Fantastic experience: Dr. Homze & TDO's proficient & professional staff have been warm and welcoming. My long needed dental work was handled deftly with minimal downtime. Nothing beats Dr. Homze's smile and you know he means it!

Fantastic experience: First time and had a very pleasant experience, tend to be anxious at the dentist especially starting with a new one but everyone was very nice, calm and informed me every step of the way. I didn’t feel like they were trying to get me back for unnecessary procedures, or upsell anything. The hygienist was careful, kind and thorough. Very happy to have found a good dentist so close to my new home here in Fernley:)

Fantastic experience: Dr Walker and his staff are polite and professional. I was taken in at my scheduled time and Dr Walker spoke with me about a dental plan for my teeth. The front office staff answered any questions I had about insurance and were very nice. I would recommend the Dentists office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome dentist. I woke up with a face looking like a chipmunk and they were able to squeeze me in. I have a major phobia of the dentist office and the staff was so understanding and helpful. Thet established a great plan going forward and when I asked questions they were answered honestly and they did push for the million dollar smile, they said let's start here, do this and if someday we have to go all the way we will do that. They helped to put 30+ years of fear at ease just a little.

Fantastic experience: Took a little bit of time I had a good Dentist dr Walker he said everything he was going to do and did it. Removed a broken tooth in the back of my mouth I didn't feel much pain. It took a little bit of time but I should have done this a long time ago. Out and then the rest to go. Positive experience: Seems like the office runs very efficiently. I was glad to hear that I could wait on the dental work needed. I’m an understanding person when it comes to a new employee needing extra time to complete a task, but this technician took about 1/2 hour to take the X-rays, and I was getting frustrated and tired. Other than that I would’ve given 5 stars if it were not for the X-rays.

Fantastic experience: The staff and my dentist were super friendly and inviting! I highly recommend going here for all of your dental needs! The convenience of the location is a plus as well. All around wonderful experience and I will be a returning patient any time I need dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Dr Eric Homze and his staff are very kind, considerate, and compassionate. They make going to the dentist which I never look forward to a very pleasant experience. Dr Homze is always very happy and upbeat. He talks to you as he is working on your teeth, even though most times all you can say back is “aha” or “ya”. His assistant is top notch. She likewise visits as she performs the pre and post preparation and cleanup. Thanks for your service in keeping us older people going and providing for an improved quality of life.

Positive experience: Had tooth extraction of two teeth and two bone implants, all procedures were painless and slight swelling after the procedure and some mild pain a couples of hours later, meds for pain are working

Fantastic experience: I had to have some extensive treatment and Dr Walker was awesome!! His assistant very well trained in 4 hand dentistry, both very professional and very kind. The front desk staff was very kind and very helpful!

Fantastic experience: From start , during appt w Vickie (hyg), for recall/recare, was delightful, personable, professional at a highest level, used her PPE's and gave me mine. She's a scale above the rest. During the exam , Dr. Homze was personable, very professional, and answered all of my many questions ,needless to say. Dr. Homze and Vickie (hyg). worked as a team during my exam making me feel like I was a important person . Dr. Homze gave me a verbal treatment plan, in which all made sense and not to charge my pocket book more than what I needed. Exiting, I was given the treatment plan of only one tooth that need care, the cost , my recall goodies of toothbrush , tooth paste and floss, (As I do know dentistry working in the field for over 25 years. As a patient in a office and not an employee was a bit overwhelming, needless to say). I, along with my dear husband will both be returning. Fantastic experience: 8/6/25 visit dental hygienist Clarissa, she is great and professional as well as helpful as she "walk" you as through the process. 7/30/25 2nd appointment went just as well. We recommend Dr Homze 100% Office looks great and the staff is very friendly, but the best part is -no long wait- in a few minutes you get to see the dentist- Dr Homze don't feel rushed and he takes his time explaining the process. Fantastic experience: Went back to have a crown redone and Dr Walker and his assistants did a phenomenal job fixing the issue I had with it. With the initial crown, after the swelling went down I realized there was a good sized gap between the two teeth it was in between and I was getting food stuck in it but they listened to my concerns and got it re-done for me. I immediately noticed it was much better after eating. Awesome dentist appointment, which I really appreciate as someone who has severe dentaphobia.

Fantastic experience: Temple does laser and cleaning. She knows how to give a shot with hitting nerve in mouth with out stabbing. She is the only one in my whole life that gave me a deep cleaning and I wasn’t in constant pain. Dentists should learn from her. Hygienist should learn how to care like she does.

I am 60 years old and they provided me with full attention, caring about all of my concerns. I haven't experienced such great care at a Dental facility...well, ever. Fantastic experience: 5/2025 My apologies for this extremely late entry …May 2025 My dentist Jared Walker is good and understood my concern. He recommended me to his counterpart Eric Homze since I needed a biopsy done. The Oral and Maxillofacial dental surgeon I went to last year in NW Reno wanted $2,500 cash upfront; which I didn’t have. I sincerely appreciate these dentists who cared more about my health than money in their pockets! It’s sad to know there are still others out there who want to make money off of people and run them bankrupt. Thankfully my results were benign. Highly recommend The Dentists’ Office both Dr Walker and Dr Homze ! They are the BEST ! 4/ 2025 Good experience Hygenist and front desk reps (sorry I forgot their names) and J Walker DDS all nice, patient, informative and helpful. See them for routine cleaning, preventive care, fillings and periodontal care. They also provide oral surgery, orthodontics and pediatric care. Highly recommend their services !

Negative experience: I recently got my cavities filled, and ever since that I’ve been in pain my teeth are very sensitive now. I can’t chew anymore because it hurts. I should’ve never went here. I never had a problem with my teeth till I went here. Now I can’t even enjoy a cold beverage or a simple meal. Now I have to find a different dentist that can fix this problem.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by the Dentist Office of Fernley and was able to get in due to a cancelation. My usual appointment wasn't for 17 days. Now my impressions are dine and can be sent in early and my partial denture will be ready sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Walker and Jordan were wonderful. I have been afraid of dentist for years and put off going because of it. But today my experience was wonderful and nothing like I have ever experienced. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and was afraid because of my past experience. But Dr. Walker was very understanding and made me feel comfortable and heard. And my tooth was out before I knew it.

The office staff also provided excellent service, clearly explaining all the upcoming procedures. I must say, I am genuinely looking forward to returning. It is an outstanding dental clinic.

Positive experience: They are getting better at administering nitrous oxide. As one who needs it due to previous nerve damage, I can't get injections without it.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about going to the dentist because my teeth are not the best. Well everyone was super sweet. Taking the X-Rays was super simple. The dentist was very nice and professional. He showed me the X-Rays and pointed out my issues and what the solutions would be done to fix them. He assured me that I would have a beautiful smile once everything is done. I left feeling much better about my smile.

They were calm and concerned. Any and all questions I had were answered right away and gave me a peace of mind. I have been to many Dentists and I am so amazed by these. If you haven’t gone here, I HIGHLY recommend you do. You won’t be disappointed. Updated: Came back in for my root canal. I was extremely nervous and the mediation didn’t seem to be working. The dentist was astounding and made me feel so comfortable so we could get through it. I have had nothing but amazing service. They truly care.

Fantastic experience: I had a senior moment and arrived over a hour early. I had settled into my favorite thing doing nothing when No! I wish I could remember her name but she had a gap to do some xrays. She explained the options to my understanding. A proposal was drawn up and a call made to my bank. Teeth are not cheap. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely terrible tooth ache on a tooth I’ve let be a problem for far too long. They got me in same day, the staff was friendly and made me feel better about it than I did when I got there. I was embarrassed and worried about pain as I’ve never had a tooth extracted. I was done in about an hour and didn’t feel anything after the first round of numbing. Great care instructions and great service.

Positive experience: I wasn't feeling good, but I had to make the appointment because I missed so many others. Thank you for the excellent work. I'm on oxygen and didn't realize how long it would take, until I stood up. So, instead of doing both procedures, replaceing the temp crown and an extraction, I'll only be doing the temp.

Fantastic experience: The Dentists' Office is well staffed and professional. I have been there twice now and they call you at your appointed time, explain the procedures very clearly, and have you out on time or early. Dr. Walker is outstanding and is very concerned about minimizing pain. I would give more stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to The Dentist Office for a couple years, and I always have a wonderful experience. This one in particular was the best I’ve had. I had to bring my 14 month old with me, and they were very accommodating and quick to jump in and help with him!
