Dr. Graf finally put my braces on today and he’s the best orthodontist I know, well the only orthodontist I know! He helped me stay calm and put my braces on really fast. He was very nice and funny. All the ladies in the back that help with adjusting the braces go out of their way to explain and answer questions. This is the best orthodontist place around. Like I said, this is my third kid in braces and we have never had an issue just great things to say about Dr. Graf and staff.

Gracelyn was super nervous but Destiny told her what she was doing with each step and Gracelyn did well in the chair with her. Positive experience: The staff was very friendly. I was at the Shreveport location. Ashley was my Treatment Coordinator. She was very informative about the treatment that I would receive. I was surprised to find out my treatment would be 15 months and not longer because my teeth have been moving. The only complaint is that I didn't receive a brochure to review the process of getting braces since I have never had braces. I just have to remember everything she told me. That's why I gave 4 stars and not 5. Overall the experience was great. This was my 2nd consult but I'm leaning more to having my braces done at Dr. Graf. Although I didn't meet Dr. Graf, I met Dr. Cloud instead. She was very bubbly and nice.

Our patient has had his braces about 5 weeks and we already see improvement in his teeth. Fantastic experience: I have several family members that have come here for braces and dental work. We've been using graf for years. They have a nice staff and a beautiful new location. I love that my kid's pediatric dentistry is located right Next door. My son has had braces by Graf for around 6ish months. So far no complaints. His teeth are coming along beautifully.
