During my intake and evaluation, it was determined that addressing my septum was more important than any dental work they could do. That said, they thoroughly assessed my bite, teeth, airways, and gums as well. Their focus on my needs over financial considerations truly sets them apart. Fantastic experience: This group only hires people who love their job and are great at it. They always greet you with big welcoming beautiful smiles! Ashley is the BEST hygienist EVER, and always does everything possible to accommodate whatever your quirks are. For example, I'm claustrophobic and have a bad neck problem. She always makes me as comfortable as possible. Ashley is head & shoulders above her peers. We drive to St. Francisville from Zachary to go to Sullivan's despite the fact that there are several dentists in Zachary. My husband & I follow her wherever she goes and we always will! But every one at Sullivan's is wonderful- the dentists, schedulers, insurance, everyone.

Fantastic experience: I wish i could give 10 stars. I was absolutely terrified walking into my appointment, but Mallorie, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was truly amazing! She was so gentle, patient, and kind — she helped calm my nerves right away. I’ve never felt so at ease during a cleaning. You can tell she genuinely cared and takes pride in her work. Fantastic experience: Wow!!!! I walked in this office for the first time, and I felt like I knew everyone!! The front desk was amazing, and so friendly. This is a one of a kind dentist office. I am so thankful for Dr. Candice Sullivan. She helped us out so much, and knew exactly what we needed- and what we didn’t need. I have a 1.5 year old- so she brought us to the toy room to discuss my son, and he was able to play!☺️ She is amazing, and such a friendly person. I’ll never forget them! They’re an hour away from me- but I’m happy to start taking the trip for my son.

Fantastic experience: ️BREASTFEEDING MOMS️ My 3 week old baby had a poor latch and was gassy, fussy, short sleep windows, falling asleep while feeding, many boogers, and I had intense pain during feedings due to his lip & tongue tie. We drove all the way from New Orleans and brought him in to see Dr. Candice and she fixed it same day!! The procedure was non-invasive and extremely quick. Whole visit took only an hour. Dr. Candice made us feel heard and understood. She educated us and even messaged me from her personal number to check on him I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my baby. I can’t say enough how amazing our experience was. I was so close to giving up on breastfeeding but Dr. Candice was my saving grace. All of the staff was wonderful and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with Dr. Clay and the entire team for the outstanding care I received during my dental implant procedure. From the first appointment I felt welcomed by a friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Clay took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of my questions . I was pleased how smoothly everything went. The post-operative care was also exceptional with the team checking in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Just an overall great experience.

Along with the dental… I also get my facials done there and receive excellent care in a relaxing atmosphere! I am so happy with my smile!!

Fantastic experience: Nursing or bottle feeding concerns? Call Candice right now! To summarize: I brought a chronic crying baby to her office and left with a happy, chill baby! It's a complete miracle! My nursing sessions were at least 40 minutes long, and now I only nurse for 16 minutes! My daughter spit up CONSTANTLY, couldn't be put down and screamed during diaper changes. Now, spit up is rare, I can put her on the floor, she does tummy time, and she SMILES during diaper changes!!! Multiple doctors/nurses/lactation consultants/friends all said my experience was normal. Candice was the first to give me hope! Background Details: I live out of town, and I was very hesitant to book a consultation for my 9 week old on my first trip home with her. I was scared Candice would say Heidi needed a tongue and lip tie revision. A friend in Texas had their son's tie clipped - not lasered. I was traumatized from her story! While consulting with Candice, she wasn't even asking leading questions, she was just using the list of symptoms I checked as prompts for the conversation. It felt like she had been in my house with me the past 2 months. I didn't realize how badly I was struggling and how abnormal my experience was! I asked why all of the medical professionals I consulted told me Heidi was fine. She said they just weren't educated on tongue and lip ties. It's not taught in school! She had to learn seeking out information via continuing education. The evaluation of Heidi took seconds and confirmed she needed the revision. We were able to get it done the same day. My experience could not have been further from my friend's traumatic event. Candice uses a CO2 laser that makes all the difference in the world! No bleeding and minimal pain. It didn't take any time to do, and my first nursing session after it was completely different!!! Heidi would "chomp" before, but she finally used her tongue properly and the nursing session lasted less than 20 minutes and kept her full for to allow for 3 hours between feeds. I have my life and sanity back!!! THANK YOU, CANDICE!!!! You are incredible for educating me, encouraging me, and for giving me a new baby!!

Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a new dentist, after a LONG hiatus , since my dentist, of 30+ years retired. I found Sullivan’s after a Google search for Homepathic dentistry. Dr. Courville was exactly what I have been looking for. The staff is fabulous!!! The office is surreal, opened my car door to music in the parking lot. The rooms are state of the art with soaring windows of fabulous views. I love the checkout procedure with Joellen, who is an absolute delight. They are totally worth the drive!!! (2 hrs)

Fantastic experience: When you step out your car and hear familiar music greeting you, you know you are in the right place. I have anxiety over bad experiences with dentist. The doctor greeted me at the desk and the staff was hyper focused on my comfort and mental state. I had a great view, headphones with my favorite music, and laughs to keep things light. I was well informed and knew exactly what was going to happen before it did. In less than 3 songs my problem was solved and we were laughing again on my way out. I will NEVER use anyone else! Fantastic experience: They’re great. My wife has special needs regarding her dental care, and they are very knowledgeable about unusual treatments, and what they don’t know they have done extensive research to find out. All for one patient. And they’re very good with normal, everyday issues, too. I have to add to my review: If I could give the Sullivans and their team more than 5 stars, I would. My son took a lick to the mouth with a flag at band practice very late on a Friday afternoon. It was an accident. Long story. Anyway, Dr. Sullivan came into the office to seem him well after hours. He got the wound cleaned up and just helped our whole family rest a little easier about his teeth being okay and getting his braces fixed, etc. We are very grateful to them for seeing us when they did.

Fantastic experience: My little boy fell and broke his front tooth in half leaving the root exposed, after a visit to our regular dentist the morning after in Lafayette it was determined he would need root canal and his tooth repaired with sedation. They referred us to a specialist in Lafayette, the specialist didn't return our call until late the next day. After not hearing from them after our dentist had called for an emergent referral, I had of course already went a different route and had an appointment with Sullivan dental. This is a kid with tons of sensory issues who was in pain, so just sitting around waiting on a return call wasn't on my agenda. Sullivan dental got him in promptly and handled his care with the highest quality. They gave him oral sedation to help calm him before the procedure. Dr. Candice and Dr. Priddy did an excellent job with him and the root canal and repair of his tooth. They even gave him a fuzzy blanket and let him watch Young Sheldon while they worked. I went ahead and switched all the kids here while I was in the office. My little boy says he will never visit any other dentist again if it’s not Sullivan Dental!

Fantastic experience: I love going to Sullivan Dental. One of my favorite aspects is that we always begin by “visiting”. By that I mean sitting down and telling one another stories on what is going on our lives and it’s done in an unhurried way so you know you are being heard. It is one more reason why I love living in WFP. And Melonie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I had my first appointment at Sullivan Dental Clinic. It was excellent in every way…from the receptionist; to the lady who found my insurance policy despite my not having a card or a number; to the dental hygienist; to the accounts manager that helped me set up an account. They all made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. Smiles abounded!!! The icing on the cake was DR. FRANK SULLIVAN !!! Dr. Sullivan wanted to know the history of ME. He said so many things effect our teeth. He gave me a thorough exam following up on what Melanie, my hygienist, had found. He gave me options to my care. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I forgot to comment on the office, the physical plant, itself! It gets 5 ⭐️s, too!!! Such an immaculately clean, beautifully designed with big windows to view the landscaped lawn and colors everywhere - so fitting to such a home as St. Francisville!!! Thank you, Dr. Frank, and to your whole team for bringing such a practice to our little town. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Thank you once again, Frank Sullivan and Team! I went in this week to complete my root canal and as usual, it went great. I was greeted as I walked in and they had already checked me in. The assistant knew the music I wanted without asking. There was no pain! Through the whole procedure, which only took 20 to 30 minutes. You guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: My go to, for all things dental related. When we moved here from Japan, we were looking for a reliable, amazing dentist, who cared. Initially, that experience did not happen. One Friday evening, nearly three years ago, a tooth cracked, and I needed it pulled and emergency dental surgery done. My own dentist was out of town, and no one would come in on Saturday and help. I called every dental office in the area and no luck. I finally called one, out of town, and thankfully they agreed to meet at 8am on a Saturday and fix my "yuck mouth". Dr. Priddy was ready to go and crushed it. Now he is my family's dentist and this place is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist in my entire life. Most of my life I have dreaded to go to the dentist. Sullivan's goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable, relaxed, and professional. Every professional I've met there is the absolute best. They are so meticulous, and truly cultivate a positive experience. Everyone there truly cares about you. The best of the best!

Fantastic experience: Being new to St. Francisville area it was a bit nerve-wrecking to think of finding a new dentist since I'd had the same one for 25+ years, but trusting Sullivan Dental Center was not only easy, but made me wish I'd met them much earlier! The entire staff is friendly, extremely professional and up on all the last technology and equipment. Dr. Frank explained things to me that I never knew about my teeth and dental health as well as extending into other potential issues with even my sleep. Very caring group and my husband and I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit for my two boys,8 and 13. Scheduling was quick and easy. They got them in together. The office is very comfortable, not overcrowded, and staff very friendly. We got there early and both kids were seen withing 5 minutes. Fantastic experience: This is a first class dental office. Dr. Frank Sulivan takes his time to educate regarding his plan of care. Also Malory is an excellent hygienist. I am sleeping much better since I started using the sleep apnea mouth device.

Fantastic experience: We are so happy with the care we receive at Sullivan Dental. The staff all go above and beyond expectations. They not only make you comfortable, are incredible at diagnosis and treatment, but they really care about connecting with you as a person. I find this very rare in most medical care settings and very much appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Sullivan Dental is truly a first class operation. The physical facility is beautiful, as are the employees. I was moved to my treatment room with a beautiful view outdoors within 5 minutes of my arrival. From the time I sat on/in the treatment chair I was attended to by a very friendly dental assistant (?) Who began all the preliminaries necessary for 2 extractions and 2 implant posts, including numbing both target areas. I was offered nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as additional anesthetic but declined. Nice Bose headphones were made available with my choice of musical genre. After prep work was done Dr. Frank entered and went over what was to be done and what I could expect, along with some chit-chat. Frank is a very personable dentist and is up on all the latest techniques in tooth work. While I have to say I didn't ENJOY the experience, I can't picture it being any easier. I drive about 40 miles from Baton Rouge to get the best, and highly recommend The Sullivan Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated going to the dentist not because I’m scared but because I’m insecure about my teeth. But at Sullivan, all of their staff make me feel comfortable, which makes me forget about my insecurities. They are also good with my youngest son who gets so nervous and starts to cry, but by the time he is done he is all smiles and proud. Dr. Priddy checks on his patients after the treatment making sure there are no issues, which shows a lot about how they care about their patients. Ashely is my hygienist, and I look forward to my appointment to get my teeth cleaned. She is awesome and is great at what she does. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned every month! My whole family go to Sullivan and we are all happy with them, thanks to all the wonderful team there!
