Negative experience: A number of issues with billing at this location. Patient beware. We also contacted our dental insurance company that verified that they are overbilling, and they have had several complaints from other patients. The dentists here are great however the billing and the management by a corporation are not. They are adding on sometimes $1 sometimes $8 or MORE, depending upon the service. (check your statements)

Fantastic experience: I had a minor dental emergency that occurred on Sunday June 22. Called Comfortable Care Dental Monday morning and was in to see my dentist around 10:00 a.m. I had chipped a couple of molars from eating some hard food. The dental hygienist,Leah, did an amazing job of analyzing my entire mouth and had me prepped and ready for Dr Smith. With her usual friendly professional and a competent manner, Dr Smith found an adjacent molar that had also been chipped. Fortunately neither tooth needed to be extracted or a crown placed on it and was repaired very quickly and efficiently. Leah also noticed some chipping on my front teeth and we all consulted with Dr Smith and determine it was time for a mouthguard. In preparation to measure for the guard some maintenance was done on my front teeth to smooth down some rough edges so that when the guard was placed in there it would fit properly. Bottom line is that not only was the initial problem taken care of, The A-Team of Leah and Dr Smith, and their overall view of my mouth, took care of a lot of little problems and hopefully with the mouth guard will prevent this from happening again. Their professionalism, use of some pretty cool Dental video tools and of course their expertise made the whole process a breeze. Plus my insurance took care of everything. Comfortable care Dentistry is the best dentist office I've ever had. Five stars!

You can even fill out the forms online ahead of time so you don't have to waste time at the office. They also have appointments as early as 7 am which is perfect for my schedule. The office is very professional and Dr. Tehran’s assistant Jasmine explained everything in detail along with associated costs. I left with my tooth fixed and beautiful smile. Negative experience: Everyone in office was extremely pleasant and helpful with the exception of the doctor. She is the rudest, most unprofessional woman with absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. Very matter-of-factly speaking and shows no empathy towards her patients. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Suggested a crown for a tooth that didn’t need it?! GREED RUNS THIS FACILITY. The hygienist could see how visibly upset the doctor got me and offered to have me complete a release of records form before I left my appointment so that I can take my x-rays elsewhere. Something tells me this is a repeat occurrence with this “doctor. “If I could give zero stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I don't typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I was SO impressed with the professional culture at Comfortable Care Dental. They went out of their way to squeeze me in for a Zoom Whitening session on a very busy day in their office. This was prior to an important professional event for me. I drink tea daily and the stains on my teeth have been accumulating and routine dental habits and care just weren't "cutting it". I had the Zoom Whitening session and the change in how others perceived me and the increased confidence I felt going into that professional event were PRICELESS! I can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I had an early morning appointment for my semi annual exam and cleaning. I was taken in promptly and provided a very professional Examination and cleaning by the hygienist. I also received a stop in visit from Dr. Smith, which happens on every visit. As always, I was delighted with the courteous service and professional treatment.

Negative experience: I got a root canal done here years ago, it never felt right but thought I just needed to adjust to the new feeling. They also said I needed mulitiple root canals. Well I'm at a very good trusted dentist Dr.Salas in Bradenton, they took xrays and see they didn't do the root canal right and that's why it never felt good. They also seen i don't even have other cavities, let alone anything to get more root canals. So my tooth still has an infection, after God knows how long.. they're sending me to a specialist to get the rest of the infected root out. Don't trust this place at all, do not go there. Seems like they are all about money.
