Fantastic experience: I have been with this Dental group for many years and have been very well cared for by Llana for my routine care. She is very efficient and just fun to be around. My most recent was an emergency visit to Dr Livingston. I had no wait and Dr Livingston is always reassuring and explains things to me in terms I can understand. I’m glad I walked thru their door years ago and highly recommend Triplett and Livingston dental.

Negative experience: Didn’t get seen for my appointment as I was running a little behind due to traffic and was told would have to reschedule. Lady was kinda rude but I didn’t want to argue as I’ve been on time for previous appointments and had to wait for them to get ready way past my scheduled appointment time but never complained about that. I even text the office letting them know I was running a few minutes late and never got a response. I was within my 15 min window of my appointment but unfortunately still couldn’t be seen. Again did not waste time arguing and left and let them know I would call and reschedule and may be looking for a different dental provider which is unfortunate given a lot of my family use this place for there Dental needs.

She took the extra time to suggest ways I can improve my bone and gum health and even took extra photos of my teeth to show where I am have signs of bone loss. I felt she really cared about improving my health and took extra time and care to set me up for success. I can't wait for my next appointment to see how much we've improved my gum health.

Fantastic experience: Hayden and Dr. Triplett were awesome today. Hayden was personable and thorough while making great conversation and giving me tips and tricks for my dental health throughout our session. Dr. Triplett never disappoints with his stories and way of making you feel like part of the family. I've been coming to this office since 1993 and can't imagine life without the lovely staff here at Dr. Triplett's office. And Julie at the front desk always has a welcoming smile and greeting when I step in the door. Love this place so much!

Fantastic experience: No one likes the unpleasant things that a dental office must do. But when they go out of their way to minimize the impact of those unpleasantries, that is when you appreciate not what they have to do but how they go about doing it. That was my experience during several of my recent office visits. This is particularly true when it comes to pain management. Their willingness to discuss what they were going to do and answer my questions along the way was very helpful. This has been my experience for the past 45 years. Thanks to all the professionals who have helped over the years at this location.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe gag reflex that prevents me from doing traditional bite wing x rays. This dental practice has a panoramic X ray machine that also takes bite wings without the need to put the gag producing films in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Livingston is amazing! Good, honest dentist who was kind to answer my many questions. Conservative in treatment — meaning you won’t be getting work done that doesn’t need to be done. Love that. The hygienists I have seen are also very sweet and genuine. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a couple of crowns and a bridge put in a few months ago. Dr. Livingston did a great job. He takes his time, listens, and does whatever it takes to make his patients happy with their results.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a denture reline on 7/8. April explained the procedure very thoroughly. She examined my mouth and then proceeded to add the temporary material to my denture. She told me the cost of a hard reline and I left feeling sure that I was prepared and ready to proceed. April is a professional and she knows her job. She is friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable. Great customer service skills!

Fantastic experience: Been going here since it was Dr. Joe. Today when I arrived I did not have an appointment scheduled that I thought I did. They got me in and completed my cleaning before the time I thought was scheduled.

Fantastic experience: They always work so well with us and take really good care of us. My dad has trouble hearing & gets nervous when having to make decisions in new situations. This staff takes their time with him and recommends simple options. Getting his smile back! 6/27/25 Update: This office was able to see my father (now 93) just a few days after we called about his denture plate hurting. They took such good care of him, that despite sore areas, he wanted to wear the denture & go out to eat after the appointment. Thank you Dr Livingston & April. We appreciate you both!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I moved to the Liberty area 20 years ago and began going to Triplett Dental at that time for our regular preventative check-ups. Appointment are always prompt. Hygienist and office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Livingston has been my dentist for several years now. During this time he has had the opportunity to help me with the restoration of damaged teeth, on three separate occasions. Whether a crown, bridge or extraction/implant referral, all occasions resulted in successful restoration. Dr. Livingston and his assistant are easy to talk to, they take the time to ask and answer questions. They do great work!

I had gone in for a medical concern which they handled and I mentioned that I was waiting for a cancelation to get my teeth cleaned and they found me an opening right then. It reduces the time here about half and they are so friendly. Got a kick out of the young lady who was cleaning my teeth as every time she was working in my mouth she was humming and as soon as she turned away, the humming would stop.
