Negative experience: Great place and it’s nice to be seen on time for once! The staff is great for taking care of kids teeth and your own. Unfortunately don’t expect anything close to when you call. Got the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Fedra who answered the phone like you’re bothering them. It was supposed to be a simple reschedule since we had a family emergency and it turned into an unwanted conversation for them. Very quick to hang up on you when you said you need a minute. Then when you call back, even worse attitude. Horrible service and I don’t understand how a place so good can have someone handle the front desk like that.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Feins Dental office with a mysterious pain in my upper jaw. I met with Dr. Posluszny (Dr. P) who did a deep dive into figuring out what the issue was. After some x-rays and hands-on testing techniques, she was able to confirm the issue. I appreciate her expertise, knowledge and care. Highly recommend Dr. P.

Fantastic experience: Due to a bad experience in the past I have not been to a Dentist in over 9 years. I recently had a tooth break off and family members who go the Dr. Feins' convinced me to make an appointment. They got me in quickly., and I was very pleased with the way the work has been proceeding. I have a hearing problem and often need people to repeat what they said so I can completely understand everything. Everyone at Dr. Feins' office have been very friendly and worked with my hearing problem, and me to plan the best way forward. They have completed the work on several of my teeth, and I am very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently I switched dental coverage and found Dr. Feins practice as an in-network provider through my new dental plan. I was gladly accepted as a new patient looking to schedule a regular cleaning and general checkup. All office staff I spoke to and emailed with were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They had an opening in the schedule and I was able to be seen the very next day. When I arrived to the appointment, I was impressed and felt at ease with the homey, residential aesthetics of the 'dental building'. The facility was warmly inviting, appeared immaculate and everything seemed meticulously up kept. My hygienist, Elaine (spelling?), was wonderful. She took the time to introduce herself, asked about my health history plus any concerns I had and spoke with me on a personal level before she began her dental cleaning process. She was thorough with my teeth cleaning and couldn't have been more gentle, kind or caring about my needs, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. After the cleaning, Dr. Feins introduced himself and welcomed me to the practice. He also reviewed my health history with me then finished my teeth examination. Although I only needed a regular cleaning and general checkup, I was very pleased with my first experience at this practice. From start to finish, the care provided was professional, humble and compassionate. Everything else, quaint and spotless. Happy this practice is so charming and local to me!

Fantastic experience: For couple of yrs now, I drive over an hr to see Dr Feins. He is not just an exceptional dentist, he is a real good person. Dr Feins would treat you like family with a high degree of integrity, compassion, respect, and competence. All those great attributes are only complemented with a very good staff. Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting this dental office yesterday evening - my original appointment wasn’t until July but they called me a couple of days early with a last minute cancellation that I was able to make work. Office is a bit dated in general but still cosy and clean. My hygienist Katherine was great - I prefer the hand tools vs electric and she had no issues accommodating this and she was thorough and very friendly and approachable. I did not feel rushed. I saw Dr K after who also did not rush the exam and talked about any concerns I had. Overall I would recommend this office and have made my next appointment - my husband is on the list for his appointment now too

Fantastic experience: Dr. Feins is the best. My gum receded and I developed a cavity in my front tooth that was part of a bridge. I was so worried I would lose the whole bridge. Dr. Feins was able to clean out the cavity and fill in the space and it is totally unnoticeable. Dr. Feins did an excellent job and I am so thankful.

Positive experience: I agree with a previous review. Dr. Feins was my dentist for 10+ years then they started automatically transferring my care to other dentists (plural) they brought in. Now when someone asks who my dentist is I reply "I go to Dr. Feins' practice, but I can't tell you who my dentist is". It's still a good place, just not particularly special anymore.

Positive experience: I'm a long time patient. Dr Feins is a superb Dentist. However, the practice has grown so large that his availability is very limited, so you get a different dentist at every checkup. It has become a bit of a factory and as a result, I rate it as a 4-star above average dental office.

Fantastic experience: It’s about time that I found a dentist as knowledgeable as Dr. Feins! Only took 50 years! I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Feins. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me explaining everything that would be done with the issue that I was contending with. This was so refreshing. Talk about wanting to get to know your patient. Well Dr. Feins truly makes every effort to get to know you as a person not just a new patient. By the end of my appointment, I told Dr. Feins that he would be getting a visit from my wife and my two son. Fantastic experience: This was my first time. Very , very pleased. Front desk staff were pleasant , cheerful and very welcoming. Catherine( dental hygienist) did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. Extremely gentle and very meticulous. Dr K was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel the appointment was rushed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ryan Richards was very professional & took care of my husband David’s tooth problem yesterday (Saturday.) David had a very bad toothache that Dr Ryan surgically took care of quickly after he looked at David’s records & took x-rays. Dr Ryan’s diagnosis has corrected David’s problem. We highly recommend Dr Ryan Richards & the dental practice of Dr Feins. The staff was exemplary in their efforts to help.

Fantastic experience: As a first time visit I am very pleased with the work and communication I have received. I am also not very good with the x rays and they made it very easy for me unlike any other dentist I have been too. Would highly recommend if looking for a new dentist.
