Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to Ogden. I haven’t been to a dentist yet. Unfortunately, I had a tooth crack on Saturday. I looked online for dentists that accepted my insurance. I looked at probably 8 different offices and they all looked good. However, when I looked at Knight dentistry the feeling I had was different. The website was very comforting and welcoming. They were able to schedule me on Tuesday. The experience I had there was better than I could have expected. Everyone treated me like I was important and almost like family. I was hurting and nervous. Dr. Butler went above and beyond to help me get the care I need. It was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had without exaggeration. I needed a crown and a cavity filled and I felt zero pain, Dr Samuel and Dr Spencer worked fast and made sure I was comfortable (brought me a heated towel and let me pick a show on the tv with headphones) and I was out of there within 1.5 hours! I’m super glad I found this practice, going to the dentist has been daunting in the past and it wasn’t at all today.

Fantastic experience: I am one who hates and avoids the dentist. But I don't hate and wouldn't avoid this one. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was even kind of relaxing. The office is very nice looking and clean. My only inconvenience was mixing it up with the other two dentists and orthodontist in the same area.

Fantastic experience: The team at Knight Dental were quick, kind, and helpful. I have a lot of dentist anxiety, but was comfortable with their team. They got me scheduled for a necessary procedure right on the spot (I’ve tried to schedule this procedure with other providers before and had a lot of issues arranging everything) and they informed me of the costs. The office feels comfortable and looks very clean and nice. I had minimal anxiety when I returned for follow up appointments because my firsts experiences were so smooth. My procedure went well and everything healed nicely. They’re also helpful to get next steps scheduled so I didn’t have to remember to call them.

Negative experience: This is a wonderful office with friendly staff and the providers definitely are well skilled in their profession. I would recommend Drs. Knight if you don't plan to have emergencies or need a Monday or Friday appointment. The lack of availability if you should have an emergency is less than satisfactory and unacceptable in my opinion. I called on a Wednesday for an emergency, and the soonest they could get me in was the following Tuesday! I was told they only work one Friday a month and every other Monday (this so happened to be a four-day weekend for them this time). I was able to get in the next day with another provider in South Ogden who clearly puts patient care as their top priority. I felt the new provider was equally as skilled as the Knight Family and sadly, I will be moving my records after a 20+ year history with this group.

Fantastic experience: These guys are so great. I had an emergency and they were able to get me in right away. They were so good about taking extra care. They were very nice about my anxious feelings about my procedure. Spencer went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The office is gorgeous!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Knight, as Dr. Painless by a couple of his patients. Upon arriving, the office was more like what I expect from a spa. The staff was great extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had that same level of satisfaction with a dentist. He knew what needed to be done he treated me like family. Dr. Knight is very knowledgeable and now I understand why they refer to him as Dr. Painless.

Fantastic experience: Dr Knight has always been so good with our family of 8 and fitting us all in together. He is so wonderful with the kids and doesn't push them past what they can handle. Because of that my kids actually enjoy going to get their teeth cleaned and have any other work done. I also like how they give many options and don't push you in one direction.
