Fantastic experience: Sunrise Dental-Raleigh has always been good to and for me. Arrival and check in is friendly and quick. Especially if there is no paperwork to complete. The wait time is not long but do try to be on time. Their dental stations are clean with the latest equipment and dental recommendations are thorough. I need quite a bit of corrections and not once was I made to feel uncomfortable. No belittling! Just great service even through the checkout process.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with sunrise dental , from the time I walked thru the door I felt at ease. The staff was welcoming ..Annie and Ida are great . Ida was the assistant in my treatment and after it was over I felt like we were friends. She's awesome. Dr. Chad was also great he explained everything and made me feel at ease . Fantastic experience: Great facility, timely and professional staff.... New X-ray Gun means I didn't have to get up and suanter to the x-ray room thus negating that sometimes cumbersome experience. Also no unnecessary up selling... Plus I left with a million dollar smile....ok maybe a $100 dollar smile

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mills and his team at Sunrise. I contacted the office with an urgent aesthetic concern involving bonding on a front tooth that was left incomplete. From the first phone call, the receptionist was attentive and reassuring, confirming that Dr. Mills could assist. Despite it being a Friday before a holiday weekend, they saw me immediately. Dr. Mills and his assistant, addressed the issue, reshaping and contouring the tooth with precision and saved the day! Every staff member I interacted with that morning was kind, professional, and supportive.

Susan & Kim handled the cleaning smoothly as seasoned professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. They are an amicable team & now friends from years of visits. Meredith prepared me for & assisted w/ the two fillings Dr. Dirk Vice implemented. I have a medical issue that they made concessions for …knowing exactly what to do from years of knowledgeable & compassionate care. Meredith gave me their after-hours contact number, in case I needed it, but I didn’t. And Dr. Vice told me how to get back in to see him first thing the next business day, if I had any problems. They believe in providing the best care, just as they would like to receive…and that means immediate followup, if necessary. They are a close-knit team of caring dental professionals who have all become family through the years. I enjoy seeing them (as much as one can going to the dentist) & very much appreciate their cutting edge dental work & care. They make looking after my teeth top priority. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the honest and sincere service given to me in assessing the poor health of my mouth, which is missing several important teeth. Frankly.I am used to going in to a dentist and having them draw up an extensive full service plan that goes well beyond my wishes at my own expense. With Sunrise Dental, I however consulted with a friendly ,experienced dentist, Dr. Dirk Vice ,who laid out perfectly my baseline, stability options including what my insurance was paying for which happily seemed to be put in just 5 steps which my insurance would handle all but the 3 implants recommended , which was candidly shown to cost me $3500 each ,while expensive but not beyond reasonable expectations to me.

It’s quite helpful that they have capable staff who can give the same high level of care. I didn’t think I’d like going to a larger practice, but Sunrise makes me want to stay, so I do!

I was a bit early for my appointment but did not have to wait long. I had chipped my front tooth while on vacation. Dr. Chad did a excellent job repairing my tooth. The repair is not noticeable. I’d suggest that my hygienist, Susan, is the best in the business. (I always leave with sparkling clean teeth!) Kim, the x-ray tech and dental assistant, is a wonderful asset to the team. And I just met Dr. Mills on my last visit. I was impressed with his knowledge, as well as their team’s use of AI as a “second opinion.” Give the Sunrise team a try and your smile will sparkle!

Dr.Mills did my exam today and is a great addition to the sunrise team very knowledgeable and I love the new AI technology to see me X-rays! After my cleaning and exam I got a whitening treatment by Meredith, It was quick and easy I almost fell asleep during it and saw amazing results! Sunrise Dental never disappoints!

Fantastic experience: I woke up on Friday with a horrible toothache. Even though I have an appointment on Monday, I called Sunrise dental to see if I could be seen sooner. They said to come right in. Sure enough I had an infection and Dr. Vice saw me right away so that I was able to get a Rx. I'm already getting some relief from the pain.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my semi annual checkup with Sunrise Dental in North Raleigh. My hygienist did a thorough job with my cleaning. I had x-rays taken, the cleaning, an examination by the dentist, and an optional fluoride treatment. All of this was done efficiently within an hour. Very relaxed atmosphere.
