Negative experience: I went to Seven Hills Dentistry for a chipped molar and had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm, but I was not seen until after the office had already closed at 2:40 pm. When the dentist finally came in, she immediately recommended either a root canal or extraction for what was a very superficial chip. I expressed my concern, since I see my regular dentist every six months and have never had issues, but she brushed that off and commented negatively on my other provider’s care. I decided to leave and seek a second opinion. Since then, I have requested my medical records four different times and they still have not released them to me. This is a violation of HIPAA and raises serious concerns about transparency. I can only assume they are withholding my records because they know their diagnosis was inappropriate. My second opinion confirmed this. Both the dentist and assistant were shocked by the recommendation I was given. The tooth had no pain, no sensitivity, and no infection—just a simple chip. They repaired it with a quick filling, no root canal or extraction needed. Please be cautious with this practice. Always question recommended treatments and know your rights. You are entitled to your medical records by law, and you should always feel comfortable seeking a second opinion.

Negative experience: The hygienist was awesome however the billing department won't call you back when they try to charge you 3 times what they quoted you initially. When I called, they told me that they take my insurance but didn't bother to tell me that they are out of network. Get everything in writing and keep up with what they charge you.

It's never fun to have a dental emergency, but everyone made me feel comfortable with no judgement. The doc explained everything, was very carying and gentle. Fantastic experience: I have a warranted fear of dentists and prior horrible experiences, so when i broke my front teeth i was dreading going to get them fixed. I found Seven Hills Dentistry online, looked at the reviews, booked an appt. The staff is very friendly and upbeat, there was no shaming at all, they focused on what i wanted and needed in the emergency visit, i got two crowns, the needle for numbing was the ONLY pain i felt. Dr. Papp was the dentist who worked with me today he has a great sense of humor, made me feel at ease and explained everything very well. There was no sales pitch on products i should get nor are they pushy about other dental work that needs done, They simply fixed the issue i was complaining about. They had a tv on the ceiling which was pretty nice to focus on, the office was super clean and EVERYONE seemed to enjoy the work atmosphere , which makes a big difference on how they treat customers. Thank you, i am not scared anymore. 1 million stars! I will be back as I have funds to have my teeth visit you again :)

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Sterr today to redo an older filling that he recommended I replace during a recent cleaning appt. He explained the benefits of replacing it, and showed me pictures of what he was seeing, so I chose to have it redone. He was quick and it was painless. This is a great place for your dental needs. The hygienists are great, the front desk people are nice and easy, and Dr. Sterr is awesome as well.

Negative experience: The staff is friendly! My only problem was when getting a filling and they had numbed me, told me that they would be back in 10 minutes and I waited for AT LEAST 30 minutes to the point when he came back and started to do the filling, the numbness had worn off and they had to numb me again just to wait again another 20 minutes.. after telling me to wait 10 minutes!!?? I could hear him talking to other patients and coworkers while I was waiting, which was frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Kendra was my hygienist. She does an excellent job and keeps me well informed about my dental issues. She is the best hygienist I have ever gone to and has excellent interpersonal skills.

The doctors took their time to explain everything clearly, which helped us feel informed and at ease. Our whole family came in for checkups, and we’re all very happy with the care we received. However, they worked me into their schedule and l did not have to wait long at all! I am leaving the country and l was worried that l would have to leave with a missing tooth. Positive experience: I was very pleased with the courtesy of Dr. Praylor and her assistant. However, one of the temporary crowns came off as I took my first bite of food. I was distressed that I was unable to reach any staff members at the office. I think it might be important to have an emergency number for issues that arise after hours.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of having Melinda as my hygienist. She was amazing, professional, kind and patient. I highly recommend her services.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with this establishment yesterday. Was very welcome and friendly when I arrived. Had a broken left upper back molar that occurred when I was eating a hamburger that had a piece of bone in it, from a fast food restaurant I will not mention. Anyway after an xray of my tooth I was informed by the Dr , by the way never introduced himself. That the tooth needed to be extracted. I consented. The assistant then proceed to direct me to the financial consultation representative. She informed me that to remove ONE tooth was $552. I was perplexed. I questioned why so much. Before she could answer as I looked at the invoice and I told her I don't want this bone graft that was on the estimate. It was $850 with a $411 discount. You do the math. In formed them i have had a bone graft before and it was useless and was spitting out that bone for a solid month. They informed the Dr I didn't want this over priced unnecessary bone graft. The staff doing the financial counseling that are totally nonmedical came back to me explaining why I need a bone graft. I almost lost my composure. Because I am a medical professional and I know that when a patient says the dont want something you have to honor there decision. The Dr then refused to do the extraction because I would not except the bone graft. People your body is your body and you have the ultimate decision what happens to it. Don't let people pressure you into something you don't need for the financial gain. Here's the kicker they called me back the next day and told me they could do the extraction without using this over priced unnecessary bone graft And those who want to know this is cadaver bone, this from someone who died and donated there bones for this purpose. I dont want this in my mouth do you? Found a Dentist within the hour I left this establishment that took care of my dental problem. Bottom line avoid this business unless you don't care about your hard earned money!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dental office! Dr. Papp is by far the best dentist I have ever been to; professional, skilled, patient and gentle. I was nervous about my temporary crown procedure, and thanks to Daniell, Surgical Implant Coordinator who was absolutely PHENOMENAL. Daniell explained the entire process from beginning to end. She was so attentive and reassuring, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time and right there by my side. Dr. Papp’s technique is incredible. When it was time to get mouth numbed, and tooth drilled I didn’t feel a thing, not even a hint of pain! The entire visit was amazing and made what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and painless experience. You have to go to “Seven Hills Dentistry”, the entire team is amazing and when you do – you won’t regret it. They’re the best, hands down!

Fantastic experience: So where do I start from wow!!! my experience was sooo perfect from the start I was in pain got an appointment within two days and from the staff at the front desk Erica and Yvette was awesome friendly and pleasant when I walked in I gave my info checked in and the office was state of the art with tablets to do your check-in clean and when I got to the back office Brittnie was also pleasant super accommodating made me feel comfortable because I am such a nervous wreck at the dentist and I told her and right away we had great conversation got to know a little about each other’s background and family she knew all the right things to do and to say to make me feel really reassured that they can help with my pain and wow!!! Dr. Sterr was really on point with everything Brittnie took pictures of my teeth from the same exam room she did all before and after pictures I was told by Dr. Sterr exactly what to expect and he gave me all my options to figure out what I wanted to do from the temporary fix to the permanent things that I can do to make sure I feel better and by the time I left I was numb and got home and wow I’m feeling better already Dr. Sterr and his staff are amazing I would definitely recommend Seven Hills dentistry…10 stars and more if I could rate them more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️they definitely gained a new pt and more I will definitely bring my family. thanks again for making me feel better then how I felt when I came in amazing work ❤️

Negative experience: The new ownership that has taken over since Dr. Ron sold his practice has been really terrible for me. Papp is a terrible dentist with a worse bedside manner. He's rude, inattentive, condescending, but worst of all, incompetent. Had I not finally decided to get a second opinion, I would have never known that the crown that he put in within the last year, was not seated properly, significant gap. (I will be posting a picture shortly and an audio recording of our conversation the day I confronted him about this) The new dental office I went to just for routine cleaning after I fired Papp, explained to me and showed me on the x ray the clear issue. I confronted Papp, he stated in his professional opinion, nothing was wrong with the crown and that the other office was telling me that to just "get money." I'm going to let you guys look at the x ray and be the judge. I asked if the new dentist office could just fix it for me because I never wanted to step foot back at Seven Hills Dentistry, he explained it couldn't be fixed, it would just have to be redone for over $1000. With that said, I went back to see Papp since it hadn't been a year, and dental work is supposedly covered for one year. He told me he wouldn't fix it, and he wouldn't refund my money to have it redone at the new practice. I'm going to let you all listen to the rest of what was said, I recorded that conversation. There was another area on my gum that concerned me that I specifically asked Papp about 2 years ago and again last year and he responded casually with it's not really any urgency or reason for concern. Turns out, I now have to have a root canal on that tooth, over $2k. I'm obsessed with my teeth and making sure I do my part to take good care of them. So the idea that I would be defaulted into dealing with a new dentist after the practice sold to a man that clearly provides varying degrees of dental care. I'm not saying that Papp doesn't know dentistry, he's been practicing for years, do your research. But perhaps, depending on who you are and what you look like, he is giving substantially sub par dental care to some while checking the proper boxes with other patients. There are others talking about it on the social platforms also. Stay away from Papp, I've reported him to the state board and feel I have a duty to inform people that he's not doing good business or fair business. After reporting him to the state board, I got a letter from them stating they would refund me $700. I respectfully declined because $700 doesn't cover the cost of the new crown I have to get or the ROOT CANAL that I now have to get which should have been addressed and mitigated when I asked about it years ago. The dentist office is stressful enough! The idea that any practitioner would treat a patient the way that I've been treated, is intolerable and I would never stand for something like this. The idea that I have to have a ROOT CANAL due to an issue that I could FEEL I was having and he specifically told me I had no reason for concern...why would a dentist tell you that? Is it deliberate malice or just negligence? Either way, it's a bad situation for me to be in and seems and feels really unfair. What can we, the people, do in these situations when it feels like you have a local practitioner giving varying degrees and levels of dental care to different patients? What's the basis for him to determine who he provides exceptional care for today versus less than care? I'm getting the word out because I hope for people to avoid what has happened to me and what I'm about to have to go through with this office to try and get to a fair resolution. Choose medical practitioners WISELY. I didn't choose him, he took over the practice so I got what I got. The office staff at this practice has always been nothing short of caring, friendly, and awesome, big kudos to them and my apologies in advance for the position that I have to take.

We didn’t find anything (which is awesome!) and we discussed future care and treatments for some minor issues that I’ve been putting off for years. The staff was SO friendly and warm, and very professional. I have severe dental anxiety and they made me feel so at ease! Dr. Papp is very thorough and professional, and very soothing. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was extremely polite and professional. They worked me in and Dr. Papp did a root canal and I was finished before 1pm! Fantastic experience: As someone who has avoiding going to the dentist like the PLAUGE for the past several years out of fear and anxiety I can say with full confidence I’ve found my people. When I walked in I was greeting with a warm welcome and was assured multiple times that I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. My hygienist, Emily, could tell right away how uncomfortable I was and she was on it! She talked me through everything we were going to do before she did it, she offered me pop it toys to calm my nerves and sunglasses to shield my eyes from her light. The room was very private, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated being made to feel like I was highly valued even though I’d never met Emily or Dr. Papp before and they both seem to really care about my comfort and coming up with a game plan that would work best for me and my anxiety and also work with my insurance; that’s where Erica came into play. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and so so kind and worked with me to come up with a good schedule to get the work that I needed done. I don’t feel like they were trying to “upsell” me anything, and that everyone in the office truly cares for their patients. It might have been my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. And that’s saying a lot.

I tend to be skeptical of Dentist because I have had some that would try to sell you the kitchen sink. They did not do that at all at Seven Hills. They told me what I could do if I wanted. but that it definitely wasn’t necessary to keep my mouth healthy. I am so happy that I chose them.

Negative experience: Make sure for yourself before you have any dental work done that you are in network here. Do your homework as well because the reception never let my husband know he was out of network! Not his job to do. Over $300 I was stuck with for a tooth pulled. No surgery. Then after the tooth was pulled they billed him and said he was out of network! Not a good thing to do to patients he could’ve went somewhere else for a whole lot cheaper! He’ll never be back!!!

Positive experience: Very nice professional team. Would recommend process change when presenting bill. Vs. Here's the cost after insurance for your treatment plan. Once the Dentist explained everything in detail. Was clear. Was like taking your car to the repair shop given the invoice with litte detail. All and all good experience. Will go back.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this office today! While they are not our primary dentist, our son was hit by a baseball in his mouth and lost half of his front tooth today. Our dentist was closed and we began researching nearby offices for an emergency visit. We called their office here and they did say that they were technically booked for the remainder of the day, but they understood the urgency of the situation and asked when we could be there and go us in! They saw us quickly and even staying past their closing time. They helped him be more comfortable until Monday while we wait for his dentist to open and helped guide us through the next 36-48 hours. Again, very thankful for their staff today and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are very uncomfortable and have anxiety about dentist and just havent had good luck, then this is the place for you!!!. Dr. Papp and the assistant Audrey explained everything so well at first appointment and chose the best medical treatments for me. I had a root canal and temporary crown procedure done couple days ago. They took such a good care of me, they listened they cared, they showed support, made sure i was comfortable, very welcoming from the start. The day of procedure there were couple hiccups with the tools (not big deals but anyone would be fruturated)but let me tell you, the assistant (red hair) and Dr. Papp handled with such professionalism, remained calmed, fixed the problems and had solutions quick! It was a great team work and my procedure itself was excellent. For first time I was very comfortable with dentist, felt like they truly cared and had such good positive atmosphere all around. They made sure i was in no pain at all times and anxiety was at ease. It's a great place, they took such a good care of me. I recommend this place 100%. I'm truly am grateful I found them. I'm glad I was able to see the hiccups and how they handled them. Best customer service is such a long time!!!! Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: What a great staff! These people went out of their way to make this as painless an appointment as possible. The care Dr. Sterr and his assistant Patrice showed me stands out as one of the best in my lifetime. The delicacy they took when examining my teeth was a first for me and I am grateful for it. I am not sure what else I can say. Even the Novocaine shots, normally some of the most painful shots I can remember getting, were nearly painless. Typically, you will get the "you are going to feel a slight pressure," talk. Well, I can tell you I didn't. It was amazing! I can't heap enough praise on this staff. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I am not much of a review person, but I this dentist deserves it. Ever since I was a child I was fearful of the dentist office and expressed that to this dentist coming in. They were calm, patient and helpful. Dr. Kim is a wizard he made me comfortable and worked fast. He is a wonderful dentist. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be coming to them more often to take care of my dental needs. They also offer wonderful payment options that don't hinder you financially. Best dentist I've been to.

Fantastic experience: First time as well as working in healthcare this practice is ran with patient needs at the for front. The Front office was amazing and helpful, which lead to the amazing hygienist Kendra who cleaned my teeth and helped me with all my questions ! The Doctor was amazing and a sweet. Great staff and office!

Negative experience: Very disappointed! I have used Seven Hills since moving into this area. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for 2/2/24. I was told that the fees would be $285 if I wanted to do the membership plan or $158 for just the cleaning. I arrive at my appointment and they offer me the membership, but I said I’ll just do the cleaning fee. Then they proceed to tell me that they would need to do a current exam and schedule me for another time to get the cleaning. The cleaning was the service that I was scheduled for. This is just another place that is all about the money. Just do the service people ask for. Most people don’t have time or days to run back and forth to the dentist. This was all discussed with the lady that scheduled it. Because I was looking into starting at a different dentist but they wanted to schedule me for multiple visits, one for exam then one for cleaning. That’s why I went back to Seven Hills, because she said they could do the cleaning the day of my appointment. It’s aggravating to take off a half day of work for an appointment just to be told when you get there that what you was told and was scheduled for can’t happen.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from Michigan and I had one of the best dentists in the country. I have been very hesitant to find a dentist in Georgia because of my relationship with my previous dentist. I almost booked a flight until one day I told myself it’s okay to trust someone else & know they will take care of your teeth & gums like Dr. Maria. I felt really good about Seven Hills after researching so I decided to try them out today for a cleaning and filling. The entire team from the time you walk in until the time you leave make you feel welcome. Dr. Sterr & Dr. Praylo are amazing as well as the dental hygienist were very friendly and gave me additional treatment options to think about in the future. My teeth feel great & Ive found a new dentist team! Thank you all for making me feel confident again when I smile! See you in 6 months for my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Incredible team of dental care workers that work very hard to give you as fair of a price as possible. The front desk is kind and amicable (Erica is SUCH a charming and lovely individual), the hygienists are genuinely concerned for your dental well-being and are very in depth with what they do. I will admit that the dentists seem a little trigger happy on fillings, but I can see their viewpoint of "better to just take care of it now then have it become an even bigger problem potentially later." If you're looking for a dental care office that is reliable and can get you on the road to helping get your dental health back into shape, you would be totally fine picking this place to fulfill that need for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Seven Hills Dentistry for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Dr. Papp did a fantastic job of explaining why I needed a crown and what he was doing without adding in a bunch of fluff. The crown did break a couple of years later, however they resolved the issue immediately and fairly with me. Ms. Danielle was very helpful on getting the new crown put back on with an attitude that can brighten anyone’s day. Ms. Denise is always a pleasure to be with as well when she regularly cleans my teeth. Seven Hills Dentistry has great team members working there, from the front office to the back. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Admittedly I am not a fan of going to the dentist!!! I have bad childhood dental scars and have some anxiety from that. But, Seven Hills Dentistry is wonderful!!!! Everyone there is so friendly and kind and my hygienist is so gentle with me!! She knows that I have some anxiety and she is so wonderful! She always asks if I need a break and I mostly don’t because she puts me at ease!!! The Dentist is very nice too and doesn’t make me feel pressured to get all the suggested work done immediately, unless it was truly vital asap!! If you are new in town or just looking for a new Dentist, I highly recommend and suggest you give them a try for yourself!!

Fantastic experience: The reviews are all true, the staff here is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and the vibe is very chill. The sunglasses and tv on the ceiling are a nice touch to help you forget where you are. Definitely a great experience for anyone with anxiety about the dentist. For those who need extra help, they do offer sedation dentistry as well.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found this dentist upon moving to town a year and a half ago. I have received exceptional care during each and every visit. From the receptionist (s) as I walk in, to the hygienist, techs, Dentist and finally from those who help with the financials/check out process. Fantastic experience: My experience at Seven Hills Dentistry was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was very clean and inviting which provided a good mood before I was examined. To my surprise, I was examined by the same version whom I saw last visit. I was nervous about this appointment, so seeing a familiar face truly helped. Kendra was as awesome as always, and she really made me feel comfortable. The small talks that we have really helped put me at ease for the examination. She also explained each step too which was great. All of the staff are awesome though, and they are great at what they do. I highly recommend going to this Dentist office!
