Fantastic experience: I use to be afraid of the dentist and after today I am no longer afraid of them haha!!! Everything went so smoothly at Parkcrest this morning!! The lady that was cleaning my teeth and taking pictures of them she was so gentle and I felt very comfortable with her!!! Can’t wait till my next appointments! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I missed my original appointment because I got the time wrong and Parkcrest was able to fit me in within an hour! I wish I remember the name of the hygienist who worked on my teeth, because she was so sweet and did such a great job! Positive experience: Had a great experience here overall. The rule to not allow parents to go back with their young children was a surprise and we will be looking for another dentist that will let us stay with our kid.

Fantastic experience: I had recently chose Parkcrest as my new dentist for my cleaning. I just had my appointment this morning and will say that they are very professional and thorough. I will say that I have never had my teeth cleaned so well. The hygienist was very professional and did an awesome job on cleaning my teeth. I am definitely going back, and even set up my next appointment before leaving. The hygienist and the Dentist both were very professional and great! I give am A+ and a 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for a regular appointment to have my teeth cleaned for my six month visit. Upon examination of my teeth, Amanda discovered that one of my fillings had popped out. Dr. Dunton was gracious enough to work me in to have that fix the same day I was there, and I really appreciate that. Thanks to all the staff that made that happen and saved me a trip back at a later date.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Parkcrest for over a decade. I tried a smaller dentist office once and realized how great I had it at Parkcrest and went straight back. Always the most advanced care, honest service, and Leslie is probably the best dental hygienist in the world!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Parkcrest enough!! Staff is amazing and SO kind, not to mention knowledgeable, efficient and caring. From the front desk folks to the docs, the entire experience is welcoming, warm and so professional. They truly care about all aspects of dental health, including your appearance in addition to hygiene. I began my journey in Orthodontics and was fortunate to be cared for by Dr. Harrison who guided me through a complicated treatment plan that included jaw surgery. Once complete, I was seen by Dr. Dills (who is truly an all-around great person) and he did implants (that look FABULOUS). I’m sure there are a lot of great dentists in Springfield but these folks are truly the best.

Fantastic experience: Abby did a fantastic job on my cleaning today. She was very personable and made me feel at ease. And, of course, Dr Fannin was a dream as always. Love Parkcrest!!!

Positive experience: Overall, very pleased. I had a procedure to put on a crown. The first crown was not correctly made as the place that made the crown had made a mistake. However, Parkcrest had a replacement made quickly, and I am satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Best teeth cleaning I have ever received! Hygienist was extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure everything looked good! Also answered questions professionally. Admin staff is also super helpful and friendly! Office is clean and just overall a wonderful atmosphere and experience. Highly recommend. They also take Metlife insurance, which is a must for our family, so we couldn’t be more happy!

Fantastic experience: Easy to get registered. Staff was friendly. Visit with dentist and hygentist was great. Dr Hall was great in providing options for dentures. We decided on a plan with work to begin in June.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Parkcrest Dental. From entering the building to leaving the staff was friendly and caring. My dental hygienist was very personable. We had a lot in common. I was well taken care of, above and beyond what I was expecting. I felt that they were very through with my dental care. I left feeling like my dental health was in great hands. I plan to be back in six months for my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty bad dental anxiety, and Parkcrest Dental just gave me one of the only good dental experiences I have ever had. The staff was glowingly nice and friendly, and the environment was somehow both comfortable and professional. I listened to my music through headphones and used Nitrus to get through my fillings, and had a great time. I am excited to go back in the future. If you don't like dentists, then you might still like these dentists.

I had a crown fall out yesterday. They got me in this morning and did their usual great work and got it put back in place. Anyone needing dental work should consider Parkcrest. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! I’m a new patient and came in for a cleaning. Melissa took great care of me — she did a thorough examination and cleaning, and even helped remove a dark spot on my teeth! I had a root canal on my front tooth, and instead of pushing me to do a veneer or internal whitening, they clearly explained my options in detail and assured me everything looked good. I felt no pressure at all and could decide for myself whether or when to proceed with additional treatment. The doctor was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone. Melissa (sorry if I spell the name wrong) is incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and attentive to detail!

Fantastic experience: Our family of six have been long time patients at Parkcrest Dental. It’s visits like the one we had today that keep me coming back. My 10 year old had a routine cleaning. I opted out of fluoride and requested X-rays be given only after I spoke with the doctor and agreed they were necessary. The staff were very respectful and considerate of my requests. The best way to describe them was neutral, yet professional. Dr. Scott explained my daughter’s dental plan clearly and concisely. The overall cost was extremely reasonable. I’m thankful to have such a great facility for our family’s dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely would not want to have to go anywhere else! I’ve had Amanda as my hygienist and Dr. Fannin as my dentist for years and years. My grandma always hated going to the dentist, and so I suggested that she go to Parkcrest when she was around 90 years old, I think. She said that she wouldn’t have hated going to the dentist all those years if she’d known about Parkcrest!

I have been one of those patients for 47 years. Today the receptionist helped me with a timing need. The hygienist gave me a thorough, gentle cleaning, with positive suggestions. Fantastic experience: I have a long long history of very bad experiences with dentists. I have never been able to get numb, and thus very painful experiences in my past. Well, that changed yesterday. I had to have an emergency procedure performed. The procedure was done by Dr. Jason Hall and his assistant CJ. Dr. Hall listened very carefully to my concerns and prior history, and was very attentive and understanding. He took his time with me and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed and ready to go before the procedure. The procedure went extremely well and with NO PAIN. It was THE best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Hall will absolutely be my dentist to go to from now on. Thank you so much Parkcrest!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Parkcrest for 20 years. Way back then Dr. Fannin helped me out after I knocked a tooth out with a pressure washer and stayed late to make sure I was able to get taken care of that day. I have never had a bad experience there and have gone for all cleanings and the rare tooth issue ever since. Leslie is a fantastic hygienist and always makes me feel welcome.

Two of us went through braces and there have been crowns, fillings, and one painful, hard to solve problem that was solved with a minor adjustment based on wisdom. I appreciate the wonderful staff both on dental side as well as orthodontist side. Would strongly recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Seems a bit odd that going to the dentist can make your day but somehow these people do it every time. I got stuck with a red headed Karen for my last cleaning and she was the coolest person ever! And Doc is cool as hell as well. Can’t wait to go back ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Parkcrest has never let me down. Reasonably priced and they do great work. I had a crown break, they removed the broken one, reshaped and scanned the base to fit the new crown to. The temporary they made lasted until the new crown arrived, a week later the new one is on and it feels great!
