Negative experience: So disappointed in this practice. I have been a patient for 20 years and was shocked and extremely disappointed at my experience I received this morning. I had a scheduled confirmed appointment for a routine cleaning and upon arrival I was advised I had to see the dentist for an exam which was a law. I advised them at the time of confirmation that I was retired and no longer had dental coverage and only wanted a cleaning and was advised of the cleaning cost. It appears that since I no longer have coverage I can’t get a cleaning done anymore unless I pay for an exam that doesn’t benefit me any longer as I can’t afford extensive dental care. They didn’t even have the decency to call me but waited for me to show up for my appointment to inform me of this yet had I not showed up they would have billed me for a cancellation fee. I guess my time isn’t valuable to your practice any longer since I can’t afford your rates. So disappointed to be treated like this after so many years being told how important routine cleanings are.

Fantastic experience: Fuller Dental is fantastic . Crowns, cavities, pediatrics, mouth guards, I’ve had satisfaction with everything so much so that I drive from Raleigh to stay a patient. Equipment is top notch, staff is friendly, Dr. Jamie is great. Hygienists are the best and it’s nice to see the same person every 6 months. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I called last week to get an appointment with my dentist, Dr. Matsko, to check a concern following surgery performed by an oral surgeon in another practice. I got an appointment within a couple of days. Upon arrival, I waited in the waiting room for about ten minutes before being called back. The dental assistant took a photo with a tiny camera for me to see the area I was concerned about clearly. When Dr. Matsko came in, he checked the area and discussed what caused it, and also explained my t my options for treatment. I was very pleased with Dr. Matsko, his assistant, and Jeannie, the front office staff member who provided me with an estimate for my potential treatment solution. I have always found that the staff works as a team at Fuller Dental. They are consistently engaging and knowledgeable in the treatment of patients. Their primary goal is to serve their patients well! I have been a patient there for many, many years, and that seems to have always been their modus operandi!

Fantastic experience: Dr Joe Matsko and hygienist, Laurie Fields have provided dental care for me for well over 15 years. Both are very skilled and have an incredible chair side manner. When I came to Fuller Dental, I had quite a bit of anxiety regarding dentists due to childhood experiences, but Dr Matsko and Laurie have caused this to now be in my very distant past. A wonderful dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Always a "top-notch" experience. Consistency in professionalism and state-of-the-art equipment and staff that really enjoy their position makes going to the dentist a PLEASURE! Motivational dentistry, no scolding!

Negative experience: I initially had a 5 star review. However, my daughter informed me of what happened in the back. She has it documented in her chart that she has jaw problems, however, when the device used to hold the mouth open was placed, she tried to talk and let them know she needed to adjust her jaw, but the dentist ignored her plea and said it was time to get started, without knowing what my daughter was trying to say. My daughter had quite a bit done during her visit and was flinching and wincing with tightened body frame and making noises, with the device that prevents her from talking, and the dentist proceeded anyways, just repeating they are almost done. No CHILD should have to endure "a little bit of pain" like that as the numbing agent wears off. Needless to say, a call will be made Monday for some explanation. Our family has not had problems at this office before, but we will be insisting on going to the back with our children from now on in order to have their voices heard when they cannot speak.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Fuller Dental for a few years now. I saw Kaylee today for a cleaning. She gas a light touch and thoroughly explains what she notices and how I could improve my home care.

Negative experience: They are great when you are having regular cleanings. However when having an emergency that when the help needed was not provided. Toothache has to be the worst pain I’ve experienced and yet I was told to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol and to see the endodontist, for which I was scheduled to see in 1 week. Therefore I guess I have to manage my pain with antibiotics and oTC meds. Great plan! I am a health professional and felt like I was treated unfairly. Felt very uncomfortable making me feel if I was seeking narcotics, which is hilarious as I was given the narcotic pep talk. The first and last time I had a pain medication was an epidural for childbirth!!! Currently managing my pain on my own until I see endodontist a week from now! If pain gets worse overnight I’m going to the ER, with emergency medicine background I am certain they can help me alleviate the pain temporarily at least. Once again, 5 stars when everything is fine but when I’m serious need of help this practice is a HUGE NO! Beware.

Fantastic experience: I used to be so anxious about going to the dentist but Dr Rawley Fuller and his team at Fuller Dental have completely changed that for me. From the moment I walk in the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff is kind and professional and they go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. Whether a routine cleaning & check up, a filling or anything else they always do an excellent job. I appreciate the care they give and I actually don’t dread dental visits anymore. Fantastic experience: I really wish I could give more than five stars. At 50 years old, I’ve only been to the dentist a handful of times. I knew I needed a lot of work done, and was finally at a point in my life where I was able to do that. From my very first visit, all the staff have been absolutely amazing. Dr. E has such a way with people, and made me feel right at ease. The staff there do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, and put you at ease. I was so impressed, that iI really encouraged my husband to see him as well. My husband has anxiety, and struggles to even leave the house. However, he went for some much-needed work also, They made him feel so at ease, that he has been back multiple times on his own, which is huge. Everybody is so nice, and works together so well, we will not be going anywhere else. We are finally able to get some much needed work done. What a blessing they have been!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghaly worked me in the very next day when I called in about my lower right teeth hurting. Two of my teeth were extremely painful and she was extremely caring, compassionate and as gentle as the treatment would allow. A few hours after leaving there I was 98% pain free! Just soreness now. There is no way I could have handled what she did under my old dentist.

Fantastic experience: I take my elderly mom to Fuller to get her cleaning's done. She had previously worked with 2 other girls. But this last time, Destiny worked with her. My mother is a little difficult and she is a hard clean. However, Destiny did an AMAZING JOB !!! She was very patient and compassionate, and she did a great job cleaning my mother's teeth. We will definitely be using Destiny from now on !

Fantastic experience: I had my 1st consultation with Dr. Cook today for a future dental surgery. Everyone in the office was fantastic! The office was ran very efficiently in my opinion and I only had to wait maybe 3 minutes once I sat down. Very happy I was referred here!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Dr. Matsko! I had an urgent dental issue Thanksgiving week, while Fuller was closed. I visited a local, chain dental office (I CHEATED on Fuller, NEVER again), where I was told I needed $2,000 worth of dental cleanings done before they would work on my urgent issue. And a quote of almost $5,000 for these deep cleanings, 2 fillings, and a crown. Not including the root canal that I'd have to have at another office. I was able to hold off until I got in with Dr. Matsko at Fuller and, he confirmed that I DO NOT need what this chain was trying to force me to have done. He is also always straight up front with what he suggests and thinks needs to be done. I trust him and all the staff at Fuller. I'm very anxious about dental work and I told Dr. Matsko that, at least 15 years ago when I first met him. He has always put me at ease and I'm not terrified to go see him. Being able to put that kind of confidence in someone in a situation that is anxiety inducing is priceless. All of the staff are polite, caring, and kind, as well. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, I had a coworker refer me here, and it been awesome, they schedule appointments as soon as they can, and it hard not to laugh when there is more than 1 person in the room while, and they really want to make sure they do it right the first person, when I would of just been fine walking out of with nothing being done to my permanent crown the lady did a little filing anyway and it felt a lot better.
