Fantastic experience: Willow dental is amazing! All of the staff are nice and very good with their craft. I used to be nervous about dentist appointments but willow dental has turned that experience around. I have felt no discomforts at all. Now im using Invisalign when I was sure my teeth were way too misaligned to qualify but I was wrong! I strongly advise those seeking the same experience to come try willow dental and experience it for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I've been a client at Willow Dental for 13 years now. From my first time to now, the care and expertise I get from Dr Anderson is unsurpassed. I had good dentists in my life before him but he is the best.. Would highly recommend him as he is exceptional and talented in dentistry and he is relational with his clients. The office is super clean with lots of goodies to partake of while there! Yes, hospitality at it's best and high quality dentistry at its best! Read their mission statement while you're there... highest standards of integrity and they back it up every time.

Fantastic experience: The building is beautiful, with lots of natural light. The support staff are friendly, positive and competent. Their initial evaluation of my teeth was very thorough, with photographs as well as the usual x-rays. The dentist I saw, Dr. Tapia, welcomed questions and described my options in a clear, understandable way. Even on the first visit, someone gave me a chart showing the order in which I should get the procedures done, what each procedure costs, how much the insurance will cover and how much I will have to pay. For a new crown, my out-of-pocket cost will be $351 less than at another local dentist I tried. I was able to schedule multiple follow-up appointments the same week as my initial visit. For all these reasons, I am very pleased with Willow so far.

Edit: After reading some reviews, I notice people saying that this office “pushes to leave a 5 star review.” The office didn’t even ask me to leave a review at all. I saw a QR code somewhere to leave a review, and thought I should, since I had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Willow Dental for a few years now. The team here has great service and always uplifting positive attitudes, no matter the time of day. They’re great at scheduling and following up with upcoming appointments. If you cancel within the proper time frame they are always willing to help you find a new time. If you have any fears or concerns about the dentist or hygienist they respect them and try to help make you feel comfortable. I recently had a routine cleaning done by Sarah, she was great. Sarah greeted me with a smile, asked if I had any questions or concerns than efficiently got to work. Once she was done she explained everything asked again if I had any questions than helped with scheduling a new appointment and I was off…thanks Sarah!

Fantastic experience: You know they must be good at their business because everyone at Willow Dental Group smiles. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and capable. Dr. Anderson is always personable, communicative, and professional. And they’re Bulldog fans! Great job to everyone at Willow Dental Group.

Negative experience: Update: when I first came to Willow Dental, everyone was so kind. However over the months here, I realized that they will always look for and give you the most expensive treatment/dental plan. I asked on 4 different occasions for a quote for partial dentures for my husband as opposed to implants..NEVER did they give my husband a quote, despite him going in specifically for a new treatment plan. I was upset and told them I would not longer be making appointments there. Well, they claim to be a Christ centered office, however I think the manager and some staff need to be taught on Christian values and behaviors. I made an appointment for a toothache and I was called and told that they were going to cancel the appointment because after talking to the manager, they would not see me... my husband could be a patient but just not me. So much for being a "Christian" office. After sharing what happened with my husband, his response was "they're crazy, if they are rejecting you, they are rejecting me!!" Just because Christian music is played and they say they are Christian does not mean that they are. Its people like this that gives Christianity a bad wrap. Also, watch your billing and payments.. We were charged over $400.00 for a procedure and when I recieved the EOB from the insurance we were only supposed to pay a little over $200.00. My husband called and I forgot to follow up but will be doing so today. Response: your response just proves how non-Christian you really are. Thanks for showing your hypocrisy.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that was one of the best I’d say easiest dental appointments I’ve ever had for an extraction. It was very gentle. I really didn’t feel a thing He used a lot of the needle for numbing and I didn’t even feel the jab. The doctor was very considerate, courteous and polite, Tha was Hands-down the best dental visit ever. The rest of the staff were super helpful and very friendly. I’m glad I chose Willow Dental Group. I have definitely made the right choice.

Positive experience: I do like willow and have received good care from the dentist. Recently I have noticed a lack of quality in the hygiene visits. Every hygiene visit they do something differently, and in different order. I definitely feel like they are rushing and I asked why everything felt so rushed today, the hygienist stated “we have a patient every 30 minutes.” She even walked me out to the front to tell me she forgot my fluoride treatment. She walked me back to the chair and handed me a mouthwash. I really liked willow dental before I’m not sure what happened.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated as if saving my teeth is just as important to them as it is to me. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me through spending precious time with me, and in developing a treatment plan that does more than just get me in and out. I know the outcome will be the best.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at Willow Dental Care for over 10 years, and I regret to say that the quality of care has deteriorated significantly over the years, most recently in the last 6 months. My recent experiences have been disappointing, with staff not being attentive to my needs during visits and a noticeable decline in patient care. My wife recently faced a family emergency that caused us to miss an appointment. She made three calls and left two voicemails to notify the office, but we never received a call back. Life happens, and it was frustrating that our attempts to communicate were ignored. On top of that, the office has an excessive cancellation fee of $75, which feels unreasonable, especially given the circumstances. They also failed to deliver my son-in-laws medication to the correct pharmacy when he had his wisdom teeth extracted, causing unnecessary delays, pain and added stress during his treatment. As a long-time patient, it’s disheartening to see how these issues impact patient retention and contribute to an overall substandard experience. A loss of 7 patients due to an unpleasant experience that could have been avoided. Lifetime value of patients (avg. US lifetime 77, family of 7) estimated Delta Dental Insurance negotiated cost for cleaning is a rate of approx. $60 per patient), approximately $33K lost cleaning revenue + an estimated $12,480 lost revenue (children's wisdom teeth extraction for 4 children is approx. $3,120 per child below gumline with Delta Dental neg. rate).....$45,480 vs $150 cancellation fee. Without a shadow of a doubt, the business decision here is not favorable for the Dental Office. Dr. Anderson, I highly encourage re-visiting the topics discussed and hiring a new office manager. In the highly competitive environment of Dental Services, the loss of patients and revenue over a period of time can be detrimental to your business valuation.

Fantastic experience: I prayed for God to find the right dental office for me to go to. When I took my granddaughter to Willow Dental Group, the atmosphere was what I was praying for. Negative experience: If I could I would give it a BIG 0! While the dental care itself was average, what truly stood out and not in a good way was how poorly the staff was treated. I witnessed multiple instances of disrespect and unprofessional conduct from management toward employees. The environment felt tense, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy for the people who work hard to serve patients. No one deserves to be treated this way in their workplace. As a patient and as someone who values ethical practices, I find it unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the treatment of employees at this office. Businesses must be held accountable not just for patient care, but for the culture they create for their teams. I strongly urge others to consider not just the service they receive, but how the people providing that service are being treated behind the scenes.

Negative experience: I take my kids every 6 months to get their teeth cleaned. The last visit, Dr Jacobson said my daughter needed two crowns, and had several cavities. She also said my son had cavities on all his bottom teeth. I found this hard to believe since 6 months prior, there wasn’t any issues. Or anything found at the appointment. My kids were not complaining of any pain. I decided to get a second opinion since I didn’t believe the dentist. I went to a different office. The dentist said he didn’t know why Dr Jacobson said my daughter needed 2 crowns. He also said she only had 2 tiny cavities. He also said my son only had 2 cavities, maybe 3. But he said he needed to re do one of the xrays. I am completely in shock that the dentist would lie about their teeth, make them go through the shots and fillings when they aren’t even necessary. I cancelled all my upcoming appointments. I will not be going back to an office that try’s to harm and torture kids for no reason. I will be contacting the dental board. I don’t believe Dr Jacobson should be treating anyone! She’s a scammer and a liar. A few years ago I referred my co worker to willow dental. He had the same experience. But from one of the other dentists. He said they were trying to get him to get unnecessary treatments, and also said he had multiple cavities. He also switched dentists. I should have listened to him when he first told me. I’m glad I didn’t get the unnecessary treatments for my kids. It makes me wonder if previous fillings done at willow dental were actually needed or not. I would never go back or refer anyone here again. Go to any other office other then willow dental!

Fantastic experience: I went to Willow Dental today for the first time. The energy there is so positive. I was really nervous when I got there. It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to a dentist. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was so sweet to me. The lady who called my name and took me to the back smiled at me too. As I walked through the hall with her everyone I saw (working there) smiled at me too. The hygienist was super kind as well. Then the Dentist walked in. Just like everyone else she was smiling. Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning and exam. After the X-Rays the hygienist went to upsell the cleaning using a laser for an extra $100. Delta Dental won't pay extra for cleaning with lasers so I refused the add on. Dr.Tapia said I needed 4 crowns but he would only do it if I purchased one of their custom made hard night guards for $587. I had some doubts about this so I called Delta Dental and found it also was not a covered benefit so it was no deal and we cancelled my restoration. They are nice people but I urge readers to be very wary of their financial practices

Negative experience: After being at another dentist for a couple of years now I can honestly say this place is just a money grab. They force unnecessary treatments/fees on people.

Fantastic experience: I am here from out of town and had acute tooth pain. I suffer from anxiety with the dentist. This office got me in right away and took care of me with kid gloves. It is incredibly clean, professional and organized. Almost zero wait time as I moved through several people and procedures. No dental work is “cheap” but I felt my bill was fair and reasonable. I liked them so much, I asked if they could do a cleaning while I am “here” in town; They got me 2 appointments within a week. When does that happen?! I Cannot recommend them enough. I am in healthcare and I have very high standards.

Negative experience: Oh boy you need to WATCH OUT and AVOID this office. These are FACTS, not opinions. You can form your only one. Here we go 1. They REFUSE to call your dental insurance if there is a problem. 2. Ask for 5 stars, no company should be pushing to leave a high rating! 3. I have complained about multiple teeth being sensitive with cavities and I drive 15 miles one way and instead of focusing on my cavities, they said I need a deep cleaning first. 4. My dental insurance covers $2500 per year on everything except implants. They charged me $900 when this began a year ago and said that is it, NO MORE CHARGES. Well now I can't get my paid for tooth because I owe 50% of the crown for $500!! No, I still have $2500. I asked them to call my insurance and I was told THEY DO NOT CALL, I have to! What!? 5. My youngest daughter finally left because her fillings were falling out. They were doing the same with her. Trying to charge what insurance covers. It really takes a lot to leave a practice you've been with. CLEARLY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED....READ ON ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT DISABLED.. . 6. My daughter is autistic. She is an adult. She does not have executive functioning skills and if not reminded or given a card (She needs those), they told her because she missed an appointment, SHE NO LONGER CAN GO TO WILLOW DENTAL BECAUSE SHE IS AUTISTIC. I spoke with them about this and they said "Oh well, we can't do anything about that. It's too bad."!!!!!!!!! 7. With all these issues, I was told I need to talk to the doctor, but "SHE DOES NOT CALL PATIENTS." I would need to make an appointment! 8. They push all th fancy things like their tea station, free pens, etc. It is all for looks. They have good feedback because they push, asking more than once to leave 5 stars. Well I have kept quiet for a long time, but the public needs to be aware. Dr. Jaconson is my dentist (WAS)...I am getting my implant finished and getting out of there before they can do more damage. They want to put a crown on a tooth next that doesn't even look like it needs it compared to the visible painful ones I have told them about multiple times recently. 9. SO DECIDE CAREFULLY WHEN CHOOSING A DENTAL OFFICE! It is not as great as they try to make it out for you!

Negative experience: I was really excited to start using this dentist, then for my first visit they tried to get to sign a paper agreeing to pay over $900 in my first 4 visits, without even knowing exactly what was wrong. I had 4 points of contact for my initial visit (no work was done), and every single person I spoke with tried to upsell me on non-essential products and Invisalign. I've seen less selling at a time share seminar then this place. The billing practices here are questionable, and I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I needed to change my appointment and Willow Dental is so accomodating. I was able to get in the same day. Cari was so awesome and Dr Sweet made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend Willow Dental.

Negative experience: The staff at the front desk is excellent. But the actual medical staff needs to be more sensitive. My wife had an appointment and was taken in to be served and a few minutes later was told that she couldn’t be served. We wasted our time and accomplished nothing. They could have informed us way ahead before us going to the office.

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning on 27 January 2025 at 4 pm. Basically while the technician cleaned my teeth trying to sell products such as braces. Never did see the dentist for an evaluation. I am assuming it was a long day and …

Negative experience: My family and I have been coming to Willow Dental for years. The staff and ladies up front have always been so kind. I'd say about two years or so now something changed. Their billing ladies have been doing some questionable things. I received a bill in the mail for services that were performed in December but under a company I never had medical insurance through and had not been with since 2021!! I called and left a message, the message said I would be getting a call within 24 hours it has now been a week! After this visit in December, I was also asked if I wanted to pay my daughters outstanding bill that was never brought up at her visit. When my husband called them to get clarification, his call was never returned. He too has been getting letters from Willow Dental stating that he owes them X amount of money, when he was never told at the time of service to pay. I won't be going back Willow Dental. Too many suspicious activity going on, they have left me feeling very uneasy about how they are billing out for services.

They keep me comfortable and use up-to-date technological equipment combined with a well-trained staff, to give patients the best possible experience at a dentist office. Before seeing Dr. Anderson, I had anxiety when having dental work done. That disappeared 20 years ago thanks to Dr. Anderson.

Fantastic experience: I went to Willow dental today to get my teeth checked after 4 years. They took care of my needs. They also gave me a plan on how we will move forward in taking better care of my teeth. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff were friendly. Lily was able to advise me more of what can be done with my teeth. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Negative experience: You get quoted one price and get charged THREE times more. When you bring it up, they have the nastiest responses. You thought you had one doctor, you get a different one. They're prices are 50% more than all other good dentists around. This is just a money making corporation. I'd stay away.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST Dental office ever! The reception is so welcoming, you can see her smiling through her mask :). I only waited 2minutes. I was taken to my chair and I felt soooooo important, like they are there to serve ME and make ME very comfortable. They work very fast. I was able to get back to work within an hour! I recommend Willow Dental to everyone !!! The office is super clean!!! I need to buy this…

Fantastic experience: I switched to this dental group after 10+ years with my previous dentist. I decided to move because I felt I wasn’t being heard and pushed to do procedures I did not need. After having my wisdom teeth pulled, which was excellent, and having a filling I can honestly say I am here to stay. The office staff is always friendly, willing to answer questions, and the dentist are great as well. I have always had anxiety about dental visits but so far I have to say I have had a great experience and feel that they are looking out for my comfort.
