Fantastic experience: Staff was very polite and thorough, left with my mouth feeling amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Merrill had to pull the roots of a tooth which had broken. She encouraged me to go to an oral surgeon but also offered to do it herself. I chose to have her do it. I’m a new patient but felt very comfortable with her and her staff. I have had less pain and swelling than I was told to expect. I have had oral surgery before and can honestly say she did an outstanding job. Patti was her assistant with me. She was very caring and made sure to go over all instructions before giving me the printed list, so I could ask any questions before sending me home. Considering the procedure, I am well satisfied. I highly recommend Dr Merrill and her staff to anyone who wants a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was very pleasant & friendly. Mara was excellent in that she was extremely conscious of minimizing any discomfort when taking the x-rays. Dr. Merritt was also very pleasant. On my second visit for my crown, Dr. Merrill & her assistant couldn’t have been better. They provided a peaceful & efficient experience. I would recommend this Dr. Merrill and her office staff to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a 930am appointment for a crown. Was perfomed PAINLESSLY! Was out within 1.5 hours with a temporary crafted.Dr.Merrill her front and back staff are perfect! If you live within 2hrs + it's worth the drive !! 5plus stars!!!

They were just a money pit telling me I needed things when I didn’t This dentist is so fair with prices and not telling you that you need things done when you don’t. Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in my experience was a pleasant one. The front desk person was friendly, Marah, the dental assistant was one of the nicest people I have ever met. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. My xrays and exam were very thorough. It was a clean environment. I am so happy I decided to change to this practice. I had a second visit to get a crown. Patti was super nice and calming. Dr. Merritt is great also as well as the entire staff. Not regretting my decision at all to switch to this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: This is truly the best dental office in Hernando County. Kim who cleans your teeth is very gentle and the staff is very friendly. The doctor listens to any concerns you may have and they get you in and out in a timely manner.

Professional and caring, organized and kind, whether having a crown done (thanks Patti for being so efficient) or cleaning (thanks Kim for your thoroughness) it only shows me that Dr Merrill is not only good at what she does, but knows how to surround herself with kind, capable people. Plus, I love my healthy-as-can be smile.

Negative experience: Four days of the worst pain of my life after a ROOT CANAL, I should be feeling no pain. I called the office only to be told too bad so sad Dr Merrill cannot help you until TUESDAY. Seven thousand dollars in this office for a botched root canal and crown.

Fantastic experience: After we moved to Homosassa Fl we had a heck of a time finding a good dentist. We tried several that we didn’t care for. So glad we found Dental Associates of Florida in Brooksville. It’s a bit of a drive for us but well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Hello, my daughter and I are new clients to this practice and we are thankful that we found such an excellent team. Since we have been going to our new dentist, they have treated us with respect and they have went above and beyond the call of duty to give us all the treatments they can while we’re inthere in one appointment we were able to get our exams and our cleanings on the same day it just happened to work out that way. The team follows infection control practices. The place is very clean and they wipe everything down. Respect and professionalism from the hygienist to the dentist and the assistance Patti and the other young lady and everybody at the front desk. They have treated us like we've been going there for years and they’ve known us for years. We are thankful we found this team and we will continue to go and receive our Care as long as we’re able. Fantastic experience: From the minute I stepped in the door I was greeted cheerfully. Patty worked with me first for X-rays and she was efficient and kind. The dental exam was thorough and the dentist gave me some tips to avoid getting a crown placed over one tooth. Kim performed the gum exam and worked well with Patty to be sure the results were properly documented in the computer. The staff works well together and the feeling in the office is very upbeat. I have a new Dental office!!!

I can only say great things about each employee I’ve communicated with, which includes Dr. Merrill, who is amazing at what she does & makes it all look so effortless. I do not think I could ever say the Dentist is my favorite place to be but I will only go to Dr. Merrill, as she and her staff are top notch! A few years back I had a tooth pulled, then I was a bad patient and didn’t go back for a few years. Called the office because I chipped another molar which was becom inky painful. I was scheduled the same week for an appointment & Dr. Merril sent in an antibiotic for the pain before even seeing me again. I had a root canal & cap put on my tooth, it was my very first go around with a root canal… which wasn’t fun BUT I felt no pain at all! Side note: i must admit it is super professional and considerate that the office staff calls the next day to see how you are doing after the procedure. Once again, top notch!

Fantastic experience: Overall it was fantastic experience from the beginning to end. I was greeted warmly the moment I entered the office. The dental hygienist, Allison, did a great job and was very thorough. I wish they didn't do an appointment to get established and evaluated and then have to set another appointment for a cleaning, but it seems like a good place enough place and it's only the one extra appointment.

Negative experience: I had 2 molars pulled with the intention of an implant. Bone was installed the same day but never healed right. There is a place on my gum that was a flap and when I ask the dr. She said she didn’t know what it was and a deer in the headlight look on her face. There is no soft touch, easy needle or numbing prior to the needle prior for the extraction. In all fairness, the cotton swab became dislocated so no numbing occurred prior to the needle. Nobody noticed. Additionally, there was no constant suction so they waited for me to cough before putting the suction in then promptly took it out. Now that that’s over, I going to find another dentist. You asked…

Fantastic experience: I can't say nice enough things about this place. Patty was welcoming and very attentive, she explained everything the doctor was going to do, as well as my at home care so that I felt confident going home after the procedure was done. Dr. Merrill was extremely quick and gentle, that toothache was gone in no time! The entire was so nice, I've already called to make my next appointment. Love this Dental office!

He was seen quickly and a care plan put in place. Patti was so kind and understanding since he had a difficult time with the X-rays. Would highly recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: Had to have a root canal and crown. I have been there 3 times now. I have always been very nervous about going to the Dentist. Not sure why but I have always stressed about it. Loryn Rene Merril is Awesome, Patient, and understanding. I am so glad I chose that Dental office. Patti the Hygienist was very nice and Patient working with me as well. Kimberly another Hygienist was attentive understanding my first two visits. Have not had any issues or bad experiences with anyone at this office. Kudos to the receptionist as well.

Fantastic experience: We found the staff to be very compassionate, gentle and patient. Office is convenient, clean, and has mostly accessible path and doorways. A wider path and automatic door would be very helpful, but if a wheelchair bound patient brings a friend along to help, it can be done.

June, working at the front desk was able to schedule a same day appointment. She was very friendly, sent me required paperwork and it was a breeze to complete. After arriving, I was immediately met by my dental assistant, Allison. She was very professional, letting me know what procedures they would be doing. Dr Merrill was outstanding, she was extremely efficient and was able to treat my dental issue in a timely manner. Today was the first time I had ever been to this office. I am very impressed. I will be going back soon to become a permanent patient! Best dental office I have ever visited, highly recommend this team!!

The dr gave me numbing meds for my pain quickly to relieve the discomfort I was in and Patti, Dr Merrill’s assistant is so sweet and kind. She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! The staff and doctor were All so nice and made me feel as if I had been going there for years. They quickly fixed my crown that had come loose from a previous dentist and went over a treatment plan for future work that is needed on my next visit. Also as a bonus to me, The treatment room that I was in had a huge window overlooking a bird feeder, beautiful plants and trees which I found completely relaxing, watching the birds. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
