Positive experience: Hi, I have going to smile dental for about 2 years now.. I will not recommend this place for root canals had bad experience with Dr. Omali first time he did a root canal my pressure drop really bad.. the second time I had a root canal I told I did not trust him to do the root canal to recommend me to specialist.. he said he can do it but got infected, and had to spend almost 1000 dollars to get it retreat it at an specialist dentist I will not be going here no more.. also I been waiting for a respond on them they were doing a refund to the insurance so I can get a my bill cover from my insurance since the insurance didn't cover because it had cover once.. Hopefully this helps other people

Fantastic experience: I’ve been driving by this spot ever since I relocated my workplace from Deer Valley. I always been telling myself, man I wonder if I should pay them a visit. Because of the advertising in the front, this has to be worth checking out. I stopped by during lunch because of pain of a broken tooth. So when I made an appt, yes I was afraid to go but manned up. From the greeting from the receptionist to the techs and Dr. I was impressed on how they were to me. They are an amazing group of professionals and the experience there felt unreal. I am more than happy to experience the Love they have with their pts. They listened, and help me understand that all my questions and concerns were answered. Thank You Smile Dental Clinics for being there when I needed you! You guys rock!

So far I have not started anything but will definitely keep an update on my experience with but so far I definitely recommend this dental office to start your journey with people who really do want to help.☺️

Fantastic experience: My neighborhood dentist for the past three years! The atmosphere is always friendly, welcoming, and clean. The staff constantly asks if you’re okay throughout procedures and meticulously explains everything they are doing as they work. They listen to me as a patient. It is hard to enjoy a dental experience, they make it as enjoyable as possible!

Negative experience: I’ve been to this clinic for a couple of years now. I’ve had extensive work done over those years and the results have been amazing, I’ve even recommended them on numerous occasions and could not stop talking about how great they are. 5 starts for Dr. Harsini, Lala, David, Victoria, and a few others who’s names I don’t remember. Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. They have worked as a team to get me to where I am today with my dental health. Reason for my 2 star is I do not recommend getting braces/Invisalign at this location. Ever since the start of my treatment there are constant issues where the front staff/billing is telling me I don’t have insurance, and they will give me the runaround saying I’ll get a call back(I’ve had the same insurance since 2022.) I learned they never submitted a claim to my insurance to begin with and they wanted me to pay for the remainder of treatment to be seen when I had already payed half before treatment even started. I’ve had to call multiple times to finally get an answer and when I spoke to the manager she reassured me these issues would be resolved. I refrained from writing a negative review because I decided to give them another chance. In the meantime they made me wait for them to figure things out while my trays where broken and my teeth where starting to move back. When I was finally seen, to my surprise I was no longer seen by David who had handled the treatment from the beginning. I was instead seen by another individual who was asking me where my trays where and when I told her I was there to get my refinements she just handed me trays and asked me to put them on. I asked if I could at least wash my hands first and the trays of course didn’t fit as I’d gone a couple of days without them. She was ready to just have me get rescanned and go back when I had already been scanned in march and it was currently may. I want to say Thank you to Victoria for stepping in and saving me from another rescan and waiting even longer for trays. She helped get the trays placed and we got them to fit properly. Fast forward to July, this is where I decided to finally write my negative review. I was told in may I’d be scheduled in July and was given a date. I never received a notification or reminder to my apt so when I called and asked about the date and then waited for my call back, I was only told about a cleaning. And it was assumed I no longer have braces in place ‍♀️. I very well still have them in place and I’m now waiting for a call back for ortho apt which should have already been scheduled, this once again prolonging treatment. I still also have the issue of buttons that where never placed at my refinement stage that where marked on my treatment plan. ‍♀️. Issues discussed with the manager have clearly not been resolved and while staff is friendly, “friendly” doesn’t fix teeth, staff doing their jobs correctly does.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised with the time it took them to pull my tooth. I had very bad experience in the past with the extraction of a took ( with another dentist). I was so scare because the tooth I had problem with was a whole tooth, but this one I had to take yesterday has only the root and I was expecting surgery and a lot worse than the last time, but was very easy and fast. Thank you Dr and the group.

Fantastic experience: Staff is Amazing , Friendly , Welcoming they care for my teeth so good always

Negative experience: Clinic has gone down hill when it comes to customer service and patient treatment. Was charged on multiple occasions for services not rendered and it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. They no longer keep you with the same dentist. They will shuffle you around to new people and you don’t know until your apt, same with hygienist. I’ve had so many “dentist” who don’t even know my case and they ask me questions that don’t even apply to me. It’s scary to be with someone who doesn’t know what they are doing and you’re meeting them for the first time, yet you are supposed to trust them with expensive or painful procedures. Which brings me to my next reason for my now 1 star review which should be 0. Some of these dentist you get pawned off to will treat you like scum, they will laugh and talk about you and blame you for their lack of care. I had a procedure done fully in pain and clearly crying the whole time. I expressed many times I could feel everything and this dentist just kept on doing work telling me it shouldn’t hurt in a condescending tone while injecting me with more and more dumbing medication. The guy doing the x rays was the only one being compassionate. She never waited for meds to work first and the numbing meds didn’t even kick in until I left the clinic and was driving home. I could barely move my head and driving was a scary experience. Nearly called 911, but guess what? I couldn’t even talk. I received so much numbing meds they didn’t begging to wear off until midnight and I could even eat till the next day. We nearly went to the hospital worried something more serious must be going on. See a better clinic that will make sure you are numb before beginning work. Due to this experience I will never be back and will probably never trust any dentist ever again. Hasani was great, until I was no longer being scheduled with him.

Fantastic experience: Everyone treated me with love and respect. Erica with the c was the best. Her energy was a ten out of ten.Louise was great. The Doctor was wonderful and Erica with the k was also great. I thank all of you for letting me know that you would be taking care of me. I felt good leaving the office so I know that when I return back for treatment that I will be very much cared for this is a great place to go when you need anything done with your teeth.

Negative experience: The staff & Dr. Harsini were great, very pleasant experience however billing is a whole other story. I was billed for uncovered services by insurance, turns out those services were not billable to the patient. This was brought the the billing coordinator's attention in early February. Two weeks ago I was told I would get a check issued and I have yet to hear from them. My follow up email was not replied to and the office has not given a care to give me a follow up call. Service from the doctor and staff was great however the patient is billed for the treatment appointment upfront- then fail to reimburse in a timely matter.

Fantastic experience: We love everyone at that office but this last time in particular they had a new orthodontist staff member named Victoria. My son has been going there for his braces for a few years now. Victoria was super thorough and explained in detail everything that was going on with my son to me and to my son. She gave us some information that we weren't aware of prior and ways to have improvement. I hope you keep her as a permanent staff member because you can tell right away she is very professional and knows what she is doing. She made us both feel very informed and we were very happy with the interaction we had with her.

Negative experience: Knowledgeable. Friendly. I guess i was taken back by the price. And trying to get financing on-site was overwhelming. What brought me in there was fb advertising for $179 a month venner(s) thi's was hardly the case. Very very far from actual pricing for veneers. Very mis leading. Upon messaging on the fb add I asked directly if I could get a full mouth of venners for $179 a month and the answer was yes. Because of this lie I will not be doing business with them.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a screening to get Dental Implants.The whole staff made me feel welcome.Very professional on everything they did on my teeth.They sat me down went over everything on what i needed to do to get implants. There was no pressure on getting the implants. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend this place i give it 5 stars.

They made me feel comfortable, help me not feel so anxious and they talk me through everything that needed to be done. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

I explained my anxiety to the receptionist as I booked my appointment, they are completely understanding. I have a lot of work to get done, and Im happy I found the perfect place suitable for my fear and anxiety of dentist appointments. I just got treated for an extraction and looking forward to the implants needed. The team is amazing at explaining treatment plan and also follow up with any pain or concerns you may have after the treatment. Im one step closer to the perfect smile I always wished for, I couldn’t be more happier. 100% recommend this clinic! Dr. Harsini shows his true dedication to his patients. They are friendly, clean, efficient. Dr.Harsini, David and Erica had all the patience for my fear and trauma caused as a child. I know I’m in good hands, overall I had an excellent experience.

Positive experience: My experience in the office today was awesome unfortunately can't remember the hygienist name who helped me. As for the b4 is why my score is a 3. The fact that I was told I could book my appointment as it was included with my financing then being told it was then finally getting a call from Gladis who said it was included. Then I get call again saying it wasn't included.

Fantastic experience: Gladys is amazing she cares about each person and listening fully with compassion and without judgment so that you can make good decisions be unafraid to ask good questions . She pays attention to detail and I believe that she gives that to each and every person regardless if they decide to become patients of Dr. Hassani’s or not. I believe Smile Dental Clinics really do care about their patients and I was introduced to them from an existing client.

Fantastic experience: I went in to discuss getting some implants. Everyone at the office that I had direct contact with was very pleasant and my interactions with them with great. No complaints at all. Just like every other place I've been to. The cost is still too high and I could get financing with them. Though they did have one of the better pricing protons I've seen so far.

Fantastic experience: They definitely go beyond and above from Gladys who was wonderful to help me decide what was best for me, then there was Xiomara who assisted taking my imprints they both stayed way pass their normal work hours and made it possible for me to get the procedure the following day. I felt so comfortable and loved by them. Then there was the surgical Dr Narsini and his two assistants Sergio and Erica who were just as great as Gladys and Xiomara. They did a wonderful job caring for me while I was in surgery. They all treated me like family literally and when I was finished I was sent home with a BIG basket of things like soup applesauce lots of fluids ice packs Mac n cheese mashed potatoes a nice cozy blanket and other things. They also called me later that day and throughout the day to see how was I doing. I am truly grateful and thankful for each one of them. I just love them all! I will never go anywhere else and I never write reviews. But they were the best and had to let people know this is by far the best dentist office I have ever been too!

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to a dentist in years due to bad experience. Had a tooth ache, called to set an appointment. They had got me in the same day and they were prepared to extract that wisdom tooth the SAME DAY! They were prepared before I even considered. I came in the next day for my removal and they removed TWO teeth in under an hour with minimal pain. I am one day post removal with no swelling or pain! Don’t hesitate.

The doctors and nurses work well together to assist with your needs and they explain so well what is needed for you to have a last long healthy teeth. Job well done.

Fantastic experience: This Particular Smile Dental Clinic has been the most Wonderful experience in every possible way. Extremely professional with nothing less than perfection in their implants. Such kindness and warmth, a very generous and genuine family-like experience. The staff and doctors here have set a new benchmark for me that in 55 years, nobody has ever matched. I am a loyal patient for life. Dr Eddie goes so far above and beyond expectations and extra care. I have never know a doctor who without hesitation suggests and comes in on Christmas day to do an emergency denture implant repair and takes the time and extra care to completely rebuild instead of just doing the repair. He gives his patients his cell number for emergency contact. He answers immediately and kindly. Then goes out of his way to resolve the issue as if you're family. Like I said they have set a new standard that will be very unlikely anyone will match.

Fantastic experience: It was great. My husband and myself felt very comfortable, relaxed and informed. We can't wait till our next consultation to get started on our journey's for a healthy and happy smile. Dr. Harsini is the Best, along with all of his staff. We were treated with dignity and much respect. Well on my surgery day everything went perfect. Showing off my new choppers with Dr. E. Harsini, Gladys, Sergio and Ceil, and of course my beautiful gift from the clinic. All of the staff there are top grade. My husband can't wait to get his new teeth next week. They perform magic for Implants, Dentures and Bridges. You can't go wrong give them a try for teeth that are beautiful, healthy and strong.

Negative experience: Overpriced, payment plans only if you have good credit. Overdraft my account over a week before we discussed making the payment, and they won't do anything about it. I won't be coming back for me or my wife.

Fantastic experience: Had my consultation for implants and was amazed by the great customer service of everyone I had contact with! They really do treat u like a family member and are happy to answer any and all questions u might have about the procedure ur going to have done and will do everything possible to make sure u are comfortable with everything happening. Even tho I wasn't able to get the financing I need to get my work done they are still keeping in contact with me trying to help me find financing for my procedures. Fantastic experience: I live 130 miles from there office and being able to do the initial consultation over a vido meeting was major plus for me they are upfront and gave me more info than I expected along with being very patient and answering all my questions it was comforting to know that they are willing to work with me and my financial situation I am very pleased with there services
