Negative experience: Horrible experience got a referral letter for this place they did nothing for my daughter then proceeded to lie and say at 10 years old they cant cap children's teeth that's a lie but whatever waste my gas and pulled my kid out of school for NOTHING this place lies and down right sucks

Negative experience: I went there for a ct and at the end got a total of 5 X-rays done because in their words “ we like to take previews before actually doing it” and while I was being exposed to that they chatted away not realizing when scans are over and also I let them know in the very beginning that I had piercings on and went ahead to take the scan anyways and THEN they said “ nvm it shows on the picture” like duh. No communication whatsoever after it was done. I sat there waiting and waiting, when I saw the same staff taking care of someone else’s I went up and had to demand what I’d going on and what the hell are the next steps. They hired of bunch of noobies and their practice is negligent and malpractice. I’d sue next time

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience in this dental office. I was referred for a root canal (my first ever) because my dentist doesn’t perform that procedure. All my doctors are in Bakersfield, it’s normal for me to drive an hour for any professional service. I just wasn’t having luck finding a dental practice with Endodontics. I called an office in Lancaster that was supposed to offer root canal treatment, but they didn’t. That was the 6th dental office I called to find a doctor that did root canals! That office didn’t, but at least a front office employee was able to answer my question about why I was having trouble finding the type of dentist I needed. She referred me to Elite Dental Care, I was starting to worry about finding an office taking new patients on top of some anxiety about needing a root canal for the first time. I called Elite Dental as soon as I hung up with the 6th endodontics referal who said no. The front desk at Elite Dental Care picked up the phone! This practice lives up to its name. Everything from then on, proved they live up to their practice name. They were professional, kind, timely, gentle, patient and great quality work- truly Elite treatment and service. Not Elite like practices that cater to celebrity VIPs & people who wish they were. Elite like doing the very best job of caring for their patients. The assistants, techs, front desk, and doctors… I felt safe and confident in their work ethic and ability to effectively handle my dental needs. I would refer anyone who asks to this office. Thank you for helping me with such kindness and in a reasonable time frame when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. I feel so fortunate to have found a great group of dental professionals. And my root canal? No more difficult for me than just a regular filling, and my new permanent crown…. I don’t think anyone would know it’s not my original tooth! Perfect size, shape, color…. And absolute no discomfort, by the time I got home it was as if I had my own tooth back in my mouth! Great job!

Fantastic experience: The doctors were so kind to me after I decided to change my dentist after Western Dental messed up my cavity fill. I needed a root canal really bad and had severe pain. They fixed me up better than I expected and I left like the pain never existed. They also did a baby root canal on my 6 yr old daughter and were so kind and patient with her. They gave her a whole bag of toys and were amazed by how brave she was. 10/10 customer service and skill.

Fantastic experience: Dr Saharan is the best and friendliest. He cares about his patients and remembers them. Today I was checking in, he saw me and ask about my husband whom he saw 3 years ago, so caring and a great dentist. All the staffs are very professional.

Negative experience: The only procedure I have had there, a crown, has come off twice. Now it’s super sensitive when drinking liquids and it feels like there is a gap between my gum and the crown.

Fantastic experience: I have gotten 2 temporary crowns and a deep cleaning and I suffer from post dramatic stress from other dentists but this experience was so great I didn't even know they already did the crowns. Then I came back in and they had to take out 4 teeth and sew up my mouth they were so gentle.

Fantastic experience: I cannot give enough praise to this establishment. The new location is so welcoming, clean and relaxing. The staff from the front to the back are ALL so friendly and knowledgeable. I have hated dental visits my entire life since I had a horrible experience when I was about 7 years old. When I was 21 I was diagnosed with periodontal disease equal to a 40yo! I went through major dental procedures for years that did not do much to improve the situation. I found Elite Dental about 6 or 7 years ago and within about a year my 6,7 & 8’s were down to 3,4 &5’s, now at 56 years old, thanks to Elite and Dr’s Tan I have averted oral surgery and currently have 2’s & 3’s and ONE 4!!!!! I can’t believe I am saying this but I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I cannot THANK them enough for all their help and guidance for this success! At the rate things were progressing I thought by this time I would have to be considering dentures or implants! I would and do recommend their services to any and everyone! The staff here and the Dr’s are just amazing! Unfortunately for me I am moving out of the State, and will no longer be able to come back. I only hope that I will be able to find a new location for all my dental needs that I am half as happy with!!

Negative experience: This Dentist is new, beautiful and most of the staff was great! The receptionist seems clueless. A million text reminders for upcoming visit. But no call when appt. needs to be rescheduled by dentist. The 2 stars are because management/billing team are money hungry billing me for work not yet done. Got a bill a week after my 1st appt. and the work is not scheduled until another 3 weeks. If the review is not positive - you will not get a response; only positive reviews get responses. FYI~

Fantastic experience: I didn’t have all my paperwork but the staff helped me obtain it and took time for me. Was glad because I came 1-5 hours for my appointment and I wasn’t turned away empty!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment at 9:30am, signed in, and got called in almost right away. I would say the wait time for the dentist to come see you is a while, but once they did they assessed the problem and then took me straight to the back to get my tooth fixed. Overall I would say the negative side was that it took a while, but the pros was that the procedure that needed to be done (a root canal) was not a bad experience at all. Just on my own experience, it wasn’t as painful as I thought, and they were very attentive to me and making sure I was comfortable and to not be afraid to let them know if I was in pain. The dental assistant was so kind, and the environment is clean and friendly. I’ve been coming here for like a year, and I genuinely don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else.

Negative experience: They completely messed up my file they sent in a request to my insurance on tooth number 15 and it was tooth number two that we were supposed to be dealing with as I clearly stated to the tech so I had to wait 3wks to see the specialist, but was given a call to tell me that I need to come back in for more x-rays they didn’t have a clue on what they were doing then to come find out They didn’t even have a dentist to do my treatment that I was needing in the first place. So Now I only got a hope that by the time I see the proper dentist to do the right treatment that I needed that my tooth isn’t too rotten to do it as I was already needing a specialist that I had booked the appointment with to come find out, they didn’t even have one in the first

Fantastic experience: I had 3 root canals done and the Dentist handled me with gentleness and his assistant was also very gentle taking the x-rays after each root canal. After the numbness wore off I am am not experiencing pain. Thank You Elite. Job well done! On my last visit 4/28/25 I had a tooth extracted and the Dentist had such a gentle touch and of course once the numbness wore off there was some swelling and some pain but overall it was a good experience and the assistant was so caring and was just rubbing my shoulder to assure me that all was ok. I really am a satisfied patient and I recommend Elite Dental to Family, Friends and anyone looking for a good Dental Team all the staff are great. And Tracy the Insurance Coordinator is excellent. Negative experience: As a first time patient I was so disappointed with your customer service provided by front desk personnel - no acknowledgment given when checking in - after waiting for 25min I approached the front desk to check why I had not been checked and receptionist was very rude and unprofessional- with that said I will never return or recommend your facility - I was looking forward to being your patient due to a high recommendation from a very good friend- to my disappointment!!!

Fantastic experience: Please go! I was referred to this Endodontist by my dentist because I needed five teeth retreated from previous root canals. I absolutely loved it there! There are three dentists who work together seamlessly—they communicate so well and put their minds together to solve any problem. I even had a new root canal done there because I was experiencing pain, and as soon as I mentioned it, they immediately knew what was wrong. What really stood out is how the dentists take the time to talk with you face-to-face. They answer every question without rushing, unlike other dental offices where you're just another patient. The staff is amazing too—huge shoutout to Connie, Sara, Frigo, and Daisy! They work hard and truly care about the patients. Their new office is not only beautiful but also one of the cleanest dental offices I've ever been in. If I ever need another root canal, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to All the dentist that worked with me and Connie and everyone eles I met there, I can finally eat again!

Negative experience: While doing a filling on my daughter they burnt her lip with a chemical and now she has a scar on her lip, plus they send you out to other specialists to have work done like root canal, has gone down hill in the last few years

Negative experience: I was told they take my insurance before going only to go out of my way to come to the appointment and be told they actually wouldn’t take it because I had a secondary plan when another office just used it and said it was perfectly valid. So it seemed like they just didn’t want to go through the work of figuring it out. Very disrespectful and disappointing

He provided solutions to my complicated issues that I had been dealing with for a long time with no answers from others. His procedural skills were superior—he worked with precision, and dexterity. Very skilful. His in-office lab made my retainers and night guards in record time. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Negative experience: I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. I first went to Elite Dental, I believe in 2019, when I desperately needed a root canal done on a tooth that was causing me 24/7 pain, back when they were still in their old building. They were very good and professional then, and despite all the nervous and anxious feeling I had during the procedure, they helped me feel as good and comfortable as they could, and it was the best dental experience I had ever had! That was *then* ... Now, I make an appointment for a cleaning / checkup, and they make me wait for well passed an hour passed my appointments time; my appointment time was for 1:00, and I am still sitting and waiting, as of writing this, at 2:12. Meanwhile, I've counted about 3 other patients that have walked in the door after me, and all have already been called back in and then come back out and left for the day. As though their time is more important than any fine on any given day. And nobody here, has come and apologized to me for the long wait / explained why such a ling wait, nothing! 4th other patient that came in after me, just got called in...

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. In for my appointment ans seen within 5 minutes. Xray tech was amazing always have been in pain when taking xrays.....not this time she was great!!! Dr and assistants were very polite and friendly.
