Negative experience: Need better communication and scheduling. My husband keeps getting rescheduled and appointment moved months out. It's happened few times. Then going on a waiting list doesn't help when you have to work. Appointment are made for a reason. Hope this office can get it together. Good luck!

Negative experience: Just got informed that my appointment that I booked on Saturday is now being pushed out until may I have already been waiting 6 months. They put me 6 months back from my first appointment. That's why I booked this one on Saturday now they're telling me nothing they can do I'm telling them that this is very unprofessional? And I believe when doctor gambacorda. Retires that this place will soon fold up.Not happy with how I was treated lake.I don't matter

It's always been a pleasure to see Dr. Gambacorta and Paulette Huber Walzak his hygienist. We always had a laugh or two. And Dr. G was alway so gentle and so professional! Dr. G, I wish you all the best on your much deserved retirement! I will definitely miss you!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental office for over 40 years, but unfortunately, the recent changes have been incredibly disappointing. Lately, my appointments have been rescheduled without my confirmation. Most recently, I found out mine, and my daughters, upcoming appointments were moved again because they’re closing on Saturdays starting September 1st and shifting patients around. I called the office expressing my concerns but was told there was nothing they could do. I understand things change, but long-time patients deserve better communication and consideration. After decades of trust and consistency, this sudden lack of professionalism is frustrating and disheartening.

VERY CARRING, TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN things so you are not left in the dark with what he is thinking or doing. From start until the finish, you are left reassured that the procedure, whatever that may be, will be the best option for you.Great since of humor along with his patience and understanding makes him. A plus to see and will relax anyone who is afraid of the dentist ANNNND, if that ain't enough to put you at ease, he has a very big bat he can bop you on the head with to knock you out! Fantastic experience: 3/25/25 I was called back at the appointment time by Dr Gambacorta’s assistant Paulette and promptly started procedure with explanation and Novocaine to numb my mouth. Dr Gambacorta was gentle and effective in working my crown prep. He was very timely, friendly, professional and efficient!!! 7/17/25 Another outstanding visit. Expert cleaning by Dental Hygienist, Christine, and the tooth repair with Dr G assisted by Paulette. Excellent service and experience!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is so wonderful. She keeps me occupied as she works. I have to be careful with laughter as she has a sharp instrument in her hand!! My dentist, Dr. Heilman(sp). Is so kind and careful. He asks if I have any concerns. He’s a good one!

Negative experience: When I had a crown installed I paid in full when completed. Months later when I came in for my cleaning appointment I was informed I own additional money when for my crown. Oh by the way, the crown took 3 times to set properly by 3 different dentists.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They always take me right on time for appointments. Staff is compassionate and understand not everyone loves the dentist.

Positive experience: I feel this visit was rushed. It was scheduled, but I heard them say they had an emergency coming in, so I felt they needed to move me along. Normally don't feel this way. Plus my tooth still doesn't feel right.

Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery on my foot and had to use a knee scooter to go to my appointment. The two gentlemen were very generous helping me hop up the stairs, and the one doctor actually carried my scooter down the stairs for me. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone I know

Negative experience: She didn't start off as friendly in the beginning I ask where could I hang my purse she was more like I don't know there is usually a chair here .but if I were someone more important she would of took care of me. Attitude wasn't as good as the first time I been they're different lady.but over all cleaning great job. The doctor in the end was very good and nice . This is my new dentist second time they do a great job overall but I had to keep my purse on my lap and remove my hat. Next time I will keep my belongings in my truck. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: First visit today - I was called on a Saturday for a cancellation appt and was very surprised as I didn’t expect them to remember me on the cancellation list. The office was very pleasant, clean and bright and my hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with!!! My only issue was when I was called I wasn’t informed a dentist wasn’t on site today which means I have to go back for an exam but so far I am very pleased.
