Fantastic experience: Caring experts took care of my dental needs. Will be going back.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 4-years and the manner in which they operate is A+. From the front office staff, utilizing technology tools to communicate with patients, my wonderful dental hygienist, Tara, who has the chairside manner of a saint, her attention to detail, thoroughly explaining what she sees during your visit and the after care methods to follow - I cannot express how I grateful I am for her and how valuable she is to this practice. Lindsay, who has been my assistant for those unpleasant procedures (cavities, crowns etc) is someone I adore greatly. Detailed and thorough…are you noticing a pattern? Both of these lovely ladies, along with my dentist, Dr Wilder, are consummate professionals that bring their A game every time I have an appt. They’ll have to throw me out before I even think about going anywhere else. Yes, this dental practice is that good.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is probably the best I've ever used. The hygienist was great about explaining everything she used and the tools. The dentist was very kind and explained all I needed to have done. I haven't seen a dentist in 4 or 5 years. The office gave me good information on how to make the needed work less money. All in all, very modern equipment, extremely gentle work by the hygienist, Tara, and I'll definitely be returning to finish the work.

Negative experience: Me and my family of 4 have been here for 9 years. This place is taking too many new patients that they can’t service the ones they have. Our 6 month cleanings are now being pushed out to 9-13 months so instead of getting two cleanings a year it is more like 1. Their fix is we can schedule your next appointment and then just add you to the ASAP list when your time for cleaning is ready and you will go in as a cancellation if someone else. So today is Oct. They said May is the next available appt. They will book me for May but when my true 6 months is ready they will schedule me on a cancellation. Ok then I will have to cancel the May one because it is not 6 months later to when they get me in. This will never work and no wonder such a mess…. Looking for a new dentist is what me and my family are going to do. I can’t keep scheduling all of us and then take cancellation appointments and hope we can make them. This is not a way to run a business!

Fantastic experience: Dr A. and her team were fantastic. They genuinely care about providing you with the best possible results and treat you like a friend rather than just a patient. I came here for cleanings, fillings, and completed invisalign treatment with them. Dr. A went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my invisalign and even catered to my schedule and lifestyle. I would recommend scheduling appointments by text because they have a very full schedule and tend to provide more appointment options via text.

Positive experience: I was there Thursday. The hygienist was terrific! During the exam she used a scanner with a blue light to make an image of my teeth. I asked if this were new equipment and she said, no, we use it everytime when I don't get xrays. I said I have never had that done. She checked my records and confirmed it had never been done on me. Then, when checking out I usually see a dentist as I had a question ask. But no she just took me to the receptionist and I had to pay and leave. I am letting you know because I just.feel.I have not received the services I have paid for. So the hygienist gets all 3 stars.

They make you feel welcome and want to make sure you understand everything they need to try to do to correct any dental problems you have . They also explain the options you have for your dental care.

There was know sale pitch just only what I needed.had my second cleaning since a started only paid $20 dollars my insurance took care of the rest as of last time. My root canals that I really needed was the only higher pay around $624 after my insurance paid there's due to my 25%

Fantastic experience: The best dentist office I have ever visited. Front desk is super nice and welcomes you. Insurance was already set prior to appointment. All three doctors are so nice, professional and educational. I am not picky with which hygienist I have so I have tried all of the hygienist over the years and could not tell you which one is my favorite because they are so amazing and detailed. I have recommended family here and they travel from Ellijay now because they see how detailed and caring this office is. 100/100 they are like family to me!

Negative experience: I went there for a couple of years and was consistently bombarded with sales pitch for other services. I showed up for my cleaning and was told I needed x rays almost every 6 months. My last visit I took time off of work to make the appointment for a cleaning. I was told I needed x rays again. I refuse as its obviously not good to have radiation consistently blasted into one of the most absorbant parts of your body. They told me they would not do my cleaning without the x rays. So I wasted my vacation time for work for nothing. They told me its just like a mechanic needing to look under the hood to do repairs. I told them its like going for a car wash and having the cleaning crew want to look under the hood and take apart the engine to see what they can find. I realize now its not about my health its about paying off their expensive equipment and profit. This place is a scam.

Taking the time to make you feel comfortable in all aspects of the cleaning process. The front desk is always smiling and shows the attention you want when checking in. Negative experience: Being a new first time patient I was offered a special of x-rays, consultation and a cleaning for a certain price, so I made an appointment. Place was nice with all the latest equipment (very impressive) then came the staff very kind people. They gave me X-rays as expected then the sales pitch began. I felt like I had just walked into a used car lot. The sales pitch on everything from Invisalign, to deep cleaning , to night guards , then crowns or possibly a root canal. Well I knew I would need a crown but the other stuff not needed. I kept saying all I wanted was at this point was a cleaning but because I had a gum bleed ( which mine always do ) he said it was infected and couldn’t do a cleaning. WHAT! I’m 65 and never in all the years that I have been to the dentist have they never cleaned my teeth just because of a little bleeding . He proceeds to say it was infected and it would be dental malpractice if he cleaned them. He would clean them if I have a deep cleaning first of my tooth. I asked, do I need antibiotics for this supposed infected tooth, of course I didn’t. So I walked out paid my money and felt like I just been robbed. I just wanted a simple X-rays and cleaning to get the tarter off and a check on two teeth( that I knew I would eventually need work on) and leave. I have never ever had to go through this type of service with such a sales minded agenda before and thats all it was about *Selling*. I won’t be back for sure . So got to go and pay more money to get my teeth cleaned just hoping they will give me my X-rays which at this point probably is doubtful.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was very sweet and kind and helpful. I was saying in a timely manner. All procedures were explained to me in detail. I got a very nice care package for on my way out. I could not have asked for better service. I am so glad I found this dentist

Negative experience: Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice. But it was very very disappointing, because I was told over the phone that they work with people like myself that need to do payment plans. And that definitely was not the case. They came up with a plan to help my teeth, but would not accept a payment plan. Having cancer and on a fixed income , it's impossible for people in my situation to get their teeth fixed or just fixed enough to chew and smile. Out of the six dentist i visited, none including this one will accept a monthly payment plan. The dental companies that offer loans denied to help also. Again the people were nice but the outcome was horrible. Sign, Helpless

Fantastic experience: Lindze and Kaitlyn are the kindest assistant and hygienist I’ve ever met. They are both so knowledgeable and always suggest things but never push it. Kaitlyn is the greatest hygienist I’ve ever had! She is extremely effective yet gentle and I don’t get anxiety going to her. Dr. Wilder has the best bedside manner and approaches each situation with empathy and wisdom, which is exactly what you want from anyone messing with your mouth.

Fantastic experience: Great place that I would recommend to anyone! If you are currently serving or have served in the military, I highly recommend this place. They are familiar with Tricare and are willing to work with you on documentation needed for some of the work. The staff are always polite and if a mistake is made they are quick to fix it and make it better than it was.

Negative experience: Worst Dental practice. I received an email to confirm my appointment, I confirm it via the link on it. I arrive on time to my 7:30AM appointment the front desk lady told me that my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirm, at least day before 1:00PM. I even received the reminder the day before at 4:00PM. No cancellation call nor message. Waste of time and poor service. I do NOT recommend this practice. This review should be 0 stars but they force me to at least put 1.

Negative experience: Very bad experience!! Was told they accept my Delta Dental insurance (after calling and verifying my coverage at the office) they claimed that it doesn't cover any of my work!! Sent me a sales lady which was short and rude, tried to sell me $4000 cash treatment!!! Felt like I was dealing with a used car dealer! When I asked the front desk they said your insurance is for pediatric not Adults after verifying coverage was for an Adult!!! Worst experience I ever had in any Dental office!! Save you sanity and money and go somewhere else!!! Very disappointed!! Wish I can give zero stars!!!

Negative experience: My experience here has been a mixed bag. I like the staff and the work they do, but the lead times are ridiculous and they have made errors in their billing estimates that have cost me loads of money. I just got hit with a bill for almost $500 because of an error in their estimates of what the insurance would pay. To say the least I am not pleased. I own a company, when my estimates are off, I eat that cost. I was offered a payment plan! Lol. I think you share the burden of that since it was your estimate that was wrong but what do I know. Love the staff but they are over booked and overstretched.

Fantastic experience: The office is clean and everyone that you come into contact with on the premises will most likely go above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable space in which to operate. Good dental care is hard to find, I’m recommended them every time.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist after my dentist of 44 years retired. The front office were very cordial. However, it was a different story in the dental chair. The dental assistant ask ALL the questions. Even some the dentist should be asking. When the dentist came in she mostly ignored me. The assistant asked if I would give her permission to relay all information to the dentist. Which I thought was very unprofessional since I was sitting in the dental chair between the two of them. I went to get a cap put back on and told the assistant it had come off one or two times in five years. Her relay was that it had come out several times. I humbly corrected her on that statement. The dentist said she could not put it back on before even trying. I related to her that my retired dentist had put it back on before. And that could she please try. she made a less and a half hearted attempt and did not really try. I left the practice and went to a much more personable dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff here were so friendly and kind. Everybody knew exactly what they were talking about and they don’t make patients feel like a burden. The hygienist, Tara, was wonderful in the cleaning, X-ray, examination, and education process. I saw Dr. A, who was phenomenal and did a great job of explaining my diagnoses and what can be done for treatment. She also suggested some future treatment plans that can save me a lot of grief with further dental issues in the future, which I was grateful for. They addressed issues that no other dental practice had highlighted for me before, and what so can do to care for me teeth in a way that will save me a lot of money and strife for years to come.

Although I couldn’t get my teeth pulled there bc they were to much crushed for him to get out so I’m referred to a surgeon which is expensive but even the surgery center gave me some options with dental schools and urgent care for dental that I had no clue existed. I would recommend this place to anyone . There was a power outage and I wasn’t able to get my perscription until Monday . They gave me that appointment free ! They are amazing I’m getting my teeth out from their recommendation and I have a dental plan with him still bc they are still so great and empathetic. They are the best and so caring .I will not go anywhere else unless I have to ! Btw the do dentures !!!
