Fantastic experience: I am so happy a friend recommend this dental office to me. I had a dentist I liked very much but he moved. I spent a few years wandering from one mediocre dentist to another and then a horrible one where a filling fell out 3 times in 1 week. I have been coming to Pearly Whites for almost 2 years now and.i have even recommended it to a friend (something I almost never do, but feel confident anyone coming here will be pleased.

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctors, very informative and supportive, and for the first time ever I didn’t have a dentist scold me for not brushing too well, usually first thing any dentist I’ve been to does is they “oh you didn’t do this and you don’t do that right” but these guys right here were amazing. Their hand was very light I was there for bunch of work and didn’t even feel it. The receptionists were very lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: I have permanent bridges that I‘ve had for 49 years and Monday night I broke one. I went to the office early on Tuesday morning where there had been a cancellation and they took me right in. I had bad dental experiences while a teenager and had always been afraid that my bridges would have to be removed. I freaked out when I was told the broken one needed to be replaced. But Dr. Kamila and Kiera (sorry if your names are spelled wrong) were so patient that the procedure was far less traumatic than I had feared. I look forward to having my new bridge in two weeks and know that if the other one needs to be replaced, it will be no big deal. Whew! Thanks Dr. Abbas and Associates! Update: My new bridge is really great. Thanks again!!!

Negative experience: Went to this dentist office for years, went to a new dentist and found out my teeth weren’t being taken care of properly here, this office is always in a rush bc they stack there schedule so heavy, they do cheap/ fast work which makes sense for that demographic of client that wants that done. You get what you pay for like anything else.

Fantastic experience: An excellent visit. My wait was about 5 minutes before being called. Had a a short wait in the chair. Over all, my appointment was 1:30 and I was out the door about 2:10 with 2 fillings repaired.

I was taken in right in time for my appointment, I was reassured that I wouldn’t be charged anything and that my insurance covered everything, and my teeth were properly cleaned. Fantastic experience: It's a nice and pleasant place to get your teeth taken care of. Everyone who works there is friendly. The dentist isn't in a hurry to give you a root canal because the tooth MIGHT be a problem. Instead they tell you to let them know if you start getting alot of pain from that tooth and they tell you why it may be a problem.

I was actually referred to Pearly Whites from a friend after complaining about my previous dentist and it was time for my yearly appointment. I am so glad that I asked my friend "what dentist do you use?" They said Pearly Whites in Dearborn. I was a little hesitant but I took a chance and called to book an appointment. After all the reason i ask was because their teeth looked great after a recent cleaning. That was the best decision I could have made! I look forward to my next my next appointment! From start to finish everyone was professional. The Doctor was very thorough and the hygienist OMG was the BEST! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Negative experience: Plaque is what they cleaned.. Tarter from teeth did not clean... No polish on teeth or floss!!!! Other dental office visit I received those things when they clean my teeth. This place is horrible like they did a good job and smiled in my face and told me I have a great day...4-1-25....8am 9am Look at the picture

Negative experience: I will hear for my normal cleaning and I did not get my normal hygienist. I am not sure who I had but I did not feel like she did a very good job cleaning my teeth. She scaled for a little bit and I asked her she was going to use the WaterPik and she said no and then she just published. My normal hygienist is much better and the reception staff is always great unfortunately I had a bad experience with this one person who was actually very friendly but just didn't do a very good job in my opinion.

They took there time with my son who is autistic. He had a very pleasurable experience and excited to go back. My other son needed one filling and they were able to see him the same day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our dental needs and with insurance information.

Positive experience: I’m changing my review because the Dr. Abbas has called me personally. Although, we did not speak or resolve the situation, I do appreciate her willingness to reach out and attempt to address the issue. I started treatment elsewhere but calling me after she read my initial review says a lot about her commitment to her patients. She’ll go out of her way to reach out which is way more than you’ll get anywhere else. I had an unfortunate experience that could’ve been avoided, but I’m also to blame because I was not as vocal or clear when communicating my concerns…I’m a people pleaser and then I’m an angry bird when my tooth hurts. Pearly Whites is full of people who are kind and welcoming, I was very comfortable to return before the situation and that is because Dr. Abbas is a very professional, very understanding, and a down to earth person with a great staff. If I can give you advice to others like me, it’s to be very honest about your concerns and not to worry about upsetting the dentist.

So glad I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Negative experience: The person who was cleaning my teeth kept poking me with the needle on my gums. She has me drowning in my own salvia wouldn’t give me the piece to spit in. Than squirting my whole face with water it went all over my hair and down my neck. Worst experience ever. And my teeth still are not cleaned

Fantastic experience: I just had a cleaning and xrays done at Pearly Whites. They did a great job, as always. After the exam Dr. Camille took care of an annoying adhesive residue on a front tooth from when I wore Invisalign braces. She took out her polishing tool and voila! My tooth is smooth again and that residue will no longer annoy me or collect stains. Thank you Dr. Camille and the hygienist for freshening my smile once again!

Positive experience: I would’ve been happier if the dentist took care of my cavity in the back of my mouth, but he really didn’t do anything not till later date. I don’t understand why.
