Positive experience: Great staff and a really nice office—everyone’s always friendly, courteous, and professional. But honestly, I’m not sure what’s changed over the past few years. We used to walk out with a little bag of dental goodies, and cleanings felt like they were done with extra care. Now it feels a bit rushed—like they don’t even bother flossing between the connected crowns anymore. That should be done without having to point it out.

Fantastic experience: The office is beautiful, and my hygienist Kaitlyn was the best!! She was very gentle on my teeth, made me feel comfortable, and was very professional. I will definitely be requesting her on my next visit. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a routine cleaning because I had a lot of build up behind my lower teeth because I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a kid ( I know bad of me lol). They went above and beyond. Office was super clean. Staff and Doctors were amazing and made me feel like home. They’re very knowledgeable and the equipment they use is very techy and has come a long way since I went to dentist LOL. I will be getting all my cleaning and dental work from here for now on. You can see night and day from the before and after photo how well they do. My mouth feels 1000 times better and I thank Feather Sound Smiles for that.

They were personable, patient, and very understanding throughout my visit. Drea explained everything clearly, was patient with my questions, and made the process feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Sandhu showed the same level of professionalism and support, which gave me real confidence in the care I was receiving. I have had past experiences that made me cautious about dental visits, but they completely changed that. They were welcoming, down to earth, and genuinely made me feel at ease. I am grateful for the way they handled everything and want to give kudos to both of them for the great work they do.

Fantastic experience: I used to always dread coming to the dentist, maybe childhood dentist trauma from the pains from needles, the old school offices, the raunchy forced doctors and assistants.. I had also tried a form of invisalign through Byte before and that was a mess. Now what changed? Well I’m getting married next year and I wanted to fix some insecurities in my smile, and so I did my google research always looking for places with honest and good reviews. And landed on Feather Sound Smiles, and all those things I said up above- they are the complete opposite. The most friendly dental assistants and doctors, people who actually care and listen, from entering with a comfort menu, great conversations, they’re all so professional and great at their job, oh and state of the art technology- I was mind blown by the 3D scanners they used to explain the different bite pressures in my mouth, mapped out everything in the same room, got a crown and two fillings done same day! No temp crown and come back in a few weeks, same day.. I’ve recommended them to my family who have also gone and gotten crowns done, and I couldn’t recommend them more for others with similar “Dentist Trust struggles.” I’m on tray 7/36 for my invisalign with them now ( in which they are a top 1% provider of such ) and I couldn’t be happier, thank you Feather Sound Smiles.

Positive experience: Excessively long waits during service, without an apology or explanation for the delays. Also, the office does not return calls when reporting atypical pain from a recent procedure even though they promised a doctor would call.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to for feather sounds smiles. I am 63 years old and have been to several dentists in my life. Never have I experienced a more welcoming office. Every single person goes over and above to make sure you feel comfortable. They also explain in detail their plan for you and carry it out very professionally. Aside from that the office itself is gorgeous. I am so glad my son turned me on to this dentist.

I was greeted warmly, given the grand tour of the space and shown the tech that assists in the team’s overall unparalleled care they are able to provide. Working with Lauren on a comprehensive tour of what I could expect, my personal oral health goals, a sweet 3D mouth rendering and follow up with Dr. Giddens. We followed up with a much needed cleaning, walkthrough of follow up care for after I left, and plans to move forward. 100% going back, 100% recommending to friends and family. I couldn’t be happier they’re in the neighborhood and able to work with me, even around my budget. See you lovely folks soon!

Fantastic experience: High praises for this practice. First of all, it’s gorgeous inside! You receive a tour once you arrive and it’s top tier. Secondly, their level of professionalism and their efforts to get to know their patient and make them feel comfortable is unmatched. Our appointment was for Invisalign and we met with Dr. Gidden. He was straightforward and honest with us and inevitably referred my son to Orthodontics instead. While we didn’t end up having any procedures done at this practice, I was very impressed with our overall experience there.

Negative experience: I was referred to this office by a friend. My first cleaning went great—the staff was friendly, and the office was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was told I needed a few fillings and returned for another appointment. I was in the chair for 5–6 hours, with the dentist and hygienists coming in and out while seeing other patients. Although they said the numbing would take 20–30 minutes to kick in, I felt forgotten at times. It took so long that the numbing wore off, and they filled some cavities while I could feel everything. A few weeks later, several fillings fell out—something I’ve never experienced—and I had to return. That visit was shorter but still took hours due to divided attention. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or just poorly managed. They even tried to charge me to replace the fillings, when it was their mistake!!! I recently visited a new dentist who was shocked by the number and condition of the fillings. They questioned why the previous dentist shaved down the tops of my teeth to the root without placing crowns—especially since the cavities were small. I’m furious. Because of this dentist’s lack of skill and judgment, I now have to spend more money to repair the damage—and I feel like my teeth are permanently compromised.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I popped a crown off over the weekend. I found out Dr. Daoud had passed away. My God what a shock. He was an amazing guy and the best dentist I ever had. Diana who runs the practice is an amazing person and is handling this time of change so well. Dr. Giddings is my new guy and he did a great job pinching hitting. So sorry for your loss: if there is anything I can do please don’t hesitate. 5 stars for FSS. I absolutely love Doctor Daoud and Doctor Canizares. They are always clear with their explanations. I have never had to wait. Their new offices are immaculate and state of the art. Diana is the office manager she is really nice, The receptionists are truly kind and caring. They’ve never hurt me and I am very pain adverse. Doctor Daoud pulled some teeth including a massive wisdom tooth. Dr. Canizares made my crowns and they are rock solid. Professionals at the top of their game. I never review publicly under my real name. This calls for an exception. Update: I’ve had the “bases,” of my first implants put in Christina was so patient and comforting. Dr. Daoud worked like a Jeweler, a master craftsman and caused me zero pain. Dr. Canizares stepped in to check on me. I wanted to shout out Abbey at the desk and Lauren my hygienist as well. So happy I found Feather Sound Smiles. Excellence in their field across all categories. Don’t hesitate.

Fantastic experience: I am a dental wimp!! I admit it!! My husband and I transferred our dental care to Feather Sound Smiles after our dentist of several decades retired. Our daughter had been going here and explaining how much she loves it; so, we decided to try them. What an amazing staff they have!! From the greeting we got when we arrived, to the friendly dental hygienist (Lauren), to the soothing, caring, and professional Dr. Sandhu, and the up-to-date modern equipment, we have been extremely pleased with Feather Sound Smiles and highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: So happy with my experience at Feather Sound Smiles. I was interested in getting Invisalign and went to three other Orthodontics offices for consultations, and ended up going with feather sound smile because of the spa-like atmosphere, the people there and the great rate that they offered. I just finished my initial treatment with Invisalign but have a few tweaks I wanted to make and all of that is included. I decided to go with their teeth whitening and so happy I did that too, I feel so good about my smile now!

Negative experience: This business is a hard sale dental office. We had a terrible experience that after a year, they tried to collect more money and said that the insurance didn’t cover the cost of the service. my friend, my husband and I are not going back.

Fantastic experience: It took me nearly 20 years to go to the dentist, fear to be honest, and then I met Amir and his beautiful wife Diana, the founders. I finally built up the courage to go see them and I’m so thankful I did. I am in wow over the place. The technology, the service, the treatment plan, even the decor…they are all top tier. A five star is not good enough, this dental facility and staff are built different. This place is full of amazing people, I would never go anywhere else and I will 100 percent be refering this team. I couldn’t reccomend them more.

Positive experience: I really like feather sound smiles. They are very friendly & caring, you can tell they care about you. Except when it comes to payments. I have never had to pay for a dentist appointment because it’s included in my insurance. They insisted that’s my insurance only covers “some” of the cleaning. The finance lady came in, showed me 3 pieces of paper for 3 different services they said I needed, I clearly was shocked & overwhelmed they wanted me to pay $550 for a cleaning. Insane.. she could tell I was overwhelmed & said “should we just start with the cleaning”. So I hesitantly agreed.. after my cleaning the dentist hygienist gave me 3 full size products of toothpaste, mouthwash & something else. I literally have all of those at home & wouldn’t have paid for it if it was noted in what I was paying for. I realized I was pushed into a sale I have ZERO idea what it included because all I was told was “this is just for a cleaning”. VERY disappointed to hear yall don’t take the time to go over everything in detail so I actually know what I’m paying for. Very slimy & not how you conduct business AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional!! From the receptionist, to my hygienist Jordan, to the dentist Dr Sandhu! Never had an experience in a dental office that took the time to get to know you as a person, took the time to find out your needs and expectations from your dental experience. I was given a tour of the facility, so clean and beautiful! A very calming "spa like" atmosphere. I can actually say I enjoyed being there!!

The staff took pride in their active building of a great dental facility. I was comfortable and felt that Jordan listened to my concerns and knew how to handle my anxiety.
