Negative experience: I went to Gulfview Dental for the last year while I lived in Naples and thought I had a decent experience. As someone with chronic health issues and previous dental trauma, going to the dentist is a difficult and triggering experience. I recently moved and asked to have my records transferred. It was only after they sent me my records to share with my new dentist that I learned what they really thought of me. The notes section was filled with hurtful comments about me as a patient (not even dental related) from both hygienists I saw - but especially one in particular who apparently disliked me so much that she wrote in all caps in my record to never have me scheduled with her again. I feel extremely hurt & disrespected- especially as someone with chronic illness who has a lot of dental sensitivities. Not to mention- this was so inappropriate to have received from them on what I thought was just going to be a professional document with dental-specific notes to give to my next provider.

Fabi the Hygienist knew how to handle the special anatomy of my teeth during xrays and it was the smoothest and for the (1st time), less uncomfortable process for me. They are extremely efficient, if for some reason they are running behind, they text and call to give you a heads up. Lovely Claudia happened to catch me as I was stopping by the office to purchase whitening products. They were actually closed and she could not bill me that day, but kindly gave it to me anyway. I have had many crowns replaced., and they have been perfect from start to finish. I honestly give them 10 Stars! It’s a FABULOUS dental practice, and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very good Practice. We’ve been going here for many years. Had a new hygienist Fabi , and she was excellent. I do have a low pain threshold for dental work and cleanings, due to a bad teenage experience that was sports related. I must say that she understood my sensitivity and worked accordingly and very carefully with my situation. Very empathetic, professional, and did a great, thorough job. First time in a long time I haven’t gripped the arms of the chair tensely in anticipation of pain. I will gladly see her from here on. I highly recommend this practice. Bill

Fantastic experience: I have always had horrible anxiety when it comes to dentistry.. and the office made sure I was comfortable even with a very painful pilonidal cyst infection/opening on my tailbone. The atmosphere is incredible and the people are even better. I have never in my entire 34 years of life had any dentist or their office be so sweet and care so much. As weird as it is to say for me, I can't wait to come back to get the work I need done on my teeth that I've been neglecting for so long. This place is very comfortable and accommodating. The hygienists, Carolyn and Destiney, do a careful and caring job taking x-rays and cleaning our teeth. Neither hygienist critized our at home care, however; when asked they made healthy suggestions for more efficient cleaning. The office staff called me back later that afternoon and squeezed me an appointment the 1st thing Tuesday morning and took care of my broken tooth and started me down the right path moving forward. Fantastic experience: I only went for a consult and treatment plan. Super nice staff. Very knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Mourselas is thorough and explained his treatment plan. His staff took it from there and broke it down further. Looking forward to them getting me back to having a healthy mouth and better standard of living! FOLLOW UP: Dr. Mourselas and team got me back in super fast. He prepared my tooth for a crown, put a temp on. They knew exactly when the permanent crown would come in, so scheduled for that. I love having this tooth back! Did I mention NO PAIN?! Just the right amount of numbing, and had zero pain after, anyway. Great team, great Doctor.

Negative experience: I was very pleased with the staff and service. My only complaint is the price. X-rays and cleaning were $442.00. Never expected that I would ever have to pay that kind of money for preventative care. We were referred by some very good friends and also sent everyone we knew that needed a dentist to Gulfview. My sister and brother-in-law included. They were on an in house program called "smile" . Which made it affordable to see the dentist twice a year. They no longer offer that service. Shame on me for not asking the price to get an annual cleaning. Sad to think I will end up having to go elsewhere and telling all my friends and family what I had to pay to get my teeth cleaned.

The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision about next steps with my Ortho treatment. The receptionist is also a real pro and helpful. Great operation and I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING experience. The front desk staff was really nice, my dental hygienist Carolyn was the best, and Dr. Mourselas was super kind! To add to that, they gave my mom the absolute best treatment and care for her dental condition. Not only did they refer her to a periodontist, but they helped us secure an appointment as soon as possible. Additionally, the entire staff was very patient and explained everything clearly and concisely without getting frustrated. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I'm excited to go back! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Gulfview Dental is efficient but effective, which is exactly what I want in a dentist office. I never wait more than a few minutes to be called in, and from there the hygienist gets right to work and doc comes in soon after the cleaning. Everyone is super nice and highly capable.
