Fantastic experience: Dr Arthur and his team are awesome. We drive 2 hours for our visits because he is the best and definitely don’t want to try someone new. Will continue to take this drive as long as we are able.

Positive experience: I had to get out of the chair and leave the dentist office today. This lady was so rude. After asking her about the fee she said I had to pay she comes in with a paper explaining to me, I said oh ok I understand, then she handed me the paper and I asked another question she snatched the paper out of my hand and went to the computer, I was like ??? Then she came back and was still talking but I told her I understood and I reached for the paper and she pulled it away again. So I went for it again and she snatched it back. After that I got up and left. Now I have to find a new dentist and I liked my dentist. But if I can't get respect you WILL NOT GET MY MONEY. Clearly she wanted me to act like a fool, But that wasn't going to happen......At the front desk it says pmt due before being seen. Why didn't they take it then? Why didn't they let me know what I needed to pay a certain amount when they constantly reminded me of the appointment. I like to check with my insurance company most times. Last time they let me know in advance. Nobody tried to correct the situation, they just dismissed me.

The atmosphere in the Dental office is like a cool summer day near the water with soft easy listening music in the air. I am most fortunate to have this experience twice each year. My thanks to Dr. Arthur and his amazing staff, especially Laura Beth who puts up with my fake bugs, snakes and Bubba teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love this practice! I called this morning with a dental emergency and was told that my Dentist was out this week but they would give me a call back. I received a message stating there was a cancellation and was offered an appointment. Not only did they handle my emergency but it was done within an hour and I didn’t even have to take extra time off from work!!!

Fantastic experience: The nurses and dentist are exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and professional. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. Over the course of a month and a half, I was in excruciating pain. However, when I reached out to the on call nurse or staff, they were very supportive in scheduling a next day appointment or same day walk in appointment for the dentist to check the site. After 2 rounds of antibiotics, pain meds, a paste, and a mouthwash, the extraction site finally calmed down and completely healed. I have future appointments at this facility, so needless to say, I trust their professional services.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I went into their office on an emergency case from a broken wisdom tooth. From the time I got there I was treated like a valued client. The receptionist were kind, helpful and actually look like they wanted to be there. They got me in right away and without delay the DDS came in along with the associate and took care of repairing my wisdom tooth within 1 hour. I felt no pain from any of the work they were doing. It was the best dental experience I've had. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Call 5 times and all I keep getting is “thank you for calling, if you know your party’s extension please dial it now” for THREE TIMES THEN IT HUNG UP ON ME. I’m calling to be a new patient, how am I suppose to know any extension? I call within business hours on a business day.

Fantastic experience: I had chipped a tooth and was unable to get an appointment at 3 other dentist offices. Upon contacting this office they offered me a next day appointment. Dr. Arthur was excellent as well as his staff. Painless and outstanding dental repair. I highly recommend this dental office.

Everything, from speaking with the receptionist confirming and reminding appointments, to establishing that my insurance would be covered, to the amazing experience with Brittany Floyd who cleaned my teeth, was very gentle and comforting when I told her that I was nervous and put me right at ease. Dr. Arthur was pleasant and helpful in giving me instructions for additional help that I required, and leading me to a less expensive alternative that would be just as effective. I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist for the first time ever!

Before a major surgery, Dr. Nicholson, my primary dentist, checked on me and let me know that he was praying for me! I called A&N needing an appointment for a dental cleaning before I got braces and they were kind to find me a cancellation appointment within a month. My dental cleaning was great, LaDonna provided excellent service and lots of jokes! She is the best! I recommend everyone to contact A&N for their dental needs!

Negative experience: Had an emergency and I live out of state. They took me immediately... This staff is great, the offices and rooms are state of the art and I would recommend to everyone including my daughter who is a dental hygienist!!! Amazing signs of times. 7 months to get a cleaning and I have a chipped tooth. Such a shame they can't take care of their loyal customers first.

Negative experience: The quality of thier work is so bad. Let me put an example: You have a window installed, in a few months the window fall on the floor. The person who installed doesn't warranty his work and when you tell him the problem he said, you need to pay for reinstalling of the window. My point, is that as much money as this cruel people charged me for a root canal they should be ashamed of how they treated me. A lady behind my back was shaking her hands and head acting like if I was lying. The high price bad work they did is not the only thing. Why because after all the money that my dental insurance and the out of pocket that I had to pay. They sent the whole bill to my medical insurance luckily my government employees insurance rejected thier billing fraud

Fantastic experience: After breaking two lower teeth at one time I called Dr Nicholson office to see if they could work me in. I expected an exploratory look and a future appointment. Instead I got prompt repair procedure. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing and extremely helpful. You can feel the family like environment soon as you walk in. Dr. Author is amazing! This was my first visit with him and I don't have a single complaint. He is very helpful and talks to you through you process. I love the word of encouragement as he pulled my tooth, giving warning about everything I would feel before he done it.!! Got two theeth pulled and had no pain at all the afterwards or the following day. Didnt hurt my wallet either lol. 10 out of 10
