Positive experience: I was having insurance problems and they were really kind and patient with me. They helped me out so much while I was waiting for the insurance to be sorted out. Everyone was friendly and nice.

Fantastic experience: Crow Valley Dental is the very best dental care I have received in my lifetime.

Negative experience: I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time for a cleaning. The front desk staff were not helpful in letting me know what was going on. On the positive side, my hygienist was very good. In the past I’ve had surprise bills and ugly interactions with the front staff. The dental care itself has been good.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews before visiting them. All the negative reviews are somewhat related to their billing practices. Visit them only if you don’t mind paying way more than what you will expect for a normal dentist visit.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Crow Dental always provides me with great customer service. Dr. Malloy and the young lady who cleaned my teeth provided excellent service. They took care of what I needed and it didn’t take long.

Positive experience: My dental hygienist was terrific. She listened to my concerns regarding my head position and did not rush. However I didn't have to ask her to rinse my mouth more than once. She used some section for the little scaling it's but not to use my water. She answered all my questions too. The administrative staff was helpful and patient. Dr Malloy was quick and efficient.

Negative experience: Saw the dentist for 5 minutes. Asked about cost but it kept changing. Ended up owing $206.00 and they did nothing. They pushed getting me to setup to a care credit card to join their group??? for an extra $99.00 and then I noticed that they would access my bank account, with a bank I had never even heard of, to see if I qualified even joining. The dentist had a sign up stating he liked girls that got it going on and long eyelashes, with something else I can't even remember! I guess I didn't have what he was looking for as he was very hauty, along with the staff. What a joke. I will never go back, ever.

Negative experience: Told me I had a cracked tooth and need a crown for $1000. I saw a different dentist who did X-rays, guess what? NO cracked tooth!! Scammers!!

The girl that did my X-rays and took care of me, I think her name was dannie was very nice and helpful. I was very nervous and she eased a lot of my worries. Fantastic experience: Both my 3 year old (cleaning) and I (crown + fillings) enjoyed our experience at Crow Valley. The staff is fabulous & care was taken with painful procedures to ensure comfort. Dr. Malloy is quick, to the point, but friendly. When I had my crown + fillings done, we had a payment plan and work plan scheduled. With the toddler cleaning, I didn't realize a doctor exam charge + a charge for fluoride would be added. I wasn't asked if we wanted the fluoride, just done and then charged. I will know better next time, but wished additional charges would have approval before completion, or a good faith estimate given upon arrival. Otherwise, we were VERY pleased with our visit and will be back in the future.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dentist. They’re all so kind and they’ve done a great job so far with my dental care. I recently got a root canal and this is the first time I’ve had a dentist prescribe me steroids which has helped dramatically to reduce the pain. I’d definitely recommend to others.

Negative experience: The hygienists are very good. By the dentist barely says hi when he checks your mouth. Multiple visits from multiple members of my family the front office staff has had details mixed up. Their attitude about all of it is always terrible. Like the clinical team, but you have to endure the front office to get back there.

As I waited I seen smiling faces leaving giving me great hopes, the staff were more than kind and helpful and their amazing team work to handle their tasks could be hard over the counter. They took the time to truly explain and answer questions giving clear direction in the path moving forward. The atmosphere is very business and then you start talking and it feels like family. Definitely will be being my kids and self here in the future.

Negative experience: called to get an idea of cost lady was rude could not tell me what the out of pocket rate was or an general idea she said she could not transfer me to someone else in the office that could answer apparently no one knows how much services are was not looking for an exact number just a ballpark. dont want to pay for multiple visits to shop around pretty reasonable request

They really want to make sure you are taking care of but also listen to you. They have never been up in my face about spending money on procedures I do not want or need. Easy to schedule!

Fantastic experience: I’m a 23 year old who absolutely hates the dentist. In the past, I have had such a traumatic time dealing with my teeth. It’s ruined going to the dentist… I finally went back after almost a year without an exam and wound up at Crow Valley with Katy as my hygienist. And let me tell you….I had the most comforting, relaxing, and fun dentist appointment of my life. I will never go anywhere else and I will always request Katy from now on. I mean she was phenomenal. No extra pain, bleeding, or discomfort. She explained everything as she went and we had some awesome side conversations. I can’t express how grateful I am to have met her. Thanks for helping me with my anxieties, Katy and Crow Valley:)

Fantastic experience: It’s our first time going into this facility to get my son have a general check-in. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating definitely was a great experience.

Negative experience: High pressure to put crowns on older fillings. Fillings that weren't causing any issues. Felt a lot like a car dealership - with a kind of push to agree on a treatment plan. Not sure how they would get buy in from an insurance company for putting in crowns on fillings that don't yet have issues. Nobody wants a root canal, but you go to the dentist every 6 months in order to catch issues before they get bad.........just putting crowns on everything seems a bit overkill. Like replacing tires that aren't new anymore but still have thousands of miles of tread left in them.

Positive experience: Being new to the area, I was due for a cleaning and needed some other work done as well. I went in at the end of February. The front office, dental hygienist, and dentist were all very nice, professional, and thorough. Great atmosphere. But, when I went to set up an appointment to start fixing my dental issues, they could not work me in until June. I had no choice but to go elsewhere because I do not want to wait that long. If you only need a cleaning every 6 months, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Why does your billing invoice state "please pay" for a previous dental procedure performed on another date, this is confusing, your invoice should only state information for the procedure performed on that date or at least state more information for a procedure that is still waiting for payment from the insurance company (date of procedure and insurance co. waiting for payment).

Fantastic experience: This was my first adult dentist visit and I was not disappointed! The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Taylor was a pro at taking my X-rays and being patient and trialing different angles to get the best image possible. Megan was my hygienist and explained what they were doing, measuring and why. Dr. Hyatt came in and spoke with me and addressed all my concerns. I did not feel judged, or less than. Taylor then reviewed what Dr. Hyatt suggested/recommended in simpler terms. Macy came and talked to me regarding the treatment plan that had been put together for me and what my expense is or was after my insurance paid. Everything was prepared in steps. One thing at a time and the expense associated with each separate office. I was also given two brochures for separate payment options as well. It was refreshing to be at an office that operated like a well oiled machine.

Positive experience: First visit was good. Megan was great. Paperwork was too much for the first visit. Could have done online before the appointment or have mailed paperwork to complete at home before the visit.

Positive experience: Recommended by my sis to see Dr. Malloy. First time had cleaning, many X-rays, hygienist (think name was Katy) was very pleasant, patient, and thorough. Dr. Malloy professional, explained work needed, explained what should be done now and what can wait. Going back late March for crown. Will see how it goes from there.

Negative experience: I called and tried to make an appointment for a potential broken tooth, and the woman scheduling very matter-of-factly told me that the soonest they could get me in would be in a month. I asked her if they make exceptions for emergencies, and I was told that in the event of an emergency, they won't get people in unless something opens up on the schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience at Crow Valley Dental. I had a horrible experience at my previous dentist and was hesitant to go to anyone but they eased my fears immediately. They thoroughly explained everything to me, including pricing of the treatment plan, so nothing felt like a surprise. They’ve gained a lifetime client with me.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!! DISHONEST DENTIST!!! I took my 4 kids here. The first two finished, while the other two took their turn to go back. They told us we had cavities to fill. As a military family with lots of moves under our belt, I have run into dishonest dentists before. I politely told them we would get a second opinion first before scheduling to fill them. Dr Hyatt became so upset at this and literally kicked us out of the office right then and there. I had the other 2 kids in the middle of cleanings, and because I said I would get a second opinion on the cavities, the dentist told us they could no longer help us. He told them to stop their cleanings right in the middle of them. I was utterly shocked, and you could tell the hygienists and receptionists were too. They kept whispering how sorry they were. I took my kids 6 months later to another dentist for cleanings, and guess what!? Not one of them had a single cavity! Makes me so angry! My husband also went here, not realizing this was the place we had issues with. They told him he needed quite extensive work that would end up costing thousands. After coming home and talking, he realized it was the same place we had issues with. He, too, went to a second dentist 6 months later. He did not have a single cavity, and the tooth they said needed all the work was perfectly healthy. They just advised him to floss more, but otherwise, all was good. I have zero respect for such greedy, unprofessional, and unethical behavior. Disgusts me. Stay away from here!!!!
