Fantastic experience: The staff at St. John’s dental are always so nice! I had a dental cleaning scheduled yesterday but had to cancel due to a faulty car battery. When I called to let them know, they were kind and courteous and rescheduled for today. When I walked in today, I sat down for 2 minutes and was escorted to my room. The hygienist took X-rays, cleaned my teeth, careful not to hurt me, which she didn’t, and 35 minutes later I was done and had the cleanest teeth in town!

Fantastic experience: St. Johns River Dental is definitely 5 stars. I made 1 phone call late in the afternoon, I had an abscessed tooth pain. They told me to come in the next morning. They got me in soooo quickly. The procedure was less than 2 minutes and was done. In all it only took 1.5 hours. In and out! Dr. Robinson was very kind, helpful and very professional. The staff was ON POINT as well! I appreciated the sincere customer service and excellent efficiency. Thank you all!!

The front desk ladies had me checked in before I could get up to the sign-in sheet. Sorry I didn't get their names. Negative experience: Sitting in the office doing this review. I'm giving them one star because when I called to make this appointment I told the staff that my daughter was under my insurance and was told that they could look her up under my name etc.. ok appointment booked now at visit I was told that my daughter was inactive on my insurance. No that's not true I just took her for a cleaning on 5/1 and it was cover.. long story short they found her on my policy active but because they messed up I still had to pay. They're saying they're going to submit to insurance and I guess I'll be reimbursed but I will never come back here again.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth while out of the country. Not happy with my previous dental group. Saint John’s River Dental was able fit me in the day after returning home. Aubrey and Dr. Robbins were very professional, explained the procedures and relieved some of my anxiety. I will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: The hygienist who took my x-rays 5 starts. She was polite and informative. After talking to Dr. Robbins, I left in tears. He was condescending and made me feel like I was an idiot when it came to discussing a medical condition I have that he has no education in. It's disheartening to have to be made to feel bad for advocating for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth pulled due to very bad pain and they gave me an appointment for the afternoon. The dental tech who helped Dr Robbins did a fantastic job. Dr. Robbins was very careful to perform the extraction with as little pain as possible. I did not even know that the procedure was finished. He was amazing

I got a first time appointment quickly and the check in process while on computer isn’t difficult I was having so much anxiety but the wonderful ladies showed up and completed it for me. I had 2 teeth needed removing asap and I literally felt as if the doctor and staff held my hand while completing the task. That’s how comfortable they made me feel. Definitely going back to complete my dental care and would recommend them 10/10

Fantastic experience: Once again I was treated at St John's River Dental today. As expected I was checked in and seen on-time. The dental work (two fillings) was less than an hour from check in to discharge. I have nothing but good things to say. Fast, friendly and convenient. I don't feel the need to look elsewhere as I am quite pleased with the work and treatment. I have been getting one treatment per month to keep the costs within my budget and they are most accommodating. I recommend you try them for your dental work.

Negative experience: I unfortunately got a very weird/Unwelcoming vibe from staff. The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because I got my fillings done with no problem Pain wise. they did change the price for one of my treatments making it 200+ From the original price of 181 $. The doctor that did my treatment was not the doctor submitted to my insurance. I overpaid for both of my treatments, which resulted in them having to refund me 2x! I genuinely believe I was profiled here and not treated Like their regular patients. I definitely will not be back but thanks for getting my fillings done.

Fantastic experience: When I move to a new place I struggle leaving behind my network and setting up a new network. A dentist is part of that. Grateful for the help. Best teeth cleaning “ever”! So surprised when I walked in my second appointment and I went to sign in at the front desk and was told, “we already have you signed in Mr. Corbett”! Isn’t it great when you set up a new network that is better than the one you didn’t want to leave!
