Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a few years initially seeing others doctors. Once I saw Dr. Lubna, she was the only one I wanted to see. She is so kind and understanding. I hate coming to the dentist but she makes it much easier. They have always worked well with me on payments too. They try to make sure you get what you need done. Adding in Dr. Deepa as well. She took care of my daughter recently who was very anxious. They work so well with us too woth budgets.

Negative experience: MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 2:00PM. I didn’t leave until 4:36PM — 2 hours and 36 minutes after my scheduled time. At 3:11PM, I was charged $102 (confirmed by my Chase notification). Before saying anything, I got up to use the restroom to see if maybe everyone was tied up. The office was dead quiet. No movement. One staff member on their cellphone, another on a personal call. Meanwhile, I was just waiting. By 3:12–3:15PM, I finally asked what was going on. The main dentist looked surprised — she didn’t even know I had already paid. The assistant who took my payment failed to tell her and then went to lunch, leaving me sitting there as if I didn’t exist. When they came back into the room, the assistant apologized to the dentist. The dentist told her: “Don’t apologize to me, apologize to him. He was the one waiting.” So I got: “Sorry sir, we are just short staffed and it won’t happen again.” It felt half‑hearted at best. And honestly, if I hadn’t spoken up, would they have even remembered I was there? By the time I walked out, it was 4:36PM. Unorganized, poor communication, distracted staff, and no respect for a patient’s time. Just great.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental office. My whole family comes here, and we've consistently had great experiences. The staff is wonderful—everyone is so nice and they really take the time to listen to your concerns. You get top-rate service and care here.

Negative experience: I Had a wisdom tooth extracted here a couple months ago ever since I have been having issues with my jaw and it was perfectly fine before i addressed the issue when i went in for the rest of my dental work but they didn't seem to care not sure if i would recommend

Negative experience: UPDATE: This may have been the worst possible way to get a tooth extracted. Would’ve preferred the infection. Before anything was done I was being bullied into leaving a five star review for a “discount” even though I had already paid. They asked for proof multiple times by someone who we didn’t even know and seemed like she didn’t even know what was going on. Throughout the procedure it seemed like the dentist and dental assistant didn’t know what they were doing. This experience was honestly very traumatizing, no one to walk me through it and no explanations given.

Negative experience: UPDATED REVIEW – Poor Experience at Arlington, Better Care in Red Oak (Same Brand) We recently had a very concerning experience at Allheart Dental in Arlington, TX, and I feel it’s important to share especially since our visit to the Red Oak, TX location showed us just how differently things can be handled under the same brand. We originally went to the Arlington office for a routine dental check-up and cleaning. My wife had some questions about her overall oral health and wanted guidance on what procedures might be needed in the near future. That was our only goal a simple, informative visit. Instead, the visit felt rushed and disorganized. The team jumped straight into procedures like fillings without first offering a clear explanation, treatment plan, or proper consent. We felt pressured not cared for. There were also serious professionalism and hygiene concerns: • The music was so loud and inappropriate, more like a nightclub than a medical setting. • Some assistants weren’t wearing masks, which was unsettling. • During my own cleaning, I could feel loose hairs near my mouth, likely from the assistant whose hair was not properly secured. It honestly didn’t feel like a medical space it felt rushed, messy, and careless. Later, we discovered that most of our insurance was billed, even though not all procedures were completed including untreated cavities. We raised a formal complaint within a few days, but never received any follow-up from the manager or staff. Zero accountability. ⚠️ Advice for future patients at Arlington: •Always ask for a clear treatment plan before anything starts. •Request a detailed insurance billing breakdown. •And always consider getting a second opinion, especially if things don’t feel right. ✅ On the other hand, our experience at Allheart Dental in Red Oak was completely different. The doctor there took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He confirmed that my wife’s wisdom teeth were, in fact, causing issues (something Arlington completely ignored), and he also pointed out incomplete work from the previous visit. This made it clear: Same brand. Two very different standards of care. I truly hope that Allheart Dental’s corporate team takes a closer look at what’s happening in their Arlington office. Patients deserve time, clarity, professionalism and above all, respect.

I only went to a different location bc I was having pain and trying to get in asap....never again. I will wait an extra day or so if I need to in order to go to Arlington, my preferred location.

Negative experience: I Review for All Heart Dental (Pioneer Pkwy & Cooper in Arlington, TX): I would not recommend this place to anyone—not even my worst enemy. I’ve been to this location multiple times to get my dentures done, and every single time the experience has been frustrating. The manager, David, talks to people like they’re beneath him, with no respect or professionalism at all. It’s like he forgot the patients are the reason this place stays open. I don’t understand how a place can treat people like this when they’re spending good money and using their insurance to get necessary care. The attitude, the energy, the way they talk to you—it’s all off. You walk in for help and leave feeling disrespected. Save yourself the stress. Find a place that actually values its patients, treats them with basic respect, and does the work without all the drama.

Negative experience: My daughter and I Had the same bad experience. Price was giving for Procedures and Payment was taken just to be told at the last Minute that my insurance would not cover cleanings. If you do not have Direct dental insurance and want to pay a flat rate, expect delays and rescheduling. There used to be a to be an option to have a payment plan with Sunbit, but my daughter was not offered any Alternatives. This office was very dependable last year but now it seems like they only care about how much they can charge up your dental insurance company. With that said, you just lost 3 patients! Reply: I was seen on December 6th 2024 and paid $132 for my extraction that was not able to be completed on that day because the doctor was behind. So I had to return the following week to get my work done just to tell me that my cleaning was not covered. My receipt # for service is 004851. You can feel free to look up that transaction number and contact me regarding my concerns. I have already shared mine!

Negative experience: Disgrace doesn’t even begin to describe this place. They only care about getting your money, pushing you to get procedures done because they can’t take no for an answer. Worst of all the employees are treating horribly, a few days ago I was waiting and could hear someone getting yelled at and cussing. As a worker in the medical field this is unacceptable. If I could give negative stars I would.

Negative experience: Went today. Was told no cavities. An hour later, said we need to fill 16 cavities. When asked for an explanation, received a shoulder hump of “I don’t know”. I cancelled my wife’s appointment Friday and my daughters in Dec as well. I’m also calling my provider to let them know what happened today. **update** I would highly suggest you erase what happened DURING the horrible time at your office. So in the interest of said “Hippa”, I suggest you “hoppa” to your edit button before I contact the necessary gvt entity. I’ll send this message to the email you provided as well. Negative experience: ⚠️‼️I had put a crown in another clinic then they broke it in this clinic and they did not admit it even they saw it in photos before and after they almost tried to beat me up and kicked me out and after two days they offered me free cleaning DO NOT GO THERE EVEN IF IT IS FREE!!‼️⚠️

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient of Allheart Dental for some time. However, I regret to inform you that the quality of service has significantly declined. On Friday, October 25, 2024, I visited the clinic for a deep cleaning procedure. Unfortunately, the dental hygienist who performed the cleaning did not thoroughly clean all of my teeth. Upon inquiry about the toothpaste cleaner, I was informed that they had run out of supplies and were uncertain when they would be restocked. Additionally, the hygienist appeared to be rushed and only partially completed the flossing of my teeth. I am deeply disappointed that I received an incomplete deep cleaning service. Regrettably, this experience may prompt me to seek alternative dental care providers. It is concerning that I am persistently contacted to schedule appointments only to receive subpar and incomplete services. I noticed a change in personnel at the front desk, with different individuals handling each visit. This lack of consistency raises concerns about the stability and organization of the clinic.

Positive experience: Waited in the office for 3 hours. after the appointment time waiting for the doctor to come start with no information or updates. They had a up front payment and using insurance. Time management can make or break places. Rescheduled for the following week will update comments and rating if things are better next time. Went back for my rescheduled appointment they did a good job this time around getting me at my time and getting the work done. Just waiting for the the last appointment to be done and see how it all turns out. My third trip they did the mold and now I am waiting for it all the be finished up and see how it comes out and if it fits or not. Will updated final post when received.

Negative experience: My nana came here and they gave her a hard time when getting her dentures. They have very bad customer service and do not return calls. She received her dentures and called to tell them that they were not fitting correctly and no call back! She said they were very rude to her the whole time and she didn’t understand she paid full amount with no insurance and the dentures are giving her trouble already. Do not waste your hard earned money on them especially if they can’t communicate with people.

Fantastic experience: This is the 4th time I have been here. They have always been so good to me. I am here now because JPS left me with15 teeth. Some of them have cavities. I don't know what they will do but not worried because my insurance pays for everything (turned 65).
