaid for services,but never recieved the services. The dental group kept the prepaid money the daughter paid. Warning to African Americans..Dont prepay.

Fantastic experience: As an English teacher, I always think of literary elements. In a paper, you have to have a great introduction. It sets the tone and the mood. Your establishment has done a great job with the introduction. Prior to my appointment, Frantz called to verify if I was still coming. He was very professional. He had a nice tone and was very courteous. The day of the appointment, I was stuck in traffic. I called the office to inform. He stated that he would make a notation, but the most important thing was to arrive safely. Most places do not have warm receptionist. Frantz made me not stress on worrying on driving fast to make it. The introduction was a great one, and I knew that I’d made the right decision by choosing All About Beautiful Smiles for my dental needs. The staff is friendly. She assisted with financing for my current visit since my 18 year old was getting an implant. Fantastic experience: This dentist office is like no other. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. When you walk in the door. There is fresh squeezed lemonade. Literally fresh squeezed in front of you. The ambiance of the place is very Zen and calming. From a blanket to keep you cozy, to a microwave, shoulder, warmer, comfort and caring is their top priority. The dentist always remembers small details that we have talked about even when it's been a while. I would recommend this undental experience to anyone, any day.

Negative experience: if I could give this place 0 stars I will. This is the worst dental office ever. The turnover rate is INSANE!!!!!! every time I come in …. There’s always new people. Its weird. Not to mention how rude the doctor is and her little assistant terri. I’ve seen them be rude to patients and employees. They only care about the money not my health or the health of others. They will harass you to right a review for them right there and then in there faces…. Which is very annoying ,, they also text you multiple times to write one. Like let’s be honest for a moment … what dental office has 1 thousand reviews plus ? My crown is always coming out. ALWAYS. They do a poor job.Also not taking insurance , filing a claim is too much of a hassle. Not a fan of the reimbursement process. And you have you pay 100% upfront ?? Fantastic experience: Recently I changed my insurance thinking it would save me money. Did I regret doing so!?! I ended up with an insurance that didn’t cover my dental needs and the assigned dentist could not match the level of service and care I got at All About Beautiful Smile. Thankfully that office offers a low cost membership option that helps me to go back. I will never make the mistake of changing insurance if my dentist office doesn’t take that one. Once you find a good dentist stay there. Dr. St Matthews always get me the best treatment and her recommendations are always right. I highly recommend this dental office. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had. I have had severe dental anxiety for many years, and my dental health has suffered greatly because of it. From the moment I walked in the door all of the staff at All About Beautiful Smiles made me feel at ease. They truly have the UNDental experience. I will never go to another dentist again. They make you feel like family.

Negative experience: This place is just not right. They stopped taking my insurance even though I have a broad plan and told me I just need to submit the claim myself and get reimbursed. I did so and did not get my full amount back. Sure, you can say this is a problem with me and my insurance company, but no, I can go to any other dentist and get everything covered. This place just cares about making more money. Their whole “comfort menu” goes out the door once you’re an established client, I was given the best treatment when I first got there with hot towels and essential oils, but all that stopped by my 3rd appointment. I’ve been gone for over a year now and they will still cold call me to try to convince me to come back. I asked if they still do this insurance garbage, and they said now they will submit the claim but it’s still the same dance of the client having to pay everything up front and then getting reimbursed. Just not worth the hassle when other dentists just don’t do this. And I’m pretty sure a lot of these reviews are incentivized. What dentist has over 1,000 reviews?!

Negative experience: This is the most embarrassing and degrading place to work , or get work done. Terry is so rude I just can’t believe she’s the financial coordinator. They treat the employees and patient so poorly. The doctor preaches on how her purpose is to help patients.. and let me tell you THAT IS NOT HER PURPOSE. It is to get money from patients. It’s honestly disgusting DO NOT COME HEREEE!!! I regret giving them a dollar!!!! All the reviews are fake !!! When I told them I could not pay the ridiculous price they told me for some work done I got treated so poorly. HORRIBLE !

Negative experience: I was a patient for about 5/6 years and had to stop going. Even though they stopped taking insurance, everyone was so nice that I wanted to keep going. Their insurance department assured me that if I paid, I'd get reimbursed in full. I figured they did their due diligence as the insurance dept. Well it was $169 spent in November right before Xmas and 2 months later I finally received a check after going back and forth with my insurance company and the dentist for $63. I asked the dentist what happened since they had assured me I'd get money back. It's now almost May, and still haven't received the rest of my money. Whenever I was told someone would call me back, nobody ever did. I called numerous times since December, and was even told the manager would call me back a few weeks ago. Anddd nothing. It's a shame, but I learned that I'll confirm with my own insurance company going forward and don't pay for services when you have insurance.

Fantastic experience: I went to "All About Beautiful Smiles" for repair of a cracked front tooth. Upon entering the practice, I immediately noticed a few things... The warmth and friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the modern Waiting Room, where you're offered hot or cold beverages, and handed a Welcome Gift. I also noted the calming music that was played throughout the office. That's a nice touch! Accompanying me throughout this visit, was a wonderful Dental Assistant whose name I cannot recall. I do know she is of Turkish Descent, and very friendly. She helped me complete the necessary forms, took the X-Ray of my problem tooth, then escorted me to the organized and spotless procedure room, where she assisted the doctor. My tooth was worked on for about 20 minutes, and I'm more than pleased with the results! Now about Dr. St Matthew-Daniel, practice owner, and DMD... SHE is simply AMAZING! Dr. St Matthew-Daniel is not only personable, she's also knowledgeable and highly skilled in her trade, and my cracked tooth looks good as new! She mixed two composite colors together in order to achieve a perfect match to my tooth, and I swear it looks as if nothing was ever wrong with it! I'm so happy I found "All About Beautiful Smiles" in Dr Phillips, Orlando Fl. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of good dental care! If you want to experience a one of a kind dental treatment that is reminiscent of the days when the medical profession REALLY cared about people and actively listen to their patients. Across the board, I experienced kindness and courtesy, from Kuries the initial intake team member (sounds like kerurig, the coffee), to the front office team member (I can’t recall her name at the moment, but she is a beautiful young lady on the inside and out. She graciously shared the WiFi password to access and fill out my paperwork from my phone. Mind you this was an emergency/walk-in new patient experience for me. (Friday)I was dreading the possibility of having to wait all weekend, until Monday morning to be placed on another dental office’s calendar. Sharon, the hygienist another beautiful soul, walked out and greeted me. She escorted me back to do the consultation, x-ray exam and listened intently as I described my problem. I was next introduced to “Bee” and she is a (Honey). So gentle and compassionate not to forget, equally as qualified in this area of dentistry. “Bee” assisted Dr. Tejamade St-Matthew-Daniel, and can I just take a minute brag about this exceedingly educated beautiful woman! And she represents the name Saint, remarkably! Trust and believe, she is the real deal. Caring and laser focused on the details. There aren’t enough words to describe her professionalism. I felt like I was at home, actually this is my new home (for ALL my dental needs) I love this place! Negative experience: All About Beautiful Smiles was my first and only dentist when I moved to Orlando. I was referred to them by a colleague and I chose them because they have a very diverse staff. I felt that was important because I seek healthcare professionals that may be more inclined to identify with my experiences. Unfortunately, they recently changed their agreements with insurance providers and now charge full-price for services up front and reimburse you for the difference. I feel this business model excludes a significant portion of customers in favor of customers that have the financial means to cover their entire visit. While they do offer a payment plan, it still doesn’t fully accommodate those of us that have great insurance that can afford the copay. And customer’s should not have to go into debt for dental services when they have insurance coverage. Wishing this business all the best as they are still the premier destination for all things dental, in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I have never been anywhere health wise where majority of the staff looks like me. #BlackGirlMagic. My mother (who’s a patient here) referred me and assured me I’d be in great hands and I truly was. It’s the little things that stick out to me the most and I want to include that in the review. Little Things #1: When you first go in you are greeted and offered a drink. Y’all they give you homemade orange juice. HOMEMADE!!!!! I’ve never been anywhere that offers that. Little Things #2: When you get into your room, they offer you a blanket and a pillow!!!! And it’s a thick blanket too y’all Little Things #3: During my procedure I was so scared of the pressure (tooth extraction) that I almost had a panic attack, Dr. St. Matthew-Daniel placed her hand on my face and let me know that I was going to be ok. Her touch reminded of my grandma that passed a few years back and I was much more relaxed. Little Things #3: When I was getting my deep cleaning, the doc consistently took small breaks to check on me because the procedure can be sensitive but I had no problems. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to dental assistant B (assistant w/ the long locs), she is so relatable, beautiful, and very kind. The entire staff was exceptional and thank you guys so much for helping me. It’s been almost a decade since I could comfortably chew on the left side of my mouth and now all that is behind me (don’t question it lol, the tooth broke and the nerves died so I didn’t bother that side). I found my first visit to be refreshing. The staff from the first call to make my appointment was very helpful and kind. Every staff member throughout my experience has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, very supportive, thorough, and showed empathy while going over my procedures and planning my next dental steps. When Dr. SMD first saw my X-rays, she said there was nothing she could do as I had a lot of bone loss in my top jaw. As she almost turned around to leave she looked at me and said I was pulling on her heart strings and wanted to see more X-rays including an MRI to see if there was something she could do. She took her time and was very calming and caring throughout her examination assuring me that everything will be ok. Daff, B, Cathy and Rosa then started taking the necessary X-rays and took their time explaining every detail. They were very supportive and took their time. They really cared and had my best interests in mind when giving me my options. They stayed very late after business hours explaining things such as next steps, payment planning, and answering all of my questions in detail. These 3 staff members are a Gem and I am so grateful for them. in addition, the Dentist Dr. SMD was extremely caring and very detailed in her explanations as to my next dental steps. Dr. SMD has a gentle and kind manner in which she approaches her patients. She really does care and has such a huge heart. She also took her time with me and answered any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel rushed or I feel incredibly blessed to have found such expertise and superior customer service.
