Fantastic experience: My dentist and hygienists are the absolute best and the Dental Center as a whole treats you like family. Elizabeth is my hygienist and she is so gentle and caring, and so good, I come see here every three months! Dr. Friedman and Francie have taken such great care of me - they're kind, not pushy; inclusive and patient centered, not overpowering. Recently I broke two old crowns over a 10 day period and some dental offices might have taken advantage of a patient who was anxious, and afraid. But not Dr Friedman and the Dental Center of Kendall team! They calmed my anxiety, worked with my busy professional schedule and together, we created a care plan that has me, the patient, making the decisions. Dental Center of Kendall is my jam and as long as I’m in South Florida, I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else!! 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I really like the professional atmosphere and how organized this practice is. The office is very clean and very modern. And my dentist, Dr Aguilar, is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is very thorough and makes sure that her work is perfect and satisfactory to her patients. Fantastic experience: My visit with Dr.Aguilar, has always been a five star. But, my last two visits with my Dental Hygienist has been very painful. I asked them to assign me with another Hygienist and they look in the system but seem not to able to find me another one. I noticed this has happened three times when I have asked for an appointment with another Hygienist. Every Hygienist seems to be fully booked up. I like my appointment in the morning around 10:00 am. I noticed while waiting and filling out my paperwork on yesterday 2 people at different times came in and they didn't a appointments but were gonna be seen.

Fantastic experience: Dr. de Lima saw me first. She is a wonderful dentist. She took time to explain everything clearly. This was my first visit, but my wife has been going here for years and is very loyal to Dr. de Lima. Dr. de Lima referred me to Dr. Alexandre Ribeiro. The next day, he performed a highly invasive double extraction and bone graft. I had bone loss up to my sinuses and he had to remove a lot of material. Despite all this, I felt absolutely no pain at all. I am a certified dental sissy and feel pain on even minor procedures. I have had three root canals and know how these procedures can go. I am not exaggerating when I say I was dozing off while he worked. Nurse Marti was also wonderful. She spoke with me before the procedure and calmed my anxiety. For anyone with anxiety over the dentist’s office, this is where you want to go. I cannot say enough good things about this team!

Negative experience: Not great help. I went here to get care for my toothache 3 weeks ago. I went back again to see the surgeon, they said I had a bad vain in my tooth so they needed to do a Root canal which is 2 thousand something. the nice lady jacqueline said i can call back to see if i Made up my mind to either get a root canal or a extraction… So i call back today to tell them i rather have my tooth extracted they said I needed a referral from my primary dentist which i kindly explain I HAVE NO PRIMARY DENTIST AND I NEED THIS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ALREADY PLEASE. I DONT WANT MY WHOLE TEETHS TO BE INFECTED. SHE DIDNT LET MET TALK AND IM ALREADY Frustrated…. Never coming back again here.

Positive experience: My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at the bldg. @ 9:45 am. Couldn’t find parking after a couple of tries around. Ended up parking my self at the garage and paying $5. I have a disabled tag. Signed in at the office around 9:55. Did not get me in until around 11:30 or so. Not a good experience while the professional dental part was fine.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the attention, service and care provided by the Dental Center of Kendall. The ladies at the front desk are courteous, professional and attentive. I appreciate their calls with appointment reminders and their ability to accommodate and work with my schedule. Dr. DeLima has been my dentist for many years and I trust her recommendations. She is kind, empathetic and understanding. I had a bad fall on my bike and my teeth started shifting. I just picked up my second tray of Invisalign and find them comfortable and easy to use. I know am in good hands with Dr. DeLima! Elizabeth is my Hygenist and she is gentle, kind and understanding. I just love the way my teeth look and feel after my cleanings and would’ve recommend her for yours! Positive experience: Clean and nice office with a great staff and amazing dentists. however — the wait times are very very long and sometimes the staff doesn’t even acknowledge that you are there for your appt until 45 min after arriving. This makes it difficult for me to continue to coming to this office because I have a busy schedule and can’t always carve out 3 hours of my day to drive from the gables in rush hour, wait 45 min until after my original appt time and stay for the appt. Also the newer dental student doesn’t wear a mask I have to always ask him to put it on before he works on my teeth. Again amazing office, I just think they get really busy and may be understaffed

Fantastic experience: My mother is the one that had an appointment at your office and she has nothing but a great review of the office. Starting with the office itself, she says that it was very clean and elegant in a professional way. The receptionist was very kind and professional. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional and Dr. Freedman was all and all very kind, professional and understanding. My mother did not expect all these. Positive experience: Very happy w my dental cleanings; Ileana is phenomenal. However, when it was time to pay for the last service, computers were down and I was asked to give them my credit card information to write on a lose piece of paper, security code and everything. I tried to explain that I did not feel comfortable leaving personal cc information loose at their office like that, but was told that it was “their policy” and that I couldn’t leave without paying. It seems like the transaction did not go through later anyway, so I was sent a link to pay w my phone. Couldn’t they have given me that option in the first place, instead of treating me like a criminal that wasn’t going to pay, and disregarding my concern about my unsecured credit card information? It was on them that computers were down, and I was ready to pay on the spot. It must be noted that I’ve been a customer at their office for over 10 years and my entire family goes to this office - As far back as when it was called Dental Center at Baptist. When one of their dentists was sick and had to reschedule appointments constantly, I extended more courtesy to them than they offered me.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience when growing up as a child that carried into adulthood for dentistry on my teeth. Did not trust dentists and had a fear of them. Since coming to this office, the whole staff is excellent, helpful and caring. Dr. Jen Perez is my main Doctor that took care of my dental work and Ileana Perdo is my Dental Hygenist. Both these women I have grow to love and trust and would not change them for the world. If you need a family to take care of your Dental needs, Dental Care of Kendall is your family !❣️

Positive experience: Once again, had an Excellent experience with Elizabeth and Dr Sosa’s assistant Zoey. Unfortunately this is the first time I can’t say the same for one employee at the front desk when I was done, she was annoyed when she had to take care of my exit, payment, next appt, etc. I don’t recall her name. Everyone else was very nice. I’ve been Dr Sosa’s patient for many years since at Baptist, never had a problem. Hopefully this will not happen again going forward. Thank you!!

Negative experience: Informed that the appointment was cancelled upon arrival and that they called the day prior to inform me and that was not true. The lady at the front desk had no business greeting people. Non-apologetic and could not care less, very disappointed with the service. I simply cancelled the hygienist appointment as well.

Negative experience: Kinda disappointed with my experience today meeting with dentist was extremely quick with questions like if it was the first time she was meeting with me when I have known the dentist for years?! Asking if I had braces when she's been my only dentist, and when was my last scan/x-rays?! She was the last and only dentist to have them done!? It was a strange visit to say the least, then I went back out to the waiting room again and waited to be called back in to perform a cleaning that last the whole of 10 minutes! I'm serious! It was literally like if nothing had been done! I left the dentist confused by the lack of care and don't think I could even consider that a cleaning. Decline in overall experience. I need to consider other dental options honestly after this last visit. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: This Office is clean & friendly. The staff are attentive to my concerns and the service is timely. I booked for a cleaning but before u get a cleaning you have to be evaluated. Dr Freeman was so sweet, her & I bday is 2 days apart Virgo vibing. She evaluated me & gave me some pointers & service suggestions. I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist on a next scheduling, forgot her name, she was so nice & gentle very conversational and was knowlege of concerns with teeth while cleaning. She is high on preventive care. Normally, I don't pay for cleaning but was charged $60 what I was told for the antibiotic mouthwash that was used. I wasn't informed of it before hand unfortunately, I paid the fee, only because the service I received. For the future inform patient of fees before service is rendered. I Schedule my next appt 6 months, will be attentive to the service.

Negative experience: I've been a patient of this offer now for a few years. Dr. Aguilar is very good. The office is okay. However not sure what happened today but, I waited over an hour to be attended today. When I asked the front desk the yung lady looked at me like if my enquiry was from out of space. I really hope that this is not representative of future services.

Fantastic experience: I had to come in for an emergency crown and was really greatful to get an appointment as quickly as I did. It was a pretty problematic tooth to treat but the doctor took her time and I had the best outcome.

Negative experience: I’ve been to this dentist office a few times now, and I really thought I had found a dentist I liked. Dr. Aguilar is kind, gentle, and truly great at what she does. The front desk girls are also friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable at first. Unfortunately, my experience with billing has been consistently frustrating. On two separate occasions, I was told I wouldn’t owe anything at my next visit, only to be charged again when I arrived. It felt like I was constantly being told different things by different people, and I truly believe I may have overpaid for certain services. It felt like everyone was a bit lost. When I tried to express how confusing and unclear everything had been, I didn’t feel listened to or taken seriously. Rosy, the front desk manager, did eventually help me resolve the issue—but not without giving me clear attitude in the process. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I don’t appreciate being treated with attitude or disrespect, especially when I am a paying customer and not receiving my services for free. Instead of making me feel like a valued patient, I left the conversation feeling extremely upset and uncomfortable. Something no patient should experience when seeking healthcare.That alone was extremely disappointing, especially coming from someone in a leadership role who should be helping resolve concerns professionally and with care. After reading other reviews, I’ve realized that I’m not the only one who’s had billing issues here. It seems to be a pattern, and I think it’s something people should take seriously. I really want others to read my review and feel encouraged to ask questions and advocate for themselves when it comes to payment and pay close attention to their charges. It’s a shame, because I truly felt like I found the right dentist—but the overall experience with billing and the attitude I received from the front desk manager herself has left me dissatisfied and honestly unsure if I’ll return. Patients deserve clarity and kindness, not confusion and condescension.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist office for over 15 years when they were located on the 10th floor of the medical arts building ant Baptist. I absolutely love it there. My hygienist Regina and I have a wonderful rapport/bond and I would not ever think of going to any other location.
