Fantastic experience: My whole family is been going there for 10 years. most caring and professional staff not to mention most honest approach to any treatment you may need !! I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasant experience visiting the facility The staff at the front desk was welcoming and right away attended.Not much time of waiting and was attended by the assistant to the Dr who escorted to the examination room Did what was needed to be done before the Dr came in Dr Verma was very polite and explained what needs to be done and then back at the front desk was given the estimate of the treatment and appointment was scheduled

Negative experience: I am not sure who is writing their reviews but It is not their customers. I really tried giving them another chance over and over but there is something wrong with this place. They cant even get a filling right. It fell out 30 days later and eight months later and guess what I started having pain and now I need root canal. $1750. $750 out of pocket. Keep in mind they do my annual dental exam and cleaning annually. I am done with them. All my family is leaving those incompetent dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have used Woodlake Family Dental for approximately ten years now. Always exceptionally good service in all aspects of my dental care. Today's routine cleaning was performed with the same care and professionalism I've experienced for all these years.

Fantastic experience: The dental care that I received recently was outstanding. Dr. Sud is very professional and communicates very well. My hygienist Carrie is great. She is gentle and very knowledgeable about the maintenance of teeth. The front desk is friendly, efficient and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have such a great place to come to that provides such great service.

Fantastic experience: First visit, moved to this dental practice due to great reviews. Very happy with the service and staffs. My dental hygienist was very gentle, personable, patient oriented. Her name is I think Pam or Sam, I apologize if I didn’t get that right. She always made sure I was comfortable, constantly checking and allowing frequent rinses which I appreciate so much. Everything was taken cared of so seamlessly from start to finish. Dr Verma was also very pleasant and so efficient. Will highly recommend going to this office. Reception staffs were also great. Fantastic experience: Great office with a very attentive and caring staff … Elena is an amazing hygienist, my teeth look *incredible* after her cleanings, she’s so thorough and does such great work! If you can’t get into her, ask for Lety, she’s just as amazing! Dr. Macrowski is gentle, kind, and always makes me feel at ease during procedures. The office is clean, the front desk staff is friendly, and everyone is very professional.

Negative experience: We went through the new patient set up, scheduled appointment accordingly and shared medical records prior. Arrive to the appointment, they never saved the information provided. Brushed off at the front desk upon arrival. Terrible customer service for a new patient where we confirmed the appointment the week prior.

Fantastic experience: First time appointment - moved to the area, so needed a new dentist. Everyone was welcoming, the person cleaning my teeth was very friendly, personable, and checked in on me often during my cleaning. Was educated on new updates about my teeth along with care information.

Fantastic experience: New to this practice my little one need to get some work done in the past has had some dental anxiety. Dr Sal went above and beyond to connect with my daughter in a way that allowed her to feel comfortable enough to get the work done that she has been needing and unable to do at previous offices. I would recommend him to any one of my family and friends and especially anxious parents. We love Dr Sal!

Negative experience: For a pediatric practice, their annoyance by children is astounding. While understanding and respecting the rules of no children in exam rooms, as I toggle between my 5 yr old getting a longer procedure done and trying to keep my 7 and 3 yr olds quiet, they closed the door to the exam room “so I wouldn’t be tempted to come in” while my FIVE YEAR OLD is hysterical because she wants her mom. Being bothered by kids potentially being loud in a waiting room apparently trumps not traumatizing a five year old and locking her in a room alone crying for her mother. We’re both still shaken up and I wish I’d have trusted my intuition when Dr Sal condescendingly told me to make childcare arrangements when I have to bring a child in for dental care. The actual NERVE. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sud and Dr. Verma, the staff especially Veri and Tu are the reason I love coming. They are on top of everything and always succeed in making things right. I’ve never had such a welcoming group- and I even have a friend who is a dentist but prefer this practice. Kudos to the newer front desk they are also the 1st faces you see and always very friendly! Thank you to Laura who is new and helped me out with a situation that turned out great!!!

I've been going there for years and they're always honest and fair with me and most importantly the first thing I do when I get there is express all my concerns and special requests about pain etc. they always give me a chance to explain how I feel. Fantastic experience: This is the first dentist office where I don't think Ugh I have to go to the dentist! The hygienist are best I've ever had! They are personable, friendly, and extremely caring which makes me want to come back! The dentists are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well. I love that every kind of dentisty and orthodontics are in house as well so no need to find another location!

Positive experience: Usually very happy, but not happy that if my child breaks another bracket we will be charged. She doesn’t eat ANYTHING that would break a bracket. Looking for other options!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time visiting there and having them do cleaning part! Both my visits were great and pleasant! Staff are very nice and friendly. My hygienists did amazing job and I am sorry that I don’t remember their names to mention. One major reason that we switched to this dental practice was that there is no hidden cost and we didn’t get surprised by a letter from our insurance that we owe a portion. Highly recommended.

I speak so highly of this dental practice that when friends and colleagues need a new dentist, I’m always who they ask. So, I’m surprised I haven’t already left a review. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Macrowski does exceptional work and I couldn’t imagine where I’d be if I didn’t have a dentist that I trust. I’ve had zero issues with my crowns. I’ve been able to schedule short notice for dental emergencies and have been referred to other credible specialists when needed. Know your insurance and eligible benefits and take care of your teeth at home. Don’t skip cleanings or exams. Schedule your dental work promptly and you won’t be caught off guard by needing extra work.

Fantastic experience: Laura, Hygenist, took the time to listen to my dental concerns & provide a very thorough cleaning. Dr Macrowski provided eval of my recession. He was patient & very clear in explaining his opinion & plan for next steps.

Positive experience: Here's the thing. They're great! They really are. They just often don't start on time, which causes delays for everyone including staff.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and doctors. They did a 3D scan of my jaw and made me a night guard using their state of the art 3D printer in less than 5 minutes.

Positive experience: Service is good , but today we were bit disappointed with a 30 mins wait time. This delay led us to cancel our later appointments for the evening which we were not very happy about.

Fantastic experience: Once a Naperville resident now a Floridian and needed a consult on a visit back. The staff was professional the waiting time was relatively quick and Dr. Verma was very thorough and honest.

Fantastic experience: Switched to this practice from another nearby that I was having a poor experience with. Wish I would have done it sooner. Woodlake has been excellent. I'm so glad because the last place was terrible but switching dentists isn't something you want to take on often.

Negative experience: Went to see Dr. Li today for my son's evaluation of an orthodontic procedure and came out of the appointment feeling very uncomfortable. Dr. Li maybe is experienced. But she takes patients' questions negatively. While I felt I was just asking genuine questions about the procedure and possible alternative routes, she took it as me questioning her judgment and became very defensive. I prefer to work with doctors who are receptive to patents' questions because patients' questions are not intended to make anyone look bad but to work out a treatment plan that both parties feel confident with.

Fantastic experience: Woodlake Family Dental is very professional yet down to earth and compassionate doctors and staff that go beyond and help the patient through the whole dental process from beginning to end. They are very sincere and understand each patients needs and situation. That is what Makes Them So Exemplary and Stand Out Among the Rest. I would not go to any other dental clinic. THEY ARE THE BEST! As of October 2019 I still see See Dr Sud and Dr Verna. Both of these dentists are of the highest and exemplary skilled doctors THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I would not go to anyone else and with my personal dental and health issues they Both Are THE BEST! All of the staff are highly trained and very compassionate about the procedures they do on all patients, young and old ! They All Work for You the Patient and Always Do Right By You. Love them all. January 29. 2025 Saw My Dental Tech for a cleaning and Dr Amit Sud afterwards. The Team of Dentists and STAFF ARE THE BEST AND WORK AT HIGH EXEMPLARY MEASURES TO MEET THE PATIENTS NEEDS. I could Not find a better place to go too for my dental care. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and sensitive gums and teeth. My Dental Tech WORKED WITH ME ONE ON ONE TO HELP ME THROUGH A PAINLESS DENTAL CLEANING. THEIR LOVE AND COMPASSIONATE CODE OF ETHICS IS WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK. Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this dental office. During a simple procedure, the staff seemed more focused on chatting than on my care. Unfortunately, this led to a burn on my gums, which I noticed and mentioned during the procedure, but my concerns were not properly addressed. I've been struggling with discomfort from the burn since then. I would have appreciated more attentiveness and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Ten stars if I could !!! Absolutely amazing experience at Woodlake Dental. Friendly and professional front desk staff. The dental hygienist Laura is a real pro - not only did I not feel judged for not having my teeth in perfect condition, but she went above and beyond to explain what was going to happen and welcomed any questions. She worked very hard getting my teeth nice and clean and did not rush. I saw Dr. Macrowski who was also wonderful. Non judgmental and honest about what my best plan was and what he thought would give me the best outcome with my teeth, not just what would cost more money. He was also very patient and took his time. The prices are also fair especially if you do not carry dental insurance like me. The service I got for what I paid was much more than I expected and the cost quoted for my future work was also extremely reasonable. This place exceeded my expectations and I will recommend it to any friend or family member looking for a new dental office,

Negative experience: I’m not really sure what happened here but I went in for an exam so I could have some minor dental work done. For the first two visits they seemed like the right choice. They were pleasant I was able to get fast appointments, but when it came to getting the dental work they politely said don’t come back. I made an appointment for their Napperville office for a root canal, two days before the appointment I call and find out their Dr does not take my insurance so I waited for the Woodridge office to get me an estimate for my extraction and partial for three weeks and I heard nothing. They took a little over a month before I called another dentist office near by to get the work done and their process was prompt and within two weeks I’m half way through the process. I’m not sure why they blew me off and ignored me like that but that was the most unprofessional load of nonsense I’ve ever experienced.

Negative experience: They are never punctual. I got so tired of their lackadaisical approach to punctuality that I decided to take my daughter elsewhere but kept my son in their practice. That was a mistake. His last appointment they made us wait 25 minutes claiming the room wasn’t ready. They have atleast 10 rooms - that was an unacceptable excuse. This wait inspite of me telling them we had another appointment to make in 45 minutes. Needless to say I walked out of there after 27 minutes wait. Never going back there again.

Fantastic experience: From the time we made an appointment untill the end of procedure everything was very professional. Team helped us to make our first appointment despite the end of their shift (we were passing by and just walked in and found out they were closed). On the appointment day we arrived on time and teeth cleaning started right away - 0 wait time - which is great. The hygiene specialist was very polite and professional. The doctor gave us suggestions and further treatment plan. In some places doctors try too hard to push their services, that’s not the case here. Next receptionist helped us to schedule all our next appointments. Very happy about this place. P.s. they have playing area which my daughters enjoyed.

Negative experience: They broke my son retainer during cleaning. When I told him, he did not fix it. I went to my ortho. He charged me $200. Are they supposed to pay that. Overall, they ate not good. Go to Wheatland Dental. They are the best.

Positive experience: Couldn’t understand the Hygenist most of the time and pushing bottom partials for me ! No thanks!as far as the cleaning after it was done didn’t even taste the minty flavor from what she used,! Would prefer a different person for next visit!

Fantastic experience: This week was my family’s first visit at Woodlake Family Dental, and so far we like it. The hygienist we saw did a great job cleaning our teeth. The staff and doctor we saw were all very personable, and I’m hoping things stay this way.

Negative experience: Check in was extremely slow because the receptionist was on the phone and the other ladies just stared at their computers while no one said someone will be right with me and my active toddler who was the patient. The waiting room was over crowed as there were only one empty seat, and it looks like they are over-booking clients. Also, it took over 15 minutes to be seen, but that probably would have not happened if I didn’t request the receptionist to inform the dentist we were going to reschedule! I am finding another dental facility who has better time management skills overall at their work place and superb customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children here for years and everyone from the staff to the dentist are great!! I was just seen by Dr. Sud and hygienist today and they are so thorough and explain everything so well and you never feel rushed. The dentist and hygienist are very genuine and show they care that your keeping your gums and teeth healthy. Definitely recommend this place and Dr.Sal is awesome with my kiddos.

Negative experience: Usually great but they do not pay attention to similar names if they are being booked. I have a twin. Different first name. I confirmed to have an appointment scheduled then came into my appointment just to find out they booked my twin instead of me. It was clarified over phone it was for me. Not my twin. Better attention to patient sensitive information should be done.

Fantastic experience: The best Dental office! Dr. Macrowski is amazing, very knowledgeable and patient. He took a lot of extra time with my crowns to make sure my gums are healed and the crowns fit perfect. I am very happy with my new crowns :)

Fantastic experience: Woodlake Family Dental Has a wonderful friendly staff. They are great on explaining everything they are doing so you feel very comfortable. I found Dr. Sud when I needed to have my first implant. I was very pleased . It was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend their team to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienists are very friendly. They take an extra 30 sec to ask “how are you?” and genuinely seem to care about my oral health and well being. The dentist is very professional and is helpful with answering questions!

Negative experience: This practice has abysmal time management skills. Between regular appointments myself and my toddler, and regular appointments, filling appointments , and orthodontist appointments for my teenage nephew, I have been to this office 11 times this year. I am always at least 10 minutes early. I've been called back on time once. On at least 3 occasions, I have waited in the front waiting room for over 30 minutes beyond my appointment time. We never seem to have the same hygienist or even dentist, so there is no personal touch, and I'm constantly explaining the same information about previous dental work to someone new. I only give them 2 stars because they have Saturday hours and the front desk staff is wonderful. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: Do not bother going here. The most unprofessionally run office. I can't believe I waited over a month for an ortho eval appointment only to leave because they wanted to charge for xrays because I didn't bring my own?! No other place we went to did this and the front desk lady said, "well they are doing things wrong for not charging" as well as having the staff so incompetent that before the appt they called me 4x to ask if i had dental insurance only to proceed and ask my daughter when she got there again. If you are below par as group, reevaluate your company.

Fantastic experience: I would not change Woodlake Family Dental in Naperville for any other dental place. Everyone here is phenomenal. I truly love Leddy, she is the best hygienist. She is thoughtful, caring, and she remembers every detail of our conversation from six months earlier. She is a master in her profession. The dentist and owner Dr. Verma has the gentlest hands ever. She’s been taking care of my teeth for years and wouldn’t want any other dentist to work on my teeth. Trust and care are the words that describe them and the practice.

Fantastic experience: Had to schedule emergency visit for trauma to a tooth. Office staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival the office staff were again friendly and there was minimal wait time. Hygienist was caring and supportive, Dentist was caring and informative. Appreciated the fact that Dentist referred for an endodontic consultation before developing a treatment plan. For someone who avoids dental issues, the care received from phone call to exit was a positive experience. Thank you

Positive experience: Care is great when you get there. Scheduling is a nightmare. It’s perfectly fine if you schedule at your last appointment, but should you have to reschedule because in my case, my child was sick, you’re going to get an appointment three months later, and this was just for a cleaning. This is totally unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had a new pain in molar and Dr. Sud was able to get me in the next day for an afternoon appointment. The practice is first class and our entire family comes here. Fantastic experience: Dr. Amit is an excellent dentist with confidence. He explains and clarifies any questions/doubts in an easy manner. He is doing my over dentures (removable upper dentures with implants). I am 81. I will definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: as a first time visitor to woodland family dental, i was beyond disappointed with this place. Dr. Amit Sud delivered worse then sub par patient care. he was incredibly rude and insensitive to my family member. as someone in the healthcare field, patient care is of the upmost importance and you should be doing everything in your power to ensure that your patients are comfortable and feel welcome, this was not the concern at Woodlake Family Dental. their website says the following, "When you have dental problems, you need to turn to a dentist who listens and responds ... a friendly dentist who counsels you on the best ways to maintain and improve your health. Our staff meet all these criteria. Plus, you benefit from a dedicated team of trained professionals who give you the individualized attention you deserve." this couldn't be more false!!!! my family member left feeling discouraged and wasn't provided the counsel and attention they claim to provide. i urge you to not go here! if you want a dentist that will care for your needs and make you feel comfortable, this is NOT the place and Dr. Amit Sud is definitely not the man for the job!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sud for 20 years. I trust what he says and treatment plans he offers. He is always willing to get you in, consult with you, work with you financially and return your calls quickly , he genuinely cares. Office staff is always so friendly and patient.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Woodlake dental. We were impressed by Dr Sud who explained everything in very satisfactory manner. He was very nice, humble and soft spoken

Negative experience: Update: I lost my tooth early this year (fractured, since was non sustainable in the first place, finally over with the agony and pain since the procedure started and continued until the loss. ) Its 5:00 am and I am awake in pain. Over the course of 4-5 months of procedure and spending thousands I can’t use left side of my mouth now. Even drinking cold water has painful sensation, chewing anything, it hurts. Went for pain in lower left teeth, was suggested root canal and crown. But in the course of months to follow, had undergone multiple procedures on my poor teeth. The first procedure was root canal and thank you Dr, Parth for that. It went well, After that I felt my tooth was restored and healthy again. But I was called 5 more time and went through 5 more procedures on my poor teeth and now the left side of my mouth is rendered useless.

Fantastic experience: It was my second time going there it's Absolutely above and beyond, (Nour) was the best and Gentle and professional in cleaning my teeth, she made me smiles again with confidence, I totally recommend Woodlake family Dental 10 stars

Positive experience: The dental hygienist Elaina did a great job with cleaning however I didn’t have a pleasant experience with The girl at the front desk. She was rude. She needs some customer service training. Hope to see better customer service on next visit.

Fantastic experience: **UPDATE. Came back for follow up cleaning and had Dr Patel. Great dentist. And the assistant that cleaned my teeth (sorry I’m so bad with names I even asked and then forgot.). Both were exceptional as I was having a difficult asthma day. Can’t say enough good things about how much they care here. You guys Rock! Very Welcoming staff from the front desk all the way through the exam. Catherine was very friendly and informative about my cleaning and gentle. Dr. Macrowski was educational for what needs to be done, and in which order, to save my smile. I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist for my treatment.
