Taking my two little ones—ages 2 and 4—for their first dental visit was a big step, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to do it. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the clinic is. It truly feels like the most beautiful office I’ve ever seen, with bright colors and playful decor that instantly put my kids at ease. The attention to detail in the design created an inviting atmosphere that made us all feel right at home. Dr. Laura is simply amazing! Her warmth and professionalism are evident from the moment she greets you. She took the time to explain everything to my children in a fun and engaging manner, making the experience enjoyable rather than daunting. Not only does she have a gentle touch, but her ability to connect with little ones is remarkable. My 4-year-old even left the office excited to brush his teeth more often! What truly sets Great Beginnings apart is their use of advanced technology. The technology they utilize for examinations and treatments is top-notch and made everything feel efficient and thorough. They also have plenty of activities to keep kids entertained while waiting, plus the TVs in the ceiling are a fantastic touch! My kids loved watching their favorite cartoons during the check-up, making it a fun experience. The management and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful resources for maintaining my children's dental health at home. Everything from check-in to the appointment itself ran smoothly, reflecting their commitment to providing excellent service. This place has such a great set up and atmosphere, as others have shared.My children started coming here, after their regular dentist had moved her practice.Most recently, my boys (one whom is an autistic 5yr old)went in for dental surgery.The process went extremely well and they healed wonderfully.Dr.Laura has amazing bedside manner as well! She is super professional,kind and she took her time to listen to any concerns or questions I had. As well as Justine, who is great with the kids and handled my son with autism so well! I would highly recommend Great beginnings pediatric Dentistry to any parent with little ones!❤

Negative experience: We had to switch dental offices due to insurance change. We switched to great beginnings with Dr. MARIA LAURA YBARRA. In October at a cleaning 2 of 3 kids being seen were given extensive treatment plans. After calling repeatedly one child was finally scheduled for in office treatment. The other needed O.R procedures. In office treatment was scheduled 4 months out. To treat cavities(ridiculous)! The O.R treatments still have yet to be scheduled 7 months later. The child needing said O.R treatments was being seen every 3 months for cleanings until he could get in to have his work done. I’ve called at least every month and inquired while in office. My son complains of pain during cleanings and nothing is done. No phone calls back, they just pass you off and collect the insurance check. The scheduling is horrible, poor time management, completely unprofessional. This is neglect and malpractice. Not being treated in a timely manor which could cause the loss of his teeth where if they were taken care of promptly that wouldn’t be the case. I’ve filed formal complaints with NYS dental board. This is unacceptable. Neglecting children’s teeth when you’re a dentist is mind blowing. I’ve since removed my kiddos from this house of horrors of a practice. They may be aesthetically pleasing and look good, quality of care for my children mean more to me than a pretty fish tank and matching scrubs and color coded rooms.

Fantastic experience: We always have great experiences when we come in for appointments but today was absolutely wonderful. My 7 week old needed a lip tie fixed and they cared for both of our needs so well. You can tell that all the staff really enjoys their job and goes over and beyond to make it a great experience for the kids and their parents. Dr. Laura and Justine were so sweet to my baby!! They have the most beautiful nursery room for nursing moms after the procedure was finished. They definitely thought of all the details and their kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for caring so much!!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Laura my kids have been seeing her since they were little. She is great with both my autistic son and high anexity son. At one point during a filling my sons anexity really started taking over, she slowed down and started humming and singing to him to help calm him down. You won’t find this anywhere else. Yes there has been a few hiccups here and there some my fault and other times theirs or just miscommunication. Upon reaching out to Miss.Julie about my concerns or questions. She’s always accommodating and understanding while discussing my concerns. Sometimes these concerns are valid others times just me being a mom. She never rushes through my concerns, she listens and addresses them accordingly. Yes scheduling has became a little harder than when we started with them as they expanded their practice. Other than that it’s a great place to take your children.

Negative experience: I find it bizarre that a "professional" is too uneducated to accept accountability for their business flaws. If you were proactive enough to do some research prior to engaging in hostile activity towards clients you'd probably be further ahead. You traumatized my special needs child, and made him urinate in his pants during his visit, and then you proceeded to humiliate him for doing so, and tried to belittle his disability because you failed to properly numb him, and proceeded to rip a tooth from his mouth while he was screaming and writhing in unbearable pain telling you he could feel it, and you kept telling him to be quiet, and be a big boy about it. You are mad that someone gave you a negative review on your poor professionalism and bed side manner. It's an embarrassing look to see a professional argue with a 5th grade hostile mindset with people who reserve the right to share their negative experience. If you do not like the negative review, perhaps do better as a "professional".

Fantastic experience: I just want to say thank you to Dr. Laura and the hygienist Brandy for how amazing they were with my daughter today. It was her first ever dentist appointment and they put her (and myself as a first time mom) at ease immediately. They explained everything well, and even the office set up is so much fun for the kids. My daughter is so excited to come back to the dentist. I 100% recommend them if you're in need of a pediatric dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my three children in for their cleaning recently and had a great experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly (even at 750am on a Monday). The hygienists were both great with my kids. We love the staff at this office!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 best office ever. My daughters eyes light up when we walk in, the staff is super nice, so many different games and activities while you wait. Not to mention it always smells so freakin good in there! The dentist knows my daughters kidney condition and gave me pointers for her next Samaritan blood draw before we left. We just love them!

Fantastic experience: This is the best children’s dentist that I have ever seen. Very calm and understanding. My son is only 3 years old. And I hope he will get better at seeing the dentist here. She and her staff was the best. I as a mom was so nervous to take him but it was great and not to bad. He just as a normal toddler was scared and fighting it.

Negative experience: Update: it’s interesting to see the response I got from this post!!! Because I DID NOT have an alternative offered to me!! Never knew I had other options instead was made to feel like I was making a terrible decision for my kids and that she couldn’t treat my kids and I should seek an alternative holistic dentist for treatment elsewhere! She literally tried to tell me to go somewhere else! As if she didn’t want to treat my kids because I chose to be flouride free and look into healthier options(research)!!!! Also still amazes me that she acts like she has done nothing wrong to have such a response to things she has posted! SMH!!! Dr. Laura is extremely unprofessional she shut the door and told me I should probably see a holistic dentist (which there isn’t any around) and that she didn’t think she was the right person to treat my children, all because I said I wanted to research and think about the sealants she wanted to put on my child’s baby teeth. Also she wanted me to call back with my decision and didn’t want me to make my daughters next appt that day til my decision. I left so upset and shook up because I didn’t have any issues with any of the staff up til this visit, but felt this confrontation was belittling and unprofessional. I am only trying to make the best decisions for my own children for myself and my own research and not because someone wants to pressure me into it. I also have had many appointments changed on me and the girls weren’t able to get an appointment for over a year. They were very over due to have their appointments. Then after seeing some things transpire recently from Dr. Laura how unprofessional she is with no remorse, made my decision very clear to leave the office!

Fantastic experience: Our family loves this place! The staff is always so cheerful and nice. The place is gorgeous with toys everywhere (even in rooms) for kids while they wait. My daughter is great at the dentist and I truly believe it's because of how they operate here. Thank you Dr. Laura!

Fantastic experience: Our three boys love going to the dentist. Dr. Laura and staff do a fantastic job interacting with the boys while providing top notch care. While waiting, the boys love playing in the game room and observing the saltwater aquarium. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Two of my kids had visits today. My three year old got an exam while my 7 year old got a tooth extraction. The staff was more than accomodating to both girls and the visits went amazing. My daughter who received the tooth extractions had a lot of anxiety but everyone made her feel at ease and accommodated her very well. We will never receive care elsewhere because you won't find this much dedication anywhere else. The staff is phenomenal. My youngest who is 3 was very anxious and the staff was nothing but kind and patient with her. This is the best dental office in the area. I will always recommend them and you cant walk in not smiling because thats the energy this office gives!

Fantastic experience: We took our 5 y.o. and 18 month old to Great Beginnings after having difficulty with our 5 y.o. being afraid of dentists. They are great with children! When you enter the front door to the office, you are greeted with a fish tank that puts your child's mind at ease. The staff was wonderful, Maddie and Dr. Laura are awesome with children! My 5 year old was a little bit difficult, but they worked with her, and knew just what to do to get through the visit, without making her hate/fear the dentist chair. I can't say enough positive things about this place. If you have the ability, I highly recommend taking your children here, you will not regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Grear Beginnings. My child is very nervous about going to the dentist. We walked into the office and the wow factor alone. The kids instantly are at ease due to the amazing activity filled waiting room. The staff is by far the kindest staff I have ever encountered in a dental office. The rooms are so clean with entertainment to keep your child's nerves at bay. The staff we had kept me and my child informed every step of the way. The wait time was lengthy to get in however I am so happy I waited. Great Beginnings is worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: I was soooo impressed with Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry! The whole place is absolutely adorable and very welcoming to children. I wish they had a place like this for adults! Haha. Their staff was amazing and kind! It was my daughters first appointment and she felt so comfortable. She is excited to go back!

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful office for children. They have put so much effort in making it comfortable for kids. Their waiting rooms has a fish tank, a play house with toys, arcade games, and a TV. Each room is color-coded, and the walls and chairs all match. There also is a TV is on the ceiling for them to watch while they get their teeth cleaned. The staff there is wonderful and kind, and they even accommodate kids under 2. I would highly recommend making this the dentist for your child.

Negative experience: The office is beautiful. The staff is great. The management is horrendous. Three times my children’s appointments have been cancelled because office hours have changed or the doctor has wanted to go on vacation and I haven’t been informed until I call and confirm the appointment or the week of. There is no regard or appreciation for OUR time as working parents. When this was brought to the office staffs attention they offer a blanket apology and have no concern for parents having to coordinate their own time off repeatedly. So, if you can get in- because they never are able to offer you an appointment when THEY cancel, it’s great. However, there are other great dentists in the area as well that honor their commitments.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming place--my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! The atmosphere is very bright, colorful, and inviting, and every person on staff we've dealt with--from receptionists to hygienists you Dr. Laura herself--are always friendly. And best of all, they actually take our insurance--a real rarity for any dentist these days!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first appointment yesterday and I was so impressed with the staff. My son has terrible anxiety about anyone touching his mouth but they were so caring and explained everything to him before they did it. They addressed all of my concerns as well. Fantastic experience: You can´t imagine how grateful I am to have discovered Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry. My sister urgently asked me to take my niece to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Updated 2023: Justine is awesome! The Q&A with my daughter as we waited for Dr. Laura to come in was priceless. It's refreshing to find a dental office where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of the children. ... We have been taking our daughter (7) here for years after driving all the way to Glenns Falls. The staff is wonderful and they listen to the parents. The reception area and treatment rooms are immaculate and we're always greeted with smiles and warmth. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely impressed by how clean and welcoming this pediatric dental office is. Parking was easy and it is on the second floor. The moment you walk in you are greeted politely and the front desk staff check you in right away. The waiting area has not only a gaming room for kids it also has a playhouse for the little ones to enjoy. Once they call you back in to their clinical area all the exam rooms doors are open giving it a spacious feel. The exam room we waited in before seeing the dentist we spoke with the assistant. The assistant was very informative and professional. While I waited to see the pediatric dentist I was amazed how new and clean all the medical equipment was I include a photo as an example . Once we met the dentist she was very kind and informative. After our first consultation I am looking forward to bringing my little one again next year.

Fantastic experience: We already can't wait until the next appointment! The playroom and decor are superb, but the dentist and assistants are even more amazing! They showed my son such kindness and we felt so comfortable. This is hands down the best pediatric dentistry!

My youngest daughter has spectrum disorder and she likes the ladies and the colorful child friendly office, my oldest now wants to go there. I wish as an adult I could see Dr. Laura as my dentist she's professional, kind, and gentle with he kids and makes them feel safe and not afraid. Fantastic experience: We’ve taken our daughter to Great Beginnings since she had her first tooth. They’re wonderful there! My daughter had major anxiety after having a procedure done for a lip and tongue tie. Anytime we’re there, they always understand and have compassion. One of the girls even carried her for me when my hip was broken and I couldn’t pick her up. Everyone is amazing and we appreciate everything they do for our little girl.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was great. Being a multiples mom I'm always worried about bringing more than 1 child to any doc apt. The waiting area is super kid friendly plenty to keep littles occupied while you wait. I was amazed. The staff is great. They communicate every step of the way. Overall impressed.

Fantastic experience: Our most recent visit made me love Dr Laura’s only that much more! Can you believe I forgot the diaper bag for our visit and without judgement, the staff found me a diaper and wipes for my infant while we were there! Plus my “big boys” are always so comfortable and report that they actually had FUN while at the dentist. Wow!

My two oldest are autistic and the dentist has been one of the hardest places to find a good office to understand and be patient. They are it and I always recommend them for your kiddos.

Fantastic experience: Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry is a dream for parents…. For example every time I tell my kids it’s time for their dental appointment they get excited. My kids love the hygienists and Dr. Laura actually all of the staff really. The staff are always super kind and speak to kids using terms that won’t upset children for example they say ok we are going to tickle your tooth or wow your tooth has a crown now…. If that’s not enough they have a whole play area in the waiting room designed for older children to babies and a little area in the exam rooms to keep one child busy while your with your other child . This place is all about children and their parents peace of mind. I am so great full for this place because we did have an old dentist scare our child but Dr. Laura and her staff made my child comfortable and now my child doesn’t fight to go. If you have little ones I highly suggest taking them to Great Beginnings

Fantastic experience: The absolute best pediatric dentist around! You couldn’t ask for better staff or a more child friendly environment. My kids LOVE walking through those doors and my daughter is now 4 and has no fear at all about the dentist and lets the girls do whatever they need to without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Great Beginnings dentistry has been amazing since our very first visit, as we had two very nervous kiddos at the time... and now with our 3rd baby who has been coming since a few months old due to a tongue tie is already so comfortable with getting his yearly check ups, he is now 2 and loves coming here. The environment immediately upon arrival is so welcoming, colorful, vibrant, with smiling, caring staff such as Michaela who helped put our children at ease. Our children quickly became so comfortable with coming to the dentist that it is now a breeze. They also look forward to their special coin to get a surprise toy at the end of their visit. Fantastic experience: Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry has been an amazing place for my children for the past 5 years. My 10 year old had some major work done recently and the experience for him and I both was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was calming and inviting like you were welcomed. The front desk ladies answered my questions in the most genuine way and Dr. Laura and Justine were absolutely amazing. From telling my son what the procedure was and treating him like a “king” and explaining the after care before the procedure truly helped ! We left the office with smiles and my son said they get 5 huge stars!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Both my children have been going here for almost 2 years now and they look forward to their next appointments. I think between the atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, it makes a world of difference. As a parent, this reassures that they care about their patients.

Negative experience: Updated on Jul.17.23 I saw that the dentist clinic has a review rewards program there. That's why there are so many positive reviews, which I don't believe. They rescheduled my appointment again, making it the 4th time. So I have a 100% RESCHEDULE rate. The lady told me she had to reschedule my sons’ appointments because there wouldn't be any providers available. She gave me the option of coming a specific date she gave me or waiting for two more months. I had no choice, so I chose the specific date because I didn't want to wait for another two months. On the day of my sons’ cleaning, the nurse cleaned his teeth and then said we were all set. However, no providers showed up. What's the deal? Are there no providers available for dental visits? If that's the case, why did they make us reschedule our appointment? This is all ridiculous! So I quit! I transferred my kids all out of the clinic! First Review: Super AWFUL experience. Tell the truth, the doctor is kind, and the environment is great. (Someone is rude) However, I've only had three appointments with the office, and they changed my schedule three times!! The first time, they called me to change the schedule just half day ahead. They didn’t give me any good options, come on the time they gave you, cancel it or three months later. Do they think all parents are able to stay at home and be ready to come anytime, without needing to ask for a day off from work? The second time, they informed me one day ahead that they had to move my kid’s cavity treatment to three months later. I had already waited for three months, and now they want me to wait for another three months. I have no other choices. The things happen once, it's fine. Twice is not fun, and I can't believe it would happen a third time. The third time, we arrived at the office on time, checked in, and waited for half an hour. No one called us in. So I went to the front desk to check. They told me they had moved my schedule to half an hour later. No one called me. They said they called my husband, but he mentioned they only informed him about the schedule without mentioning any delay. Think from my perspective, is it reliable for the office to keep changing your schedule again and again? How can we expect our next appointment to be honored?

Fantastic experience: I love Dr Laura and her hygienist Justine. I’ve been seeing Dr Laura for about two years now for my preschool/primary school aged kids. Dr. Laura talks to all the kids like they are her best friend and refers to her dental tools as something fun. For example “princess paint.” Her chair side demeanor is inviting and incredibly fun. Her office is impeccably clean, every room is designed to be a fun color. There’s several play areas throughout the office, including a small arcade, and rooms of imaginative play. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist, and if they have to have work done, they are excited about it. I made the switch to her, and am not going anywhere else. She has been very good to my kids and myself. Dr Laura has a lot of passion in what she does, and she’s great at it.

Fantastic experience: Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry are the best. Dr. Laura Ybarra and her team are amazing. They treat my baby girl so well and are great with their job. They explain everything to you and make you and your child feel comfortable at all times. Also, I love the office and my baby loves it too, is modern with a lot of things for your child to be entertained and feel like home, a safe and happy place to be. I would really 100% recommend this place with my eyes closed. They are the best.

Negative experience: This is where my kids started their dental care and we've loved it up until recently. My daughter is afraid of the dentist and they threatened her, told her they "Only see good kids." She has no patience with her at all which made my daughter even more nervous. This made her freak out and they asked my husband to step out of the room. He didn't want to leave our daughter scared and nervous alone with her. (I wouldn't either.) Dr. Laura called me and said my husband made her feel very uncomfortable and he's not allowed back to the office. Office manager called and I quote "Oh you're law enforcement. Hang on... We will continue to see your children and you are more than welcome to come with them." All because of our insurance!!! We tried again with the gas. The assistant we had was fantastic but as soon as Dr. Laura came in she started saying "We are nice people here. Don't know why people say bad things about us." I'm not there to continue what happened. I want what is best for my child. My husband called today and he had to tell them to take him of speaker phone. Very unprofessional to be on speaker when talking about a patients care and treatment as that is confidential information. Very unhappy that it has come to this. Also, as they blocked me on Facebook, I'm writing a review here. Edit: The provider contacted me directly and screamed at me threatened to sue me over this review.

Fantastic experience: My son’s very first time at the dentist was such a pleasant experience. He absolutely had a ball, from the minute he walked in & saw the fish tank with Nemos and Dorys everywhere, to the lady’s smiling and playing with him his whole visit. Of course he didn’t want his teeth brushed but what 1 year old does? Even with it not being “fun” to get his teeth brush Dr. Laura and her team made it fun for him. Love the environment there. Don’t change a thing!

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant at first because of how far the drive is, but the staff are so professional, all have great personalities that make them a team. I am so blessed to bring my boys to such a playful and welcoming environment. I would recommend this dentist to anyone with kids! 10/10

Fantastic experience: My son had tooth trauma from an accident so he has always been petrified of the dentist. Great beginnings was so wonderful with him. He was very timid but they helped him feel at ease. When my son walked in and saw the fish, the games, the mini arcade- it immediately calmed his nerves. Being able to watch spider man and play while he waited for the dentist was an added bonus. I'm so thankful for a dentist that my children quite literally did not want to leave.

Fantastic experience: Best Office Around For Children. Both my kids love coming here. My oldest has been coming for a few years now and doesn't dread coming. He really enjoys it. They allow him to go by himself so he feels more independent with his dental care. The staff is amazing, and kind.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Watertown from Brooklyn Ny and I must say this is the best dentist that I have taking my kids to. The Dentist is so perfect, kind and caring. My son have a lot of work to be done to his teeth and she took her time and did a great job. I love that she cares about her patients and do anything necessary to make sure they are comfortable. My son said he did not have any pain while she working in his teeth. When you first arrive they are very welcoming and there are plenty things to keep your little one busy for example play rooms, arcade games and tv in the ceiling so the little one can watch while being treated.

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentist in the North Country! I cannot say enough good things about this office. The hygienist, staff, and doctor are so friendly and great with kids. The office is so clean and the environment is sooo fun for kids! The waiting room is out of this world and my kids are always so excited for the dentist. We have been to other pediatric dentists in the area and switching to Great Beginnings was the best choice we could have made for family.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy coming to this dentistry with my children. They waiting area is such a nice comforting room. My son enjoys the few minutes he get to play on the arcade games before his appointments. All of the dentist’s, receptionist’s and assistant’s are pleasant to interact with. I also love how the signs around the office encourages parents to be present with their children instead of on their phone.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff is always so nice and welcoming, becoming a patient was very easy. Communication and appointment making has always been so easy. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best pediatric dentist Prior to Great Beginnings, my children were originally under care at a family dental office located in a plaza on Arsenal St. The “pediatric” dentist stated my son would need to undergo anesthesia to have procedures done by him in an operating room at a Syracuse hospital. My son at the time was five. I was told he needed numerous teeth pulled, multiple fillings, and even spoke about a crown. None of this set well with me as my sons teeth were visually perfect and at his cleaning 6 months prior I was told how good his teeth were. Fast forward.. I called Great Beginnings at their old location, expressed my concern and asked if I could have my son evaluated for a second opinion. Within the week I brought my son in and the atmosphere was so welcoming. From the front desk staff while checking in, to being brought back to the room, all the way to Dr. Laura hearing my concerns and validating that my sons teeth were perfectly fine with the exception of a slight enamel deficiency and suggested a specific paste to help restore any enamel. Dr. Laura and her team saved my young son from undergoing anesthesia, and from having unnecessary work done to his mouth. The new location on outter Washington Street (route 11) exceeds my expectations. My now seven year old and four year old look forward to going to the dentist to play the arcade games as we wait (which I must say impressively, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes). There are televisions on the ceiling for the kids to watch as they have their dental work done by such compassionate staff. Afterwards, the kids pick out a fun little toy to take home as a reward for coming to the dentist. No words can explain how welcoming the entire experience actually is. All in all, if you’re looking for a pediatric dentist to switch your children to or to establish for a first visit, choose Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Fantastic experience: This place is hands down the best for all young children. My son is 6 and he’s been going to this dentist sense he got his first tooth! He’s had crowns placed and two teeth pulled and dr Laura has been nothing but wonderful with him. My daughter is 23 months and been a few times, she loves loves loves to brush her teeth. She loved the prizes and the new tooth brushes she gets and playing in the waiting room. She also did my daughters lip tie and it healed amazing! My son loves going here and playing in the game room while we’re waiting to be seen and loves the coin machine and prizes after! The assistants and dr Laura explain everything very clearly and are very calm and patient with children! Very clean, and very very kid friendly!! This place is amazing in every single way

Fantastic experience: This place is unlike any dental office I’ve ever seen. Everyone in the office is amazing. Plus, the whole place looks like a place any kid would WANT to be. They have a little arcade room in the waiting room, and TVs on the ceiling so the kiddos can watch as they have their teeth done. And, they accept Fidelis. We drive an hour to go there, but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist and amazing staff! The dentist is kind and understand. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and hygienist are knowledgeable and understanding. They are not pushy at all and truly care about your child when they are being seen. Been trying to find a dentist like this for years. Only regret is not finding this office sooner. Positive experience: I have taken both of my kids to this practice, my done since he was 2 and my daughter starting with her first tooth. They are treated amazing here, and the staff is nice and professional. My rating is because I received a call yesterday, that an appointment I had set up 6 months ago needed to be moved because they decided to make that date a half day. And when was it moved to? Nearly two months out. That to me is unprofessional. Yes, staffing and scheduling changes, but to make that call 4 days prior to an appointment set 6 months ago, just sits with me wrong. Then just before this, I paid a large bill because the estimate they gave me for services was under the assumption that my insurance covered it. Their assumption. Then my insurance was found to not cover it- fine, months after. I paid it, no problems. But now to have this appointment canceled/ rescheduled like this, has really tainted my view of how the office is handling things. Great doctor, has always taken care of my kids. If you get in to be seen, the experience is one that your kids will enjoy (mostly) and taken care of. This review is not against that.

Fantastic experience: Dental professional here: From the first interaction to ever single one since, things have been fantastic! Scheduling around my work schedule was simple, paperwork online was a breeze, and staff was accommodating to my son who does not like using some of the instruments. The building looks like a place out of a high end magazine and the atmosphere feels just the same. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: If I could give this office ten stars, I would. The staff is so sweet and amazing down to even the lady who works in finance. They are all so patient and nice. My daughter went in for her lip tie and they were so thorough and respectful and let me know the decisions were all mine. It was a very quick procedure and I felt incredibly comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The place is designed FOR KIDS and is all about the kids. 100%. Fantastic experience: My kids (ages 5,8 &12) brag about going to the dentist! They absolutely love it! Dr. Laura and the staff always make them feel so at ease and happy to be there. They are so great about explaining each step to them and making sure they are all on board prior to starting anything. I strongly recommend this place to anyone with kids!

Fantastic experience: I have always been the parent who reads the reviews and see where the fall backs are of every place I take my child to be seen. So I was cautiously optimistic when my 5 year old got an appointment. PARENTS: if you are able to bring your sweet little babes to this practice..DO IT! Their office is absolutely AMAZING. the staff is so friendly, it is clean, welcoming, so much to do for the kiddos while they wait and it truly has the best experience we have had with a new doctor. Samantha helped get us checked in, answered my 5 year old, Landon’s, questions and put our mind at ease with the procedures that were being done. Natalie was absolutely amazing with my son through the cleaning process and answered the other 78,000 questions we had! She was so informative, gentle, kind, and we will most certainly be requesting her again! You can truly tell that Dr. Laura takes pride in her work and it is so refreshing! She was so loving to Landon and explained the process to him and came up with an amazing game plan to tackle our dental needs! We are so happy to be party of the Great Beginnings family!
