Could not believe that dentures were fixed in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t use my dentures because I lost so much weight. It’s so great to be able to eat again! I’m 1000% satisfied! Fantastic experience: I visited Aspen on 9/29 for resizing my dentures. They very hospitable, professional and had the right personnel in position. It was a remarkable experience they fixed my problem, evaluated my mouth and jaw structure and proved future work I asked about. I could not have had a more through dental visit and the price was affordable.

Negative experience: glad I didn't get the most expensive, they fit really well in my pocket. I went back for an adjustment, less pain now when I eat a little better but still hurts I have to cut up into small pieces a grilled cheese sandwich because I have no bite felt like a fast food drive thru come back in 4 months

Negative experience: The dentist staff is very professional and did a very thorough and quality job on my root canal. The bad review is solely for the office staff. One of the main reasons people hate the dentist is because of their experience with the office staff and this staff really did their best job to reinforce this distrust. Lying about cost, multiple bills after the work was already completed, not disclosing all of the information before the procedure, not having me sign important forms and then having me come back to sign them, and a general appearance of disfunction and confusion. The office staff can’t even update the contact information on my account properly so they continue to call my wife instead of me after asking for it to be changed 4 times. Office manager told me in person she couldn’t tell why I was being charged for these things and said she would call with an explanation and that phone call never happened. Instead I got another bill in the mail for work that already is completed. I will never be returning to Aspen dental location after dealing with this staff.

Negative experience: The service could of been better. After sitting in the chair the front desk person comes in and says they do not take my health plan solstice. When I initially was told on the phone they do take it. Then the doctor tells me he has to refer me to another doctor office because they do not have the tools that could treat my implants that I already have. My implants are rather old. Then I was waiting to see financial advisor for more than 10 minutes. I finally left due to my ride showing up. I couldn't wait anymore. Other than these hiccups everyone was pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Wanting this to be known that after ALL that I have been through with my situation, we still are in the implant process stages, but Dr Klein & Terrika are exactly the hands that I can trust with my heart on every level of this “fixing” that they kindly arranged for me. I am not one for procedures in general, but those two made me so comfortable & at ease with their awesome bedside manner. It’s been a long ride and we still aren’t finished, but for what it’s worth, you guys are changing my life in ways I couldn’t ever dream of! Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Aspen, I was very nervous. Despite being nervous I was still in good spirit. When I got there I walked into a very welcoming atmosphere, still nervous I was treated by a nice lady who assured me everything was going to be okay. Time passed, got through the procedure's, And got my schedule and pricing. Unfortunately I was told that one of my teeth would have to be removed which devastated me. Despite feeling like my world just ended the dentist and his assistant assured me that everything would be okay. I have other things that need to be fixed but with time and faith with aspen i know everything will be okay. Finally when I got done I discussed my payment plan which is a big help considering my financial situation. I just wanted to share my experiences with anyone who’s considering going to Aspen.

Negative experience: TL:dr – they are utterly incompetent when it comes to billing at this location and the ‘corporate’ billing people have been completely useless in the 7 months I have been trying to get them to bill my insurance. The saga begins in January 2025 after moving back to Florida and very happy with Aspen Dental in my old state, I made an appointment to get established here. When I scheduled my appointment, I advised them I had new insurance, and they gladly took all the information. When they called to remind me of my appointment, they gleefully advised that my insurance covers everything. I was very happy to hear this. Appointment day and I go to the office, immediately there is a problem. They don’t have my new insurance information and need to collect it from me. No problem, here you go. Services are performed, I am advised that they can’t currently verify with insurance, and they will call back to update me. After about a month, I called the local office and inquired about my next appointment and insurance. Bad news… My insurance covers nothing and I will need to pay the full amount for any further appointments. I ask which insurance they have on file, and it is the old one – of course it isn’t covered, I have new insurance that I have given you twice, I give them the information once again. At this time, I’ve decided that maybe Aspen Dental isn’t the place for me any longer and schedule with a new dental practice. March now, I get a bill from Aspen Dental for the full charges of the one appointment in January. I call the billing number on the invoice and ask why you haven’t billed my insurance yet… They still have the old insurance information. I give it to these ‘corporate’ people, and they saw, we got this… I ask if I can disregard this bill and wait for a new one after insurance is billed, and they advise me that a new bill will be sent. May now and I ger another bill for the full amount. I called the number on the invoice to ask why they haven’t billed my insurance yet. The first guy just hangs up on me as I am clearly perturbed with this company. I call back and speak to another person who, again, takes my insurance information and calls the servicing office to confirm they have the information and will bill my insurance. I am assured that all is taken care of, there is a note on my account about the new insurance and the issues I have been having. July now, I get a final notice bill for the entire amount, insurance has still not been billed. I am not going to waste any time calling these people again, I have resigned myself to leave this review as a warning to some poor unsuspecting individual looking for a dental office. I will be paying the bill out of pocket and submitting a claim to my insurance company for reimbursement and informing my insurance company that they might want to reconsider partnering with Aspen Dental in this area.

Fantastic experience: My time today was extremely eventful today. There was a medical emergency with another patient. I was truly impressed with the quick response by the doctors and nurses. That patient was number one priority. The patient was never unattended. Once the paramedics arrived and they took over the care of the patient then others waiting to be seen were tended to. Apologies were given to waiting patients. Truly all of the people that tended to this patient should be commended for their quick actions and professional care they provided.

Fantastic experience: I visited Aspen Dental last week for a cleaning and a filling. Dinana, the dental assistant, took my X-rays and did the initial scans — she was kind and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Jenifer, the hygienist, performed my cleaning with great care and professionalism. Later, the doctor did a filling, and the procedure was amazing — I didn’t feel any pain at all. The whole team at Aspen Dental was attentive and made the entire experience smooth. I’m very happy with the care I received.

Fantastic experience: Sorry it took me a while to write this review. I had a wonderful experience with Aspen dental they did a lower Bridge for me with extractions. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist office in my 63 years. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Klein was very conscientious about explaining the procedure and how it would go. It went quickly, looks amazing and was not expensive. I would like to thank all the people in the office I interacted with. I will try to remember as many of the names as I can, Dr. Klein, Kasia, Ronnie, Alex, Jennifer, I’m sure I’m forgetting some names please forgive me, everyone there was respectful and treated me very kindly.

Negative experience: Ridiculous pricing and dental treatment plans. I got hit with a 35000 dollar treatment plan. The doctor told me one plan but changed it to a more costly plan when I had to sit down with their finance counselor. Kinda like a bait and switch. They only seem to care about milking you for every penny and refer you to lending agencies that charge 35% interest rates. No doubt getting some type of kick back for referring patients to these predatory lending services. This is worse than buying a car. And you can not really go “dentist shopping” like you can for a car. And I have top tier dental insurance and the cost is still a nice new car or a down payment for a house. It’s pure highway robbery. But the people seem nice though.

Positive experience: Being taken to the back and the initial time of contact by the xray tech was almost immediate and instant. HOWEVER, me having to wait for my "consult," after being seen by the dentist was absolutely horrific. It wasn't until I'd gathered my belongings and told someone sitting up front, that I was leaving, did anyone eve pretend as if they were going to see me. Fantastic experience: When I came into a small problem Star J. Helped me out tremendously. I have a great Dentist (Dr. Kline) & the team for explaining my dental work that has to been done. The staff treated me with respect & they showed genuine compassion for me. I’ve already told my family and friends this place is the best place for them. And they will work with you on all aspects of your care. They will also get you in asap when you are in need. The front desk was awesome as well, my visit today she apologised for the slight delay we had. Too bad I could only give them a 5 star rating, this team needs a 10 star all the way. This will be my dentist from here on out.

Fantastic experience: They took me in promptly. Everything went great. It was my first time at Aspen and it was kind of an emergency appointment. The Dr was thorough and patient at the same time. The woman that did my X-rays was very patient with me. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Negative experience: Friendly service, but that's where it ends. I went in to simply get a bottom plate made for my false teeth. Out of the gate, they're trying to sell me a $34000 surgical procedure. Needless to say, I left and will never go back.

Fantastic experience: At Aspen dental they really value their customers they value the health of your teeth and your smile. I’ve never been to a dentist in one day and was able to take x-rays molds scans pictures all in one day this group of professionals know how to get the job done and then timely fashion. On top of that, they were able to meet my expectations and knees financially to be able to proceed with the procedures. Fantastic experience: Aspen dental was great! They were able to get me in to be seen the very same day I called. They explained my treatment plan thoroughly, and were more than happy to answer all my questions. Every single person I spoke with from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist were all super friendly and polite. I do not have dental insurance, so another thing I liked was the variety of payment plans they offered. I will be recommending them to family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my first visit. The people were all courteous helpful and pleasant. I am in a wheelchair I only have one leg and everyone did every thing they could to help me. The person that did my cleaning took his time and did an excellent job. The lady that took care of the financial part was very patient and explained everything to me. The doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions. He took his time with me. Overall I had a great experience on my first visit and look forward to completing the balance of my visits to get my teeth back in shape. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Absolute wonderful experience. From check-in to checkout. The location is very well layed out and the attention to detail for a patient was very refreshing. The staff and Dr. Kline were very knowledgeable and took time to answer every question and gave a variety of options to care. This was my first appointment so be prepared to be there longer than normal due to the processes they have setup to ensure you are getting the proper care for your dental needs. Negative experience: I asked for Simple tooth extraction and they could not listen to my needs...spent an hour trying to upsell me saying I needed a bone graft as well for $2000+ .I left and had my tooth extracted elsewhere for. $390 with no mention of needing bone graft..Not dentists...Salespeople

Fantastic experience: From someone that has avoided dental work my whole life, I came to a point that I needed to finally face my fears and make an appointment. From the time I walked in the office I was greeted very nice. The whole staff was very polite and answered all of my questions. Met with Dr. Kline, and as I was afraid of, I was told I needed to have all of my remaining teeth extracted and was given multiple options of where to go after that. We sat down and discussed what the price was going to be for the procedure that was going to be a best fit for me. After coming to an agreement I was scheduled for temporary denture molding the following day and scheduled for a week after to start my procedure. I had 21 teeth removed and posts implanted on top and bottom. I had 2 Dr's working on me along with an assistant. Yes a long time of sitting but during that time almost all of the employees stuck there head in to ask if I was ok, and see how I was doing. Now it's the healing process before we go to the next stage. I will come back and share how the next part of this procedure goes. So far this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

Negative experience: I most certainly wont go back here. Sure they seem nice up front. I desparetely needed a tooth extraction i went there because their site said they would do it same day for 169.00 plus their initial visit of 29.00 seemed reasonable. Ha! But once i went up front the bill was $23,000. Wouldnt pull my tooth unless I agreed to fix my entire mouth. Not to mention they dont do any type of general anesthesia or gas they said. So i called back 2 days later and asked if they would refer me to an oral surgeon. Who then acted like its not that simple to fill out a piece of paper and send it. When it most certainly is. I called my old dentist who no longer takes my insurance which is why i was trying somewhere new and he sent a referal right on over to an oral surgeon of my choosing. Certainly didnt call them back to see if i could get a copy of those xrays I paid for.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone! The staff were very friendly and accommodating the facility very clean and presentable. The doctor and hygienist took very good care of me and explained thoroughly how to proceed with my treatment. the operations manager was very polite and informative with my payment plan going forward.

Negative experience: Review for Aspen Dental My experience with Aspen Dental was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The initial phone call with the office manager was unprofessional and, frankly, discriminatory. I was treated rudely and disrespected, and the manager ultimately hung up on me without resolving anything. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. When I visited the office, I was equally unimpressed. The facility was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained—it honestly felt like stepping back in time, and not in a good way. Cleanliness and a welcoming environment are the bare minimum for a healthcare facility, and this location failed to meet even those basic standards. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care from a place that advertises itself as patient-centered. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: First Impressions Sure Do Count. I recently visited Aspen Dental and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the initial call I received the afternoon after scheduling my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer's friendly voice on the other end gathering additional information for my upcoming appointment set the tone for a seamless experience. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and checked in, making the wait virtually nonexistent. The technician who took my x-rays was an absolute sweetheart – her kindness and warmth made me feel right at ease. Dr. Klein's chair side manner was outstanding. His charming personality immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to thoroughly review my charts and assess the implant I had recently received. He assured me that my issue could be resolved quickly and efficiently, which was a huge relief. After meeting with Dr. Klein, I met with the financial representative, who was incredibly helpful and thorough. She walked me through all my options, ensuring I understood every step of the process. Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental was exceptional. The entire staff, from Jennifer's initial call to Dr. Klein's caring demeanor, made me feel valued and supported. Fantastic experience: I have had some really horrible experiences with dental offices, but my experience at Aspen Dental has been better than I could have imagined. The entire staff has been patient, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Mike is the best! He went way above and beyond to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect! I look forward to my appointments because I know that I will be well taken care of by everyone at this location!

Positive experience: The employees were nice & fit me in to their busy schedule for an emergency cracked tooth extraction & implant. It was quite an ordeal for me….the staff was helpful & accommodating. The after pain was worse than I remember from my last implant but Dr Kline ordered the proper medications to help with my discomfort.

Fantastic experience: One of my back upper teeth was painful, I called aspen dental and got an appointment same day! I was happy to hear the consult and X-ray were only $29- super cheap! I got my problem looked at, all my X-rays, and didn’t have a babysitter so I had to bring my children in with me. They accommodated them, and the nurse, hygienist and doctor were extremely attentive and I felt comfortable. I also had my problem efficiently looked at the same day and he did fix what he thought was the root of the problem and for that I’m extremely grateful. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Just had a great visit at Aspen dental Bradenton. Everyone there there was professional and helpful. Had X-rays, saw a dental hygienist and a Dr. The DR told me he had good news that my problem to my upper teeth was caused by the way I my upper teeth grinded on my lower teeth which are implants and the pain (which had already discussed subsided greatly) would probably be gone in two days. Then came the real shocker, the dentist said there would be not charge for this visit since they didn't do much and I could come back later in the week and he would grind my upper teeth down to help prevent a recurance, again at no cost. I was shocked , shocked. Great place, great people.

Fantastic experience: I lost my dentures, and the team was fast and friendly in helping me get a new set paid for and ready for a future plan of implants, too. I got 2 steps done in one day, making it to where I'll get my final set on Friday; I went in on Monday. Thank you to the entire team for helping me get not only my smile back but also my confidence, too. I'll update a picture when I get my final set.

Fantastic experience: I would give 10 stars if it were possible. I broke a tooth and went to 3 different offices that said they "didn't think they accept my HMO". I finally went to Aspen. They advised they weren't sure but they actually took the time to call my insurance. The young lady waited on hold for quite some time and then took the time to verify my benefits. It was also late in the afternoon when I got there and they still took the time to see me. They also "fit me in" to get a cleaning whle I was waiting for the insurance verification as well as address the issue with my broken tooth. The Dentist wrote up a scope of work and and the office staff checked my coverage and were able to provide me with a quote by the time I was finished with my cleaning. They also walked me through getting financing so I can actually get ALL of the work I need done. Then, they also scheduled dates for all the services to be completed before I left the office, as well. They were ALL so genuinely caring and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs dental care.

Fantastic experience: The only thing I can say is MAKE APPT NOW!!! Every person in there cares. Even the ones I didn't talk too smiled at me. I had jaw surgery long ago and they were so patient with me. I'm actually excited to go back to the dentist lol. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience on my first visit to Aspen Dental in Bradenton, Florida. The receptionist was very friendly when I checked in. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was very pleasant. My hygienist Jennifer who did an exam and then cleaned my teeth was very professional and friendly. Dr Tran was very friendly and professional. He went over all my X-rays, pointing out any issues he saw and was very thorough with his explanations of any problems and or concerns. Would definitely recommend this office.

Negative experience: Money hungry, try to get into your pockets for all they can get, when you say thats too much and going for second opinion !!! Oh wait I think we might be able to do better. Give you low ball figure.. Make sure they get all their money then, schedule appointment. do the cheaper program and after temporay dentures have problems say "well; you will have problems with the lowers. If you don't want problems pay us ANOTHER 4 grand and we will make sure you don't. NOT disclosed at original visits. The old bait and switch tactics. don't bother to try to contact Corporate they don't just want money. Should have listened to my first thought leave and get another opinion, which I did after they grabbed money at Aspen and not want to return even when I said they had not touched anything. Very poor Filed with Better Business for fraudalant business practices
Fantastic experience: First of all, the staff and doctor were pleasant. I do not enjoy going to the the dentist. Everyone made me feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. BEST OF ALL, they have a lab at their office. In a couple of hours everything was done. That was very good.

Fantastic experience: Came in with extreme pain almost disabilitating. They took me right back and got the pain under control and quickly and professionally removed the truth. It was a pain-free extraction. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.
