Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with Dental Depot. They are friendly, thorough, and affordable.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at my orthodontist’s office. My braces were adjusted and everything feels so much better now. The staff explained what was going on, reassured me that my bite blocker wasn’t actually loose, and made sure the wire issue I was having was fixed right away. They’re always patient, helpful, and make sure I leave feeling comfortable. Definitely recommend!

She welcomed me with such genuine care that I felt safe and looked after from the very beginning. Her patience, her smile, and the way she took time to explain things meant more than she probably realizes. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much warmth to a place but she does. Thanks to Erika and the entire team, I left feeling grateful and cared for.

Fantastic experience: Dental Depot is honestly one of the best dentist offices I’ve been to. Everyone there is friendly, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. The place is clean, the staff is helpful, and they actually take the time to explain what they’re doing so you’re not confused. I really appreciated how gentle they were during my cleaning and how they worked with me on scheduling. Overall, great service and I definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: I called last week to book an appt. She offered me next day cause that’s how un-booked and unbothered they were. I took a appt for a few days out. They called me today and canceled the appt and can’t get us in until February, for a cleaning? That really didn’t make any damn sense.

I was seen same day as calling had one tooth trimmed returned next day for the other extraction. All went smoothly! Staff are professional friendly and welcoming !

Negative experience: I wish I could give no stars. Erica is absolutely slow at her job. She doesn’t communicate, she lies about notating your account and then looks stupid when you ask about it the day of your appointment. She also looks like she hates her job or she’s always sleepy or something. I don’t know, something is just off about her. I feel like she does it on purpose. My orthodontist is great, but his staff is extremely lost. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: No problems. Came in for a 6 month checkup. X-rays taken, very professional cleaning and exam. No issues with my teeth, gums, etc. Made appointment for a follow-up in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been there before, yesterday was the best experience I have ever had at any dentist. Very polite and complimentary they really lifted my spirit yesterday.

Negative experience: I had a toothbreak back in February . I went to the dental depot here and Moore on the 4th . I was told I needed a root canal okay, NO INSURANCE. I paid for the first part of the service. 3 transactions on my debit card of $65.00 , $453.50 , $90.00. . Had sever pain over then next few days so I called and was told to come back no charge just to fix whatever was wrong. Perfect. I wasn't ready or able to afford the 2nd half of the root canal. Why do I keep getting billed for an outstanding balance... 3x I've called and they said it isn't outstanding that's just what needs to be paid to finish the procedure. We'll dr Casey had zero bedside manner and almost like he didn't believe me when I went back a few days after my initial visit. I decided then I wouldn't finish the root canal especially at that office .... btw the outstanding bills I call them about all say its going to go to a collection agency.. next time I get 1 I'll be up there to see y'all. Moore's dental depot is the worst....
