Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the team here! My ONLY complaint is the confirmation stuff. If you don’t confirm your appointment they either cancel it (never in my life had I had anywhere else do that, if I made the appointment I’m coming) and call you like crazy. I work night shifts sometimes and they would call back to back to get through my do not disturb on my phone and wake me up trying to sleep… and leave messages that they are going to cancel my appointment if I don’t answer. Very annoying.

Fantastic experience: I loved the service and attentiveness of all of the personnel. You could tell that the staff liked what they do and they did it with purpose. Dr. Wedel and Miranda gave an outstanding first impression and really made me feel at home. Dr. Wedel was confident and amicable and didn’t waste my time. Miranda was extremely positive and friendly; I really liked that she told me what to expect throughout the course of my visit. I highly recommend them :)

Fantastic experience: Medical staff and office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr Wedel examined my X-rays and determined my condition required going to an oral surgeon. Dr Wedel referred me to a surgeon and after that problem is taken care of she will complete the procedure.

Negative experience: I have been going to you all for about a year I think.. I'm going to be changing to another dentist after this. I came in to get a cleaning and have a crown re-cemented and I received the cleaning and without X-rays or anything I was told I needed a new crown on the opposite side. I was told that I would have to pay a couple of hundred dollars after insurance paid for other crown. I don't have the money to do that. I wasn't even having any trouble with the other one..I left with the crown not re-cemented. I don't know what to think about all of that but I don't think that it sounds right. I have an uneasy feeling about everything.

Never once have I felt pressured into treatment or processed through the office as a more of a patient than a person. Also the pricing always seems “just right” and not once have they argued when I’ve decline a treatment or service. As a patient I very much feel in control but have no hesitation trusting the staff. Dr. Wedel and Kylie have really helped me. I used to hate the dentist. The noise, the smell, the pain, the feeling of guilt at not flossing enough, the anxiousness of how much it would cost me. Unfortunately, because of this I would push off going to the dentist as long as possible only to result in more problems, guilt, and cost. Not anymore. I look forward to the dentist and my oral hygiene disciplines and habits have improved. I appreciate what they offer to our community. We are fortunate to have them! Thanks Cross Timbers Team!

Fantastic experience: I was pretty skeptical as a new patient and an hour and a half cleaning. They explained how thorough they are the first time. It was not until the next morning that I realized that I had mild gum sensitivity before that just thought that was the brush hitting my gums. Now I don't feel anything when I brush them. No dentist has been as thorough or considerate cleaning my teeth.
