Fantastic experience: I was in pain called several dentist offices to hear I could have a an appointment for December or cancellation list! I am from Cleveland OH been to the dentist many times and had teeth pulled! It was always a painful experience!! But from the time I walked into Warner Robins Family Dentistry, I knew I was at the right place!! Each and every assistant was very polite and professional! Now comes the dentist and she was super!! Extracted my tooth I didn’t feel anything!!! Thank you, for putting the trust back in going to then dentist!!

Fantastic experience: Sasha is so personable and I really trust her dental experience and work. She is a five star in my book.

Negative experience: Did not even get a name, but the from desk/insurance was so rude, she called to confirm, so I confirmed, and proceeded to ask about insurance and now "oh, you had to confirm by 12pm, I guess I can see if I can obtain the information" Ummmm, ma'am, you did not call me until 2:05 pm!!! Sorry excuse for front staff, lazy is not even the word! Girl go get a job that does not include multiple tasks if you don't want to do it!

Negative experience: I have to preface this by saying that everyone here is top quality kind. I was getting my annual checkup and cleaning. One of the things I didn't like was I never had the same hygienist twice in a row and the one I was assigned was nice. But terrible at his job...he explained to me that he would need to lower my head while in the chair so he could reach me because he was too short otherwise. I had no idea by him doing that, that I would nearly choke because he failed to continuously evacuate the water pooled in my mouth. The angle of my head being lower than my feet, added to the pooling. I almost choked on the water a couple times and told him it wasn't working. He said I just hope you don't aspirate. I was a dental specialist in the Air Force and knew this was some kind of wrong. I just have a hard time hurting people's feelings but I should have stopped and asked for someone else. I've never been afraid of dental visits, in fact im a person who looks forward to my cleanings...I can not even imagine having Mr. Patel work on me again. I wanted to say something as I left, but I wanted to sleep on it and see if I still felt the same. So I called this afternoon at 12:15 and spoke to someone in the office. I am going to look for a small private practice that has the same hygienist assigned to you each visit. I know this is a long and negative review, but if I can save one person from experiencing the fear I did, then it's worth it. By the way, I am only 5'5"....Mr. Patel is approximately 5'2". Not like im a giant....

Fantastic experience: I stopped by Family Denestry on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 hoping to get on their list so I could have my medical records sent to them. I was in great pain from a gum infection I had been suffering from for more than a week . My current dentist at the time did not do anything to solve problem. Went to the Provilion med stop and they were kind enough to put me on antibiotics. I am now a new patient because the Staff at this amazing facility wouldn’t let me leave until I was seen by Dr. Patel and now with her concern, X-Rays and me continue taking antibiotics from the kind physician from the Proviliion; I’m looking forward to better dental care.

Negative experience: After explaining my situation in depth I was given an appointment on10/08/2025. As soon as I opted for extraction over root canal/crown I was sent down the road (without even an antibiotic) for a wishy-washy referral by Megan through Ramel to Youth Dentistry of Macon. (Part of Franklin Dental) I had what I thought was a 10am appointment on 10/10/2025 only to be called to the back and told I wouldn’t be seen. A wasted drive to Macon from Warner Robins with tooth pain wasn’t much fun. Well, back to square one!

Positive experience: I love this place but I give it 4 stars only because it's so hard to get in contact with someone at the front desk and depending on who you talk to, they'll give you mixed information. I came in for bridge prep and everything seemed to be fine when I left until my numbing wore off . My temporary teeth were rough and bumpy.The lady who did it had my bite ON the tooth ( TOOTH TO TOOTH ) which caused EXCRUCIATING PAIN! I went back in for my pain and met Mel , he took one look at my mouth and IMMEDIATELY knew what the problem was ! Mel fixed my bite and stopped my pain almost immediately! He also has a shining sense of humor and I enjoy being around him. I told Mel when I came back in I would be requesting him to do any further work for sure! When I came back in for my permanent bridge , luckily I spotted Mel just in time to tell him I wanted him to put my permanent in but little did I know , he was coming out to call me back anyways ! Mel got me fixed up with no numbing and very very quickly ! My appointment was at 10 but I was leaving outta there a little after 11 which is perfect timing! He also explained everything to me before it was done so I would be aware of whatever was next.I highly recommend if you are getting anything serious done , let Mel take care of your cause he's HIM ! Matter of fact , someone give this man a raise and a higher position! He deserves it ! Anyone that's experienced dental pain knows that a person who can fix your problem is an angel sent straight from heaven ! Thanks Mel!!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was so nice! Im terrified of going to the dentist and this was my first appointment with them AND my first dentist appointment completely alone. My anxiety was pretty much gone within 2 minutes of meeting the front desk staff and the dental assistant. I'm really glad I found this place and it's well worth the 30 minute drive to get there!

Fantastic experience: My recent visit to Family Dentistry for my semi-annual cleaning, was quite favorable. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was asked to update some information on one of their tablets & before I could finish, a technician (Christina?) called me back. She was friendly & efficient. She took X-rays prior to the cleaning & then proceeded the process. In a short time, she was finished &went to get Dr. Patel for her inspection. I was pleased this time.

Fantastic experience: The wait was long to come in for my first appointment. But, now I understand why. The atmosphere was friendly and the team was very knowledgeable. They treat your smile as if it was their own and will let you know what options are available in order for you to see your smile the way you envision it.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend! The environment is extremely friendly and they all love to joke. Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful and funny. The dental hygienist Sasha was awesome. Dr Patel was also amazing she was extremely friendly told jokes made my kids feel at ease when getting their teeth checked. It was a great experience.

Negative experience: Terrible communication. Drove an hour to be seen, call and ask if there is a grace period and are told yes, there is a 15 minute grace period. Arrive within that time, and are turned away because insurance won't be processed fast enough to be seen. Could have just told us over the phone and processed the insurance beforehand. Only one receptionist could bother to care when it was mentioned the reason we needed to be seen is because the tooth pain is unbearable, everyone else continued to act like we were such an inconvenience. I hope nobody else gets treated like that again.

The care, concern and generosity displayed and shown to me by the entire staff was outstanding! This was the first time I’ve ever gone to the dentist and no leave in tears! Negative experience: TL;DR: This office does not accept Ambetter with Peachstate and won’t let you know that until you wait 5 months for an appointment. I contacted this office to make a first time appointment with them for a regular cleaning and reoccurring, mild, toothache. The first question I asked is if they take Ambetter insurance. She said yes. I let her know Mondays and Tuesdays were the days I would be available for an appointment. The person I was on the phone with said that she would document that in my chart, but I needed to make an appointment 6 months out as a “place holder” while the office verified my information. She assured me that the office manager would be in contact with me to move my appointment up sooner. She scheduled me for a Wednesday. I did not hear back from them until 5 months later, to confirm the appointment that was scheduled for the next week. I politely expressed my frustration but decided to keep the appointment because I had waited long enough. Today I receive a call, the day before my appointment, letting me know not to “waste my time” because they don’t accept my insurance. 5 months of my time were already wasted. I had to ask off work because my appointment wasn’t scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday like I had originally requested. I asked her to cancel my appointment and ended the call. I take blame for not contacting them sooner. However, the lack of communication displayed in this 6 month long interaction makes me thankful the appointment did not work out. The scheduling for this office could use some work, it seems very unorganized and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Service made me feel more like I was a cash grab than anything. Being professional is one thing but service was more get in, get out, and like they barely looked at me. I decided to get a 2nd opinion somewhere else, and the 2nd dentist performed tests thst they didn't, finding something else wrong that they didn't catch. I was also told that I would need to get a tooth extracted, but my new dentist acted surprised that they advised that. Their service used to be better, but has fallen in the past few years. I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 10:30. I got a text saying 10:50. I called that morning confirmed my appointment 10:30. They took several people after me. One was happy they got in last minute tor an appointment. 10:55 rolls around, no one called me up. I go up they argue the time of my appointment even tho I confirmed. If you like sitting around wasting your time this is the office for you.

Negative experience: Dr grinding/drilling tooth for filling used one hand while holding something in the other - no control. Caused a lot of bleeding and discomfort. Filling cap came out after one month. They charge so much for such poor quality.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this place. I explained to the dental hygienist that it was my first visit in 7 years due to anxiety with drs offices. She was an angel, absolutely amazing! She made sure I was calm and comfortable many times. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Negative experience: Awful interaction and I didn’t even get to go to my appointment. My appointment was moved 2 times without my knowledge, I received a phone call this morning stating that my time had again been moved and that they were not going to do the work that we agreed upon, which was not anything more than a cleaning and x-rays. I told them I had to reschedule and now I’m supposed to wait until January?? No thanks, the lady who called me was rude and hung up in my face as well. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Warner Robins Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations in fitting me in quickly for an appointment when I was experiencing severe pain. Their team went above and beyond to get me scheduled with an oral surgeon. They treated me like an existing patient my first time there. Extremely kind and professional!

Negative experience: i didn't like away they made denture's. when i had the first they inpression and about two week's later and have second inpression done and third time i went back for the fitting. i fill like i'm wearing horse teeth.i never going back there again

She reminded me of a procedure I needed to schedule. The dentist examined my teeth didn't find any changes. When I checked out the front desk personnel were very nice & cheerful. Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth at lunch on a Wednesday, and even though I am not a regular customer Warner Robins Family Dentistry gave me an appointment for the following Monday, a full week before anyplace else in town. The team was welcoming and professional, and the dentist provided all available options. I chose extraction and she numbed the area well before painlessly performing the procedure. My appointment was at 0900 and I was out around 1000 with no pain. I am writing this the next day and have honestly had no pain. Extremely satisfied!

Negative experience: Surprised that when I went for my periodic cleaning, there had been a change in dental assistant and 1 was not notified. I was very upset and didn’t like the quality of the dental cleaning by the new dental assistant when I went back this past week. I see it as poor management and a total disregard of clients.

Fantastic experience: Brayan is the best hygienist. He did a great job easing my anxiety with a procedure that didn't go so well at another dentist. Dr. Patel also did an amazing job with the anesthesia.

My appointments are always on time and Dr Patel took very good care of me to get my temporary crown. She is also very friendly and caring for her patients. I do miss Dr McLain as I have gone to him for so many years. But after 47 years of service he definitely deserves his retirement! Fantastic experience: I've used WRFD for almost 3 years now. My experiences have been great. I don't think I've ever waited past my scheduled time. I do schedule for early appointments. My hygienist Nicole is very good with my cleanings. The front office is always pleasant. My only peeve would be the extended wait time for another appointment when rescheduling is necessary.

Negative experience: Not a huge fan of receiving a bill for a limited oral consultation when I was told when I found and booked this appointment with the Invisalign Smile Concierge rep would be a no cost consultation.

Positive experience: My first time at The office looks old but clean The front desk girl is nice and helpful the dr is great and the dental hygienist is good

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here on 2/7/2025 and I was surprised by how wheelchair friendly this office is. The staff was very sweet and helpful. They set me up for my next appointments and gave me pricing ahead of time. Everyone looked happy to be there. Great vibes all around!

Negative experience: I was here for three hours two days ago. All they did was take x-rays. They forgot about me for about an hour in a back room. The x-ray machines do not have disposable plastic sleeves (every dentist I’ve ever been to had these) so despite the technicians wearing gloves, they were constantly contaminating themselves every time they touched the x-ray machine and then in my mouth. I have strep throat now (sore throat and fever). I hope they contact me about this. I really hope they clean better and buy some disposable sleeves before they get more people sick. Also, went in initially because the side of my tooth fell off and not one dentist commented on it or gave me a course of action.

She was so great! She made me feel right at home and comfortable. At that moment I thought that the dentist has to be the mean one lol She was also very friendly. Negative experience: Please start verifying patient’s insurance before the day they are scheduled to come in. This appointment was set back in the spring. So plenty of time to make sure everything is in order.

Fantastic experience: Being a new patient who recently relocated from out of state, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the staff especially the hygienist that worked with me. She was very professional and personable. The visit was a pleasure.

Negative experience: *edited ** My first time here we had some issues with my insurance & payments so make sure u call ur ins company bc they will overcharge u. but the staff was nice , Ms Joy cleaned my teeth and she’s really gentle and nice , Ms Mona did my X-rays and she is nice as well. The dentist is very outgoing , Ms Patel but she’s not gentle at all! They don’t have gas at this location which sucks bc gas makes the visit way more comfortable for the patient. , 24 hours since I’ve got my fillings , my teeth still feel very gritty where she did the fillings even after brushing my teeth, I have bruising on my gums where did my cavity filling bc she got something stuck in between my teeth and was yanking my mouth so hard to get it out.

Positive experience: Super nice staff.put someone else's partial in my mouth,but other than that super nice.Did great job whitening.

Fantastic experience: Staff is courteous and professional. Nicole took care of routine cleaning with no discomfort to me. She explained my care options and aligned the effort to my needs. I was in on time and finished on time without being rushed out the door. I will continue as a customer.

Negative experience: I had an entire conversation setting up my husbands appointment for 8/20 3pm. The phone conversation can be seen in the photos attached. When calling to confirm the appointment today, 8/19, I was told they had no appointments for my husband and they had no record of him anywhere. My husband took off work for this appointment and now cannot reschedule, this is absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: My experience at this office was pretty good. I thought the wait to be seen was long since several people who arrived after me was taken back before me. I had Nichole and she was so nice. I was traumatized by previous dental experience. I will return again

Fantastic experience: They made a crown was paid in full by my insurance company and to this day refused to refund the payment or give me the crown. However Megan (office manager) bill me $400.00 for leaving a msg with answer service request my records ..March 2nd the last time I was in that office trying to get my crown...the put another yellowish color temp crown...I was extremely unhappy. 45 min later I'm at my kids school for pick up conversating with staffing parents and the temp crown flew out of my mouth mid sentence . I called the office and 3 days later no return call.....

Fantastic experience: It was an excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door, until I left. Your professional staff that greeted me made me feel secure and heard. I explained my situation and they were so kind and patient with me. The technician was a pure professional, talented ,gifted, kind, patient,and informative. It helped me not to be afraid. There was even a visit from management to reassured me that the problems from a previous dentist in the area would be taking care of in a very professional and careful manner. Now that I am over 60 it means a lot to me to understand what's going on. The staff here make sure I understood; and their kindness and compassion really made an great impression on me.
