Fantastic experience: My daughter’s dental assistant was Karinci Baca and it was a very pleasant visit specially for my daughter. She handled her with care and let her know everything she was doing before doing it. Dr. Pearson being the good dentist he is always have great experiences when taking my daughter to her dental visits she loves going to the dentist thanks to the care that she gets provided with. Thank you guys for everything!

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to take the x2boys here. Usually in & out within an hour.. that's for both.. Excellent time organization & customer service. The young ladies that work there are very nice and friendly. Happy atmosphere also by way of good music, movies, books & games to keep the kids busy while they wait ..

Negative experience: I took my 2 children there and the staff was unprofessional the entire time. While waiting in the lobby, one of the hygenists comes and, loud as can be, began hollering to the front office staf that the movie stopped playing. Then while checking in, one of the staff laughed at my son because he didnt know his DOB. The two hygenists in training were not being monitored during the cleaning and they both failed to floss each of my children's teeth. I had to send my kids back to the chairs after each child confirmed that the flossing was skipped. Sunny, one of the lead techs asked me to help find her a job after she found out where I worked at. She touched my hand and arm, and that was very uncomfortable for me because I do not know her. Then, while speaking with the dentist about a potentially serious condition, Sunny and another tech were behind him dancing. So distracting and uncalled for. In summary, I dont want to be touched by woman who doesnt adhere to the "3 feet of personal space" guideline, I'm not going to find her a job and I dont need background dancers while talking to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here friendly and welcoming.i would definitely recommend this place for any in all dental work.Had to recently get my daughter braces here payments are affordable and aint crazy on the pockets Praise God

Negative experience: If you want to wait an hour and half past your kids appointment than this is definitely the place for you.

This is the only place they have come because my girls love it here.the staff is friendly and the place is nice clean and kid friendly. The cartoon pictures on the walls and movies playing on the flat screen while they are getting work done.her doctor was also great Dr..Raya is awesome and helped guide me in the direction of getting my 17 year old braces.Raven is her assistant I believe and she was awesome! She has a great personality and chit chatted with us and made us feel comfortable and welcomed..thank you cute smiles for kids.you need more staff like raven..and if you already do that's awesome..keep up the great work everyone

All the staff here are so friendly and nice . The Drs are very knowledgeable and helpful also . The place is really nice and clean . If you are looking for a children’s dentist don’t hesitate to bring them here , they will love so much . They even have arcade games in the waiting room as we wait to be called back .

Fantastic experience: Veroneka is absolutely amazing she is so sweet and I noticed the other girls are always picking on her and she still smiles and acts if nothing happens. Please get rid of those other girls she had long braids and the girl in front and had an attitude when I was going in the door with my children, they were making faces and talking with the other girls about me right in front of me. Other than that Veroneka and the man in the front are super caring and helping. ☺️

Judy and her beautiful soul assistant Christina were so amazing with my kids today, 06/4/2025. They both were very sweet, nice, patient, and very respectful with my one of my daughters that she did work on. I will always request them two for my babies. Kid friendly has always been important and this is the place. The staff is patient and always have a great attitude and attention to any questions I have.

Positive experience: I like this place. Great dentists but they really need to work on being on time with their appointments. We have always seemed to have waited over 30-50minutes pass our appointment time slot EVERY time for the past two years. It doesn’t matter if you come 45 minutes earlier to get seen at your appointment time slot. Bad luck or is it them? This has been my experience here. The dentists are always great and that’s the only reason I come back but please work on this area because you guys have everything else right! Welcoming staff, clean, entertaining for the children and great doctors! :)

Fantastic experience: Makelah is a great dental hygienist and was able to get our youngest to complete the x-rays where other technicians would move on. Dr. Valenzuela was easy to talk to and just as thrilled when his patient didn't have any cavities. They have convenient Saturday appointments so children don't miss school.

Thank you Lashae you will definitely be seeing more of us so please do not leave :) This one didn't post but I want to add to it the lady before her name was lashae and although she didn't help us today she came in and checked on us and the lady we had today as well I was so pleased with as well when I say she walked my baby through the entire process let him ask questions and honestly I was shocked because she got him calm enough to even get the numbing shots while away I might add slthey have truly stepped it up on hiring qualified people and I am truly happy I chose this office. Everyone there is so nice and they will try and help you the best way they can making it affordable and finding other alternatives thanks guys you have a lifetime dental patient here -signed a really happy mom
