From the front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistant and dentist this place is top notch. I know that if you wanted a top notch professional dentist with the most amazing chair side manor then Dr. Thibodeaux is the man. His team matches his energy and hospitality as well. If you’re in the market for a new dentist and team, stop looking and go to Metro Park Dental Arts. Make your experience enjoyable and leave the worry behind. For what it’s worth I drive an hour and twenty minutes both ways because it’s that good.

Negative experience: I was treated last year for a root canal which never fully healed. This resulted in a failed root canal and was forced to get retreatment from a specialist. This forced me to come out of pocket as the "Failed" Root canal the prior year used my insurance and thus causing me to pay an additional 1500 out of pocket for the same treatment. This medical practice is not willing to work with me on continued services by providing some sort of discount due to their failed procedure. Their Moto seems to be " We messed up go figure it out"

Fantastic experience: Dr Thibodeaux is the best. Had a broken crown and he spent a long time on starting a replacement. So pleasant and so knowledgeable. And his right hand lady, Brooke, was wonderful. Just became a patient of Dr T and I am so glad. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Erickson came in, reviewed X rays and took a look at sensitive tooth. Nice experience. as always. Lucky to have such a good place for our dental care.

Negative experience: I don’t understand why the assistant hygienist wanted to know what I did for work while taking X-rays. I prefer just to take care of the task. I don’t understand why they have to call up front before they let you leave. My doctors office doesn’t feel compelled to walk me to the front desk while they tell them what activities they performed. Just let me leave when the work is done, happy to pay the $13.89 as I leave if I didn’t have to wait. Otherwise, bill me. There appear to be so many people working in that office - it is a bit chaotic I’ve been a long term patient but after the last 3-4 visits I tell myself I need to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and thorough. Office is beautiful. But I don't think I need 3-4 different scans or x-rays of my teeth every year . Teeth cleanings used to be simple, covered twice a year as prevention. I was there a little over an hour and a half . Too much time and I don't want all the extra x-rays. Was told it was the law. If that is really true I don't need my teeth cleaned that badly .

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone... I went to affordable dentist in Springdale n got my wisdom tooth extracted, and only paid $199.00 ... The same tooth you guys were charging me 600 and some dollars to pull out.. and your guys still made me pay $150.00 dollars just to talk to me.. ridiculous... That's why the world is the way out is.. Money greed n hatred amongst human race... Help one another and give it blessings to people that truly need it . Life is all about being humble... Thank y guys but no thanks ...

Positive experience: This was one of the better appointments. Previous cleanings were taking well over an hour. This ended in an hour, but it could have been 15 minutes shorter. I was already done and waited for a dentist to come check.

Positive experience: Very state of the art facility. I'm impressed with all of the latest technology they have. The dental assistants and front desk employees are super friendly and do their best to make sure you feel comfortable. My only complaint is that the dentist himself was rough. I'm not one who likes dental pain and the only remedy was more numbing shots. Everyone knows how much those hurt. When I expressed how much the procedure hurt and that it felt like a nerve, I was given more shots. It actually was a nerve in 2 teeth. I elected not to have the 3rd crown done there

Fantastic experience: Had to have a bad root canal removed. The original was done decades ago. They helped find solutions around Alpha Gal Syndrome and worked with me over things I was anxious about. I had some concerns a few weeks after the procedure they got me right in to address them.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Reed, who was kind and professional. He gave me the time and attention I needed. While setting up the appointment, I had texted with Amy, who did the measurements and pictures. Amy was very careful to make sure I understood the process. I have several health issues and she accommodated those to make sure that I got a clear understanding. They both willingly answered my many questions. Because of their caring help, I feel much less anxiety about continuing the process.

Positive experience: The Doctor and staff have always been very helpful and courteous. But this time l just didn’t have a very good experience!! The person who cleaned my teeth wanted to keep the water tube in my mouth while she worked instead of rinsing my mouth periodically! The water was running down my throat! It was very uncomfortable Also she didn’t bother to floss my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, modern equipment. They worked with me with insirance considerations to meet my needs and set-up a 2-year dental program. They need to be mindful of hearing impared patients and speak extra distinctly and slower to achieve better understanding.

Positive experience: ***UPDATE on 3/19/25: The practice manager Glenda reached out to me with an apology and a solution, I am blown away by her level of care and customer service!! Updating my review to 4 stars for this reason. -Previous post from 3/18/25- Normally, this place is great, which is why they are getting 2 stars from me instead of 1 for experience I just had. The positive—Front desk staff is always phenomenal and friendly. The negative—Today, I arrived at 10:45am for my 11am appointment. From 10:45am-11:20am, I watched them come back and collect every single patient, except for me. I kindly and quite patiently went and checked in with the front desk to see what the delay was, they said they weren’t sure and they went back to check on it for me. 5 more minutes pass and a hygienist comes out to get me and informs me that they aren’t ready for me yet and are setting up the room. Another 5 minutes pass and they finally come get me and inform me the process will take an hour (which by this time I no longer had time for since they wasted the first 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment). Honestly disappointed, the hygienists had attitude and were not even the slightest bit apologetic or empathetic to having wasted literally my entire morning’s plans.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist Sarah or Sara (i’m not sure which way she spells it) is the BEST EVER!! Going to the dentist always makes me so nervous but she will continue to check on me throughout my visit and make sure i’m feeling comfortable. If there’s anything she can do to make me feel more comfortable, she doesn’t hesitate to do it! She also addresses all of my concerns/calms my nerves, even when i feel like i ask a million questions. I’m very glad to have found this dentist office because i feel very cared for every time i go! I don’t dread the dentist anymore, knowing i’ll be cared for by Sarah and Dr.Reed :)

Negative experience: Been going here for a few years. It has grown to point of impersonal services. I was seen by a tech who started something before the Hygienist worked 11 minutes on me and asked if my teeth were clean.Maybe it's time to find a different place. Felt uncomfortable for the first since going there for years.

Positive experience: My experiences here have been pretty positive. The staff is polite, kind and caring. I forgot which assistant was by my side, but she is very sweet. At a time I was frightened, she and the dentist made the process easier. I’d leave 5 stars but the cost is a bit steep.
