Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice and super helpful and explained everything to you anyways that you would understand definitely recommend going to this dental office

Negative experience: This place didn’t do a very good job with me. I had some cavities that were supposedly filled. A couple days after the appointment I started having pain where they were filled. I called to make an appointment they told me they couldn’t see me for 6 months so I decided to go to another dentist. Some of the cavities that were “filled” weren’t and the ones that were, were not filled correctly. I’ve had a couple other problems with this place but overall I wouldn’t recommend going here. Go to bright choice family dental. They do everything in house(root canals, crowns) and they are super available in terms of scheduling.

Fantastic experience: Timely, effective, and pleasant to deal with. If they can't do something they will recommend someone who can and is just as good as them.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here went rather well. The staff is polite and professional, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and their pricing is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend! UPDATE: I have had 5 teeth pulled and gotten my temporary set of dentures. Never in my life have I had a tooth pulled and not had to take pain meds. Until now. I hate needles, and always been terrified of Dentists, but everyone here is great! And I didn't even need Tylenol after having 4 front teeth pulled. I'll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist did great today but they used laughing gas and I couldn’t feel it. dr was awesome and wait time was awesome as well. Second update: I went to get a partial done and they did a really good job! They went from a 4 to a 5. Update: went in for a maintenance cleaning and they did an awesome job. They also fixed my partial so that it’s not painful anymore to wear!

Negative experience: I’ll preface to say that others’ experiences may be different, but this was mine. When I called in May to schedule, I said that I wanted to schedule a cleaning and was scheduled 3 months out. Today, on Aug 8th, I drove 60 miles in to get the cleaning, and rather than get an actual cleaning, it was just a consult and treatment plan. They told me to schedule my cleaning, which this appointment should have been for, on a future date. It would have been nice to have more transparency that the cleaning wouldn’t happen on the day I scheduled it for rather than waste my time. I take my wife to her dental appts and they do it all in a single day every time. Unfortunately, I don’t get very many days off and I wasted it for this appt. I would have given one star, but my tech was amazing & the women up front were great. I only saw the dentist for about 3 minutes and it was very rushed.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how the employees at the Wichita Falls, TX location make my visit feel like a hometown dentist instead of a chain dentist! I always receive excellent care & information. The dental hygienist and dentist are both very personable and thorough. The front office staff has always been efficient and handled an issue with my insurance company quickly (employer directed provider changed)! I’ve never had any issues with billing or appointment scheduling. This office has provided multiple appointment options, and always provided several appointment reminders before might visit as well as reached out for follow-up feedback after my appointment. Every time I’ve visited, the employees have exuded positive energy and seem happy to be there. The positive vibes of the office helps relieve any stress I may be feeling about my visit/procedure. Negative experience: worst experience ever first off we got there for a appointment at 4 at 3:45 3 ppl walk in after us at like 3:50-3:55 they are told there copays etc then there called back 1 by 1 remind you they got here after us but there insurance and we are medicaid please after all the insurance people were called back they called me back this is not a 1 time thing this happens at almost every appointment dont go to this dentist they are horrible they treat patients like everything is there fault some dental conditions can be caused by genetics but they dont seem to get that please take the time to go somewhere else these people dont care about there patients

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I chose this place due to the amount of recommendations on here however the reviews leave out the fact your kid is herded in like cattle. My daughter saw 5 people over her care... she had one girl bring her back weigh her and take notes then another girl come in take photos then another girl come in to clean then a dentist then a second dentist. The rooms are opened up were i could plainly hear treatment plans in the room next to us. The original dentist was extremely unprofessional because the moment i started asking and disagreeing with the treatment plan she tried shutting me down with pretty much this is the only option and tried scaring me inyo saying there would be an emergency visit and my daughter had an infection. The second dentist came in and instead of taking more clear xrays just said they he is booked until may to watch for signs of infection and he will try to save a tooth once he is in there all infront of my daughter who mind you is already terrified of the dentist. I got a second opinion the next day and lets just say they were completely incorrect on every single thing. My daughter went from having 4 teeth pulled to one and not even the one they were wanting pulled. They were attempting to cap every single tooth to now she is getting filling for just tiny cavities and i mean tiny. I am giving them at least two stars because the front office ladies are extremely sweet. But do not rely on the actual dentist there. Save hour child.

Negative experience: I felt like I was at a used car lot… they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. They said things were wrong with my teeth that have never been wrong, and I go to the dentist every 6 months. I had to switch dentists because of insurance reasons, and now I’m going to be looking yet again.

They listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I was being judged, and they even answered all the questions I asked just because I’m a nerd who loves seeing my own X-rays. I enjoyed my visit and even though I’m still anxious about dental visits, I look forward to going back to them.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Spearmint Dental for many years now, since I was around 16 I believe (now 28) and I have never had a bad experience with that place or the staff. They always have very friendly staff. They are always very accommodating and will help with any questions you have. 10/10 recommend going if you're looking for a dentist! The facility is also very clean.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the hygienist today. First time in 8 years I've ever had a negative experience at Spearmint. The woman was business-like, but not friendly. At all. It was the most ungentle cleaning I've ever had. She didn't even give me my new toothbrush, paste, and floss.

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated journey with my oral health. I dealt with a painful wisdom tooth for 4 months. Dr.Garett took care of this for me. The procedure was quick and painless. I appreciated that he verbally walked me through every step along the way. He was also extremely kind and the assistant he had with him was equally as amazing. I appreciate this more than I can even express. It feels so nice to not be in pain anymore. As soon as I hear my tooth crack it was like instantly all the pressure was gone. After I got home, about 30 minutes later I was laying on the couch and realized for the first time in a while my shoulders weren't tensed up anymore. Previous to getting the tooth removed I had pain radiating from the top of my head to my shoulders. It felt like my eyes had so much pressure behind them. It was a pain like I had never felt before. And it got so much worse every time I brushed my teeth, or slept because I'm a horrible teeth grinder. Like I said before, I don't even have words to explain how incredibly greatful I am that Dr.Garett was able to fix this pain. God bless him.

Madison, the hygienist was very polite, friendly and appeared to be excellent at her part of the extraction procedure. Spearmint Dental was recommended to me by a colleague, and I will certainly recommend them as well.

She is upbeat, friendly, and very thorough. I was so pleased with her! Dr Wang was professional and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wong is amazing, he is warm and kind. I don't say that lightly. I have always had a fear and distrust toward the medical field, it's branches and those affiliated. I have seen many dentists and he is only the 2nd who shows dedication to his craft. He isn't afraid to get things done himself, and he doesn't like leaving things alright he wants it done right the first time. He is also considerate of your comfort, often checking if you are doing okay. I appreciate him very much. Spearmint as a whole has done well by me for the 5 years I have been going to this practice. My husband, two kids and I all go to them for our dental needs.
