She was very helpful with getting me updated on the file for their records, and Jamie Place the dentist, is the best! I have never been more satisfied with the dental work she does. My denture and Implants are made very well. I have no complaints whatsoever on her expertise, she is the one whom made me feel confident again to smile! I have beautiful teeth, and very proud of them. She goes above and beyond to make sure they fit correctly, and meets your satisfaction! I would highly recommend her for any dental work you need done!

Fantastic experience: The availability of hygenists and possibly dentists as well, is terribly low. They are TOO popular! And need more staff and more dentists, you have to book 6 months in advance! Can something be done? Train your own, Offer (finance) a scholarship or aid for training. Etc...

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely grateful to My Crossroads Dental, I was not a prior patient and I had an emergency need right before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was seen immediately and given an antibiotic to get me through till I could have further treatment. All are extremely professional, overwhelming concern and kindness for you. Highly recommend, you will be in great hands. Thank You so much to My Crossroads Dental.

Fantastic experience: The people were very nice, I had not been there before, but I got so sick, very dizzy and had ahard time getting home, after I got home had the dry heaves and was dizzy for a long time, but my teeth were cleaned, I have never gotten sick from having my teeth cleaned and I have them cleaned every six months, I am sort of nervous to get my teeth cleaned in six months,the staff was very nice

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with My Crossroads Dentist. I didn’t realize my first appointment would take 90 minutes. I had another commitment that overlapped with the appointment. They were so kind and accommodating. They split up the appointment for me. I will go back for my cleaning in a week or so. Very nice people. Very professional!

Fantastic experience: Not an easy place to critique without going public. Went to them early in 2025 after being absent since a crown several years ago. No offer to exam and problems were evidently too much for them or their workload? Tooth to be pulled? Was told I would need to go to an oral surgeon. No mention of anything that they saw anywhere else. Seemed like I was a number instead of a patient.

Positive experience: Having to fill out a new patient electronic Chart was very inconvenient. After being a patient for years and getting way too many reminders, it would have been much easier to have been notified to do this at home on my own computer. The actual cleaning was fine though messy.

I don’t mind going to the dentist anymore From the dentist to the hygienist they are very knowledgeable and talk about things I like to hear about, it makes the time go by faster. Fantastic experience: First time there and the experience couldn't have been better. My hygienist, Lacy, was awesome. A colony of ants couldn't find a morsel of food in my mouth by the time she got finished with me. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Several visits later and still just as happy that I chose crossroads dental . Dr. Place is great. If, like me, you don't want to feel that shot just let her know and you'll have a totally painless experience.

Positive experience: I have called your office twice about my appointment on march 17 th. I was told they would get back to me both times regarding my appointment that day with an answer. Still nothing. That’s not a good business practice

I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before being called back and never feel I am being rushed through my appointment. I definitely recommend My Crossroads Dentist!

Negative experience: Have more business than they can handle, but continue to take on more clientele. Scheduling is out 6-9 months. After waiting 9 months for 2 appointments as a new patient, I called to confirm and they said they had a "scheduling conflict" for my wifes appointment with no apology. I told them I'd have her call them to reschedule, when she called to reschedule, they told her I cancelled her appointment and they couldn't get her in for another 6 months.

The later is from earlier today Absolutely awesome place. Friendliest dentist and staff in town. I ask a lot of questions and everyone took the time to answer. I’ve never been to a more honest dentist. They gave me a quote for my work and when i checked out today it actually way cheaper then my original quote. Thanks again for an incredible experience.

Fantastic experience: Courteously receive by the receptionist. When taken to the chair, I was made comfortable. The dental assistant listened to my issue, proceeded doing her job. I was shown the x-rays taken. Then Dr. Cain came in, looked at the x-rays, looked at the affected area and plainly described the options. I dislike dentistry, but felt very confident in Dr. Cain and the assistant and less troubled about proceeding on with the plan.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the service I receive at your office. In my earlier years of going to the dentist I had high anxiety but when I attend your office, I am not anxious about anything.

Negative experience: Been here several times and my hygienist is very rough. Makes my gums bleed and it’s very painful. Stabs my tongue with ultrasonic scaler. I have young, healthy gums and teeth; and I floss every day. I should’nt be experiencing that much pain when getting a cleaning. They are so understaffed you can only get squeezed in once a year for cleanings. We’ll be looking for another place to go.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for several years. My experience with this dental office is always exceptional. They have the latest technology & tools and the staff is very experienced, helpful & professional. I received the best cleaning ever this time!

Fantastic experience: I suffer from extreme anxiety and when I walked in and talked with the dentist she was so comforting. She made me feel like I could talk about my worries and she answered all of my questions. When I asked for an explanation she didn't hesitate.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth, split right down the middle. I had no pain so was in no hurry but they got me in, in 3 days and put a temporary on. Easy peasy. I do like Crossroads. Staff is wonderful and so friendly.

Negative experience: Beware: They are not taking new patients. Came in May 2024 and the dental staff was amazing. The only problem I have is that when booking a new patient appointment I was not made aware that my next appointment, for the actual needed cleaning would not be until next Spring of 2025. Now I have to try to find someone else that can take my xrays and hopefully get a badly needed cleaning. I will also contact my dental provider to remove them from the accepting new patients list. I was hoping that this would be my family’s new dentist but unfortunately they are too understaffed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is nice, they're good at letting you know when they're backed up as well. Both my appointments so far have been pretty fast also.

Negative experience: I really liked the dentist here, but they scheduled my 6 month check up 6 months ago which was for tomorrow. They called today to tell me they're short staffed and need to reschedule. The day before.... My canceled substitute is not gettting paid tomorrow now, in this economy. I think as a business you figure it out, especially for public servants like teachers, who have to plan WAY ahead and subs who accept jobs months in advance. Luckily my insurance changed, so I can go back to my old dentist next week! Worked out well in the end! Yay!

Fantastic experience: Moe was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I’ve been brushing and flossing for decades, but she taught me a more effective way. And of course, Dr. Place was wonderful as usual.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for years and I have always had good experiences with the dental work. However as this location grew things started to change with scheduling. The first incident was the office calling to cancel my appointment and offering a new appointment months later. Then when I came in months later for my routine cleaning and scheduled my next cleaning I was offered an appointment 8 months out and I accepted. Unfortunately I just received a call from the office letting me know that they need to cancel my appointment but they can schedule a new appointment for May. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern shown.

Fantastic experience: My Crossroads is a great place to choose! The staff know what they are doing and will put you at ease. I book my next apt when I am there and get the time I want without a long wait! They text me reminders so I never forget!

Fantastic experience: The girls are the front counter are extremely friendly and helpful. Tracy, my hygienist is great and has been cleaning my teeth for years. I won’t have anyone else clean my teeth. They are all great with my toddler when I bring him with me.

Fantastic experience: 1st time visit. Dr Cain, Pam, hygienist, and Emily assistant were all professional, thoughtful, courteous of my dental needs. Now that I've met them, I don't want to go anywhere else.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Earlier this week they texted me to confirm my appt, which I confirmed (I have proof). After showing up for my appt they let me know that my appt had been canceled due to not responding. I showed my texts and she had proof on her end as well that I had responded. Her response was “I am so sorry, can I reschedule you?”… that’s it? An apology and a “can I reschedule you”? How about since your office screwed up you find a way to squeeze me in. Do not make your screw up my problem. Not a great first impression and I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I'm sure I'm not alone in trying everything to avoid the dentist, but this place is different. The doctor and entire staff are efficient, welcoming, and friendly. They all work well together and my visit was pleasant
