Fantastic experience: This office and staff are amazing I shadowed Jennifer for my dental program and she made sure I was set! Had a great experience beside Dr. Combs and Dr. Hunt. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Combs and Jan for many years now. His children were babies and Jan wasn’t even a MIL, let alone a grandma. Look at them now! They have cared for me for years and become more than my dentist and hygienist, they are my friends. Such great people and their staff is wonderful and caring. I’m a lucky lady!

I ended up meeting Dr. Hunt when I was helping him at my job a month or so ago and asked for a card. Definitely recommend going to see him and the amazing staff there. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I received a new patient exam and had a crown recemented. Jan, the hygienist, was extraordinarily personable and professional. Having worked in an elite dental practice for several years, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and post-visit recommendations for at-home dental care. Dr. Combs himself is delightful and efficient. Based on today’s visit I intend to return for ongoing care. Over a year later, I still believe I have the best care! Here it is 2024, and I just had gum surgery by Dr. Driver, a periodontist from Bentonville. Excellent experience. The Bella Vista dental office is focused on quality and patient comfort. Back again in 2025! Same great dental care. Tarah was my hygienist and steered me to intervene in two potential cavities. I love this practice! Back again in 2025. The preventative actions they recommended are doable and I feel responsible for my own dental health!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist and hygienists in NW Arkansas! I have been seeing Dr. Combs for 32 years now! The only way I will go to another dentist is when he sends me to a specialist if he detects a problem. My dental hygienist, Esther, I have seen twice a year for as long as she as worked for Dr. Combs! The best!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown pop off of one of my molars (twice within 2 weeks). As I was on vacation at the time, I had to find a local dental office. When the crown popped off again, I was afraid that I would have to wait a week (or possibly longer) to have it put on again; but, I called Combs & Associates at 8:00 am and they were able to fit me in at 10:20! Dr. Hunt was very kind, fixed my crown, and took the time to answer some questions that I had. It definitely feels more secure this time, so I am very hopeful.

Dr. Combs is always pleasant very knowledgeable and cares a lot about his patients experiencing the best care. I never feel anxious when the reminder comes in for my appointment. Terra is amazing. Great experience today! 2024-Great dentist! Had a crown placed on my molar today. Dr Combs does an outstanding job of making sure I'm comfortable. Can't say the same for his tech. She's a bit rough jamming a probe in your mouth while watching the computer screen and not paying attention to my mouth. The 5 stars are for Dr Combs.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Dr. Combs’ office as an emergency patient 3 years ago. I was seeing another dentist in Bentonville but had a very traumatic experience with the lady I saw most often. I wouldn’t set foot back in that place. Dr. Macy got me in that same day and addressed my concerns in full detail. I decided to use them for all of my dental work after that. I’ve always had a very complicated mouth so I’ve been back many, many times since then. I’ve seen Dr. Combs and Dr. Hunt multiple times. They are both great! They got me in today as an emergency again! Dr. Driver has done a couple of procedures for me as well. The office staff are always helpful I definitely recommend. - Natalie K

It really is the most comfortable deep cleaning I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had many.
