Fantastic experience: I had a 0930hrs Teeth Cleaning Appointment with Kim this morning. Kim was very professional, 100% customer service, made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process from start to finish including the local anesthetic. She kept checking in to make sure I was good, very attentive. Great choice in bacground music to listen to. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs their teeth cleaned, etc. My appointment concluded and experienced very minimal discomfort. Update: It's only been about 2hrs or so, I feel great! Plus, the staff at either the front desk, dental assistants and dentists are all equally great. This concludes my 5 Star Rating and Review.

Negative experience: Not having been to this practice before I was in the waiting room waiting to be called in for a initial exam when a gentleman who was obviously a ongoing patient, he was complaining about the out of pocket expenses this practice charges for simple procedures like cleanings. He stated that they charged twice as much as his insurance company will pay... I should have walked out right there ! I received my initial exam and was quite surprised at the charges they proposed to me for ongoing care I will need, I was also surprised that they were not willing to work with me to space out the treatments so I could take advantage of my insurance for the remainder of this year and then more benefits that would renew the first of next year. It was all or nothing from their stand point. I expressed that this would cost me thousands out of pocket. They were not one bit concerned ! I returned the next day to speak to the office manager about trying to put together a more affordable treatment plan, again they were not concerned about working with me ! It was blatantly obvious that all they cared about was me paying for the doctors Mercedes Benz !!!

Fantastic experience: My latest appointment was great as usual. They are very prompt and always friendly. My hygienist Kim was wonderful. Very gentle, but thorough. I need some work done and was given several options and not pressured at all. Thanks also to the women behind the desk. Always informative and very nice.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff were incredibly kind, professional, and personable. I was worried because my last two dentist offices had me in and out real quick like I was just a number. NH Family Dentistry staff welcomed me and took the time to give me good advice on how to better care for my teeth. They also used a high tech tool to scan my mouth, which was really cool!!!

Fantastic experience: After my previous dentist left and the practice completely changed I decided on New Hampshire Family Dentistry and I do not regret it at all! They grabbed all my records from my previous dentist and the new patient checkin was a breeze. They did a complete intake with me and the hygienist Brittany is absolutely amazing! I have always experienced pain with the probing and even when numbed, she did it pain free with no numbing! She even explained to me in detail with picture the state of my gums and how to rectify the situation! She also helped to get my periodontal maintenances covered by the insurance, something my last dentist never offered to even try. Plus my previous dentist was more expensive on literally everything! Dr. Mandera is kind and helpful, explained things to me honestly and completely and I feel that my mouth and my teeth will be on the road to recovery and I will be happier and healthier for it with an amazing smile. I am looking forward to getting back on track!

Negative experience: As far as the crown I had little over a month ago, I am not happy with it at all. I have been back 3 times regarding this with no Improvement. Crown was put in where I had a chipped tooth, I had no discomfort or pain what so ever in that area but now I do.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to the area about 18 months ago, I switched to NH Family Dentistry. I was a bit nervous as I had previously gone to the same dentist for 30+ years and didn't think any other practice could live up to them. But NH Family Dentistry has not disappointed. They are all so friendly and professional. I have had 3 cleanings and some repair work done. I just also set my husband up for his first visit and they were super helpful in getting records transferred and getting an appt on the books promptly. The office staff, the hygienists, and Dr. Mandera are all great! I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to NH and needed to find a dentist quickly due to a cracked tooth. I have alot of anxiety about dental work and needed a crown. Much to my surprise this was one of the best dental experiences I ever had. The staff and dentist were wonderful in making me feel comfortable and explaining the procedure.

Negative experience: Got Conned. The dentist did the procedure without asking the staff to check the insurance if the procedure is covered. They then blamed me saying I need to be checking with the insurance before I get to their office. Sure! I will know what procedure I would need before I get there. Absolutely Unprofessional, and Unethical. Be wary.

I'm always a little bit apprehensive about this procedure but Dr. Mandera and Mary are very good at putting me at ease and keeping things as pain free as possible. Day one, I had to take a couple of Tylenol. Day two, no pain! No meds needed. I highly recommend New Hampshire Family Dentistry and have been their patient for many years.

Fantastic experience: Because of prior surgeries, I need to take medication in advance of my appointment. This last visit they made some wonderful accommodations to make every thing work for me. And they have done this in previous years as well. All the medical and support staff have been wonderful, accommodating and very pleasant. (This is not Lincoln, I am his wife. )

They always ask how I am doing and if I need a break, having diabetes the doctor always makes sure my sugars are okay before we start. I love this place!
