I did have my teeth cleaned some x-rays that comes every five years. They explain that to me, but they're so great to work with. I even get a pillow to help my neck during my cleaning and my overall visit, I don't get the headaches like I used to. I love going to this dentistry. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect and the dentists are always concerned for your comfort during any procedure.

Fantastic experience: I have entrusted my smile to the Penterson dental practice since the early ‘90s and still they are skilled and compassionate at their craft. Without revealing my age, I am a pre-fluoride person with the dental problems to prove it. To say I am an anxious dental patient is an understatement. Penterson and Booth is like family and not just because of frequency of meetings! They are friendly and caring. I highly recommend them.

I am beyond grateful for the consistent, high-quality care we receive. It has made what used to be a stressful experience into one my daughter actually looks forward to. Positive experience: (9/4/24) Five stars to everyone! I have hated going to the dentist my whole life because of my cavity and root canal prone teeth. But coming here is a pleasure and everyone I’ve met is really helpful and nice. (2/11/24) Five stars again, Kristin! (2023) This was only my 2nd time there for a cleaning. Kristin does a really good job & I enjoy talking with her. She noticed that my husband and I would be due for our next cleanings around the same time, so she set our appointments on the same date and time, making things easier for us both. (7/7/25) I have been back many times. Other than.an implant I’m having, which is taking forever, I am very happy with Penterson & Booth.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist recently and was fitted for my partial on my lower teeth for 2 teeth. The technician, Ashley and then the dentist, Dr. Lacey Blackwell adjusted and prepared the partial and showed me how to put them on and remove them. They were very kind and patient with me to make sure they were comfortable. Dr. Lacey said that I could come back and get them adjusted if I wanted to, but I didn’t need to, because the technician who made the x-rays of my mouth for the measurements of the partial had done an excellent job, as well! I was very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Sam is a nice hygienist and asks about my health, both mouth & over all. The reception I received entering & leaving was very welcoming with big smiles. Dr Lynn is thoughtful and always asks if I have any concerns or questions.

Negative experience: My appointment was less than enjoyable compared to my previous experiences. Waited longer than normal to be called back, staff wasn’t as friendly as they normally are, my cleaning was rushed and very uncomfortable, I don’t feel like my concerns were addressed with trying to find a solution.

Fantastic experience: My service was done on Memorial Day weekend . I was a emergency walk in patient on a Friday. I had already called 6 other dentist and they refuse to see me, It was a 3 day weekend and everyone was preparing for the holiday So no one was willing to work me in. My Insurance. was shaky at best So I would be an out of network patient I called Penterson & Booth around 10:30 am Friday morning, Needless to say I was running out of time If I didn't get it fixed today I would have wait until Tuesday of the following week! Some were Even saying, I would have to wait until the middle of next month, which was June!! I was about to give up. So as I scrolled through my phone. I saw Penterson & Booth emergency dental care So feeling sorry for myself, I decided to call even if I was that patient with No insurance, No money, but Desperately needing help. I Called!! I Told the receptionist what was going on with me, She Put me on hold and said she would be right back. Of course, I have been through this before with the previous 6 dentist, only to have them come back and say I'm sorry, we have no openings. We can see you on Tuesday. About 1 minute later, the receptionist returns to the phone to say we have 1 opening available. Can you come now? We need to see you by 12 noon. Okay, here comes the water works. Yes, I can be there by 12 noon!! So when I arrive, I already know I'm out-of-network so insurance is only going to pay 50%. I would have to pay the reminder of the bill today. So I get to this part and I return the tablet to the rexceptionist and tell them. I can't afford to pay, so I'm about to leave when the nurse comes out and says where are you going? No, no, don't worry about that. Come back here and talk to me. So the nurse takes me in the back and she says we're going to take care of you. Don't worry about that. Just talk to me and tell me what's going on. So after telling her what was going on and my dilemma, she said, okay. Well, this is what we're going to do I am going to take an X-ray of your mouth and see what's going on and then the Doctor will come in and he'll tell you a plan of action. Oh and I forgot to say he was the only Doctor on duty so he couldn't do it. So he sent me to a -'colleague of his next door, that had an opening that could extract the tooth! No I didn't say that I don't have to pay. Because I will pay them, but I just want to say thank you to the receptionist, the nurse and the doctors that took care of me this day, and went above and beyond the call to make sure that I was okay. Thank you again . U-R AWESOME !¡!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lynn made space for me in her schedule when I was having pain in a molar. She is always thorough at explaining her procedures and in answering my questions. Shawna is an exceptional hygienist and she makes her patients feel so relaxed and her bedside manner is phenomenal. I wrote this three weeks ago and forgot to hit send. Today, I was by and Brooke squeezed me in because I was having problems with a whitening kit. She took lots of time with me and was very generous with her solutions.

Over the years I’ve watched the practice grow as Dr. Stephen and Dr. Lynn came to the practice. In all the years I have gone to this practice, the staff and doctors have been fantastic. From Christy in the reception area, my hygienist (Angela and now Lauren), and my doctors (Dr. Bob/Dr. Stephen) have all been friendly and attentive. In all the years I’ve been going to this practice, they have consistently maintained the high level of service, friendliness, and concern for their patients, even with the growth in their practice.

Fantastic experience: Sam is my dental hygienist, and she’s second to none — absolutely the best! The entire team at Penterson & Booth is incredibly pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience: Dr. Morgan Stroud is an amazing dentist. I have an autoimmune disease and a vestibular disorder and she is always on top of my special medical needs. Also, she has a great bedside manner dealing with my anxiety. Today, she did a temporary bridge for me with her excellent assistant Darby and coordinating with an oral surgeon for an extraction. My bridge looks so natural and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Stroud.

No issues but….. for the uninsured the costs keep rising - I feel that for cash customers pay far to much (nothing to file and submit, no waiting for payment, paying a 100% of the charge versus a negotiated amount for the service) . If fees continue to increase I will be seeking another practice - sorry
