Bellano Dental Health - Bartlett - Appling

Fantastic experience: Bellano Dental does a wonderful job in taking care of all of my dental needs. Dr. Turner handled my latest visit and he was extra thorough in checking for any issues with teeth and gums. My cleaning appointment was handled very efficiently by the dental assistant, and my questions and concerns were answered in a polite and courteous manner! The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful with booking my next appointment. Thanks Bellano!

Negative experience: I would give them a 0 if I could. They put three crowns which are not properly levelled., after 5 month one of them is coming off, They are now asking me for a lot of money for a bridge or implant with hardly any discount.

Fantastic experience: Super nice caring people. They always take good care of me.

Negative experience: I needed a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Tech said they wouldn’t probably have an opening for 4-6 weeks, which then became January. If you don’t have time to treat your customer base for the follow up care they need in a timely manner, you are mismanaging the practice.

Positive experience: I had a different hygienist the last couple of times i went for my 6 month checkup. I had consistently for years with Linda Brazzell. Do not like the changes I am experiencing. Did not leave today feeling like i had a good cleaning. I love Dr Mefford. I started with this company when it was in Raleigh with one dentist and 2 hygienists. I have been with them through the growth and now feel like it may be time to change companies but i hate the tbought of leaving dr Mefford.

Fantastic experience: The Bellano dental practice at 2705 Appling Road is exceptional. My dentist is Dr. Terry Turner, who is expert, thorough, explains procedures clearly, and is even positive and upbeat. The hygienists are also great--thorough, professional, friendly and on time. I actually cannot think of anything they should improve. Even the office and exam areas are extremely clean and high tech equipment is used. I recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a crown and came out thinking, ‘Is this real life?’ Dr. Turner works faster than a coffee-fueled squirrel, explains things without dental jargon, and somehow keeps the price sane. Best dentist experience ever—five stars, no nitrous needed!

Fantastic experience: I like going to Ashley. She does an awesome job on cleaning. She is very efficient and thorough. Dr. Turner came in after looking at photos of my teeth to double check a tooth. The three of us discussed my gum problem. They recommended a rinse twice a day to help my gums. Everyone is so nice. It is always so pleasant being there.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The office is lovely, clean and peaceful. I was given a list of procedures and prices so that I could choose which I could afford and group them in different appointments. They were very understanding with my anxiety...grateful for nitrous! Getting an appointment was fast and easy. I even had a minor repair (chipped front tooth) and they got me in the next day and I was in and out in 30 mins! The dentist did awesome work on my smile, I'm very happy. I highly recommend Bellano Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Dr. Terry Turner and his dental assistants and the special care I received. My bridge with 4 from teeth broke 3 days earlier. I called the office Monday morning and was given an appointment for 3:20. Dr Turner did 2 root Canals needed to replace my bridge. He also provided needed procedures to add a bridge where I have missing back teeth. All this could have taken several visits to different specialists. I left his office past 6:30 pm with a temporary bridge that looks and feels great. I have a return appointment for the permanent front and back bridge in less than 3 weeks. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness in going over my payment plan and calling me to schedule my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr Turner for all your dental needs. Margie Williams.

Fantastic experience: This was my initial visit with Bellano. I switched due to the fact that my former hygienist retired. Our family loves Dr. Turner and that prompted our decision to change groups. I teach school so it was difficult to get an appointment that was after school so I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment in the summer.(3 months) I was very pleased with the overall experience. Short wait before being called back and Maggie was very thorough and polite. Glad I made the switch!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here. I had 2 dentist that retired back to back. I feel like I got great care that was explained in full detail. I was shown the x rays and explained what needed to be done. Not good news I needed a root canal which I’ve never had before. Dr. Turner and the dental assistant were very understanding of my fear. Their understanding and compassion for my fears was very much appreciated. All of the staff were considerate and helpful.

Negative experience: I had a dental appointment last Tuesday for a routine 6 month checkup and received very poor service from a new hygienist. I have never seen her in this office before and maybe she was just having a bad day, but she didn’t even clean my teeth. Usually this office provides great services - but not this time. I guess good customer service is becoming a thing of the past……

Fantastic experience: I had cracked my tooth all the way down to the tip of the tooth’s root and it needed to be extracted. Dr. Turner did an excellent job extracting and replacing with an implant and I’m very happy with the job he did. His dental assistant, and I believe her name was Joy (and I’m sorry if I got that wrong ) she was gentle and fantastic and totally understood how to explain the procedure and what she was doing and did an excellent job assisting! I would not go anywhere else to have my dental needs met!

Fantastic experience: From an early age I was prone to cavities and do not remember a pleasant visit to the dentist. Needless to say I have extreme anxiety and would prefer to be laid on a bed of nails an driven over than go to the dentist. Yet I have gone at minimum twice a year. Finding Bellano Dental health has been a true God send. Absolutely the best staff in Memphis and I’ll even say the entire state of Tennessee!

The office staff are so friendly at Bellano, the hygienists and assistants really care about your comfort and keep you informed every step of the way. We had to switch dentists a few years back due to insurance changes. Huge mistake! Thank God we were able to switch back to Bellano about 2-3 years ago with a different insurance decision. I’d pay full price to continue with Dr Turner and his team if I had to!!

Fantastic experience: I had always heard good things from a coworker of mine about this place. When I first came I was nervous. I'm always worried a dentist will ridicule me for how bad my teeth are. Most dentists I've been to in the past just picked at how I maintained them, but I didn't have that problem at Bellano. Megan and Dr. Turner just focused on what could be done to fix the problem. They made me feel welcome and important. They handled my teeth with care, and we even laughed a little. I highly recommend going to them if you can.
