Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! Recently, I needed to get teeth extractions for my braces, and I was a little nervous at first. Thanks to Dr. Addamo and Pinky, I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I really appreciated how they checked in on me and went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. The post-care instructions were clear and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the entire procedure took only about an hour. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with Dr. Bohluli and his amazing team at Omega! I needed a root canal and was honestly a little nervous, but I barely felt anything during the entire procedure — it was unbelievably comfortable. I even had no pain afterward! Dr. Evans did an outstanding job restoring my tooth, and everything was completed in a single appointment. I was in and out of the chair so quickly, and the whole process felt effortless. Truly an amazing team — highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Hello, I’m very disappointed with your service. I called yesterday and cancelled my appointment, but today I received a call saying I still have an appointment and that the exam will cost $50. Also, when I tried to call your office, someone hung up on me while I was still speaking. This is very unprofessional. Please make sure my appointment is fully cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience today at Omega Dentistry after coming in for a root canal following a bad experience at a different well known chain dentist office. From start to finish the care was top- notch. The entire team was professional and patient, from the front desk to the back office! The office is beautiful and clean with high tech equipment as well! Go and visit them professionals I am sure you will be pleased. Dr. Pedram Bohluli and his assistant Jesus were professionals & the perfect! My root Canal was painless & fast! Guys this experience is different I am telling you go!

Negative experience: Been coming here for five years no issues. Last visit was horrible had a lady tell me I need to floss, as someone who brushes and flosses twice daily I was rather offended. She told me my gums were bleeding, when I floss my teeth at home I've never had bleeding gums. She was rough on me from the jump and I believe sliced my gum. I left the office with toothpaste in my ear from her roughness. What a terrible bedside manner. Acted like I had the worst teeth known to man kind told me I had recessions everywhere which idk what she is talking about prob just a new money ploy. Dentist checked me out and said my teeth were fine no cavities. If you are self conscious at all about anything this is the last place I recommend. People are scared enough to go to the dentist as it is, why on gods earth would they want to come here.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, excellent and amazing service. I went on Friday for four implants and bone graft. Wow the care and service provided was amazing. The staff and my doctor “ Dr: Sharon Farhadian” were the best so caring. The sedation process was flawless I promise this is the place to go. While in procedure they kept my family informed. I don’t like to go to the dentist because of past awful experiences and this place change my perception of going to the dentist. From the first moment you go in for consult to the date of service no problem what so ever. I promise I am not getting paid for this review. And the financing the pricing very workable. Blessings

You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. She really helped make my visit a positive one. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and friendly demeanor.

Negative experience: Great dentist, but I think I accidentally signed up for their “Unlimited Texting Plan.” My phone now has more messages from this office than from my own family. If I ever feel lonely, at least I know my dentist will check in… again… and again… and again. Please, I came for clean teeth, not a pen pal.

Negative experience: Spent 5 years here for braces and it was a complete waste of time and money. Overpriced, unprofessional, and I never felt welcome. An RDA even told me she wouldn’t work on my “mouth” again because it was “difficult and overcrowded.” My concerns were always dismissed. When I said my retainers weren’t keeping my teeth aligned, they brushed it off. During a cleaning a pore was exposed, and after months of complaints I’m still dealing with it. Looking back, I regret letting the aesthetics of this office influence my decision to start treatment here, but I was only 18 at the time.

Negative experience: I had composite/fillings in my front teeth and it fell off after 2 months. Then they wanted me to pay for the x-ray exam again. Honestly, drive to Mexico and do dental work there. It’s cheaper and higher quality than Omega.

She told me “he was fantastic”. The office staff was friendly and delightful. It’s hard to imagine that we’re saying this about a dental office but “it was amazing”.

Fantastic experience: This office is definitely worth the drive for me. It's always clean and the front and back staff are nice and friendly. I'm not a fan of going for cleanings and other stuff but I feel at ease here. After a procedure they even call and check in the next day to see how you're feeling. I spoke to a lady named Jordan who was just so professional and seemed to genuinely care that they provided good service. I'm definitely making sure the rest of the family starts coming here. Thanks Omega! 2025 update: Still 5 stars absolutely amazing staff with outstanding dental care. I had a broken tooth that began to abscess into my sinus cavity and they were able to get me in same day. They immediately started the process of cleaning and saving what we could. They were very honest and didn't do anything unnecessary which saved me thousands. I was impressed with the financing options they provided and after 2 months my teeth are better than before! Everyone was professional and knowledgeable from the front desk staff to the clinical assistants, treatment coordinator, insurance specialist, and a special shout-out to Dr. Khobyari for my brand new smile. The office manager Marco is also wonderful at making everything run smoothly and was so friendly every time I came in. Thank you so much Omega for taking the best care of me!

Negative experience: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Think twice before choosing this dentist office. During my daughter’s braces removal at Omega Dental, a filling from a prior injury—placed over 10 years ago—was damaged, leaving her with a chipped tooth. The technician who worked on her assured us it would be repaired at no cost. However, when we returned, they reversed course and insisted she pay out-of-pocket, claiming that’s not what was meant. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. What appeared to be an affordable option has turned into a disappointing and costly experience. Between the inconsistent communication and questionable billing practices, I can’t recommend Omega Dental in good faith. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere for care that’s transparent and trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. Though I've worked in the dental field before, I got anxiety just thinking of the pain I would be in after a dental procedure. This fear came from prior dentist that caused me so much pain that I stopped going. Just brushing, flossing, and scaling my own teeth. Well that caused damage and I had no choice but to find a dentist. I don't remember exactly how I found Omega Dental, but I'm glad that I did. It's a 40 minute drive from my home and that's okay. I've had oral surgery, a root canal, fillings.... I know, I know... and now I'm on a journey with braces. The staff is very nice, the office is very accommodating. The dentists are great!! I can tell you that I have felt No Pain during my procedures. Just a few pokes of lidocaine to numb the area and then they went to work on my teeth. Always stopping to make sure you're comfortable and not in pain. This was very important for me. They've won me over and I have been referring them to everyone I know.

Positive experience: I came in to get my braces taken off & Initially everything was going smoothly until I was called to the back. The first person with whom I was paired made me feel as if I inconvenienced her. She then told me that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get them taken off and she was only taking pictures for my retainer. This news was frustrating seeing that I had already waited 2 weeks prior. She then began the debonding process which confused me then, basically gave up & went to lunch I suppose. Anna in the process stepped up quickly and efficiently & did a stellar job at communicating & finishing in a timely manner. She exhibited exceptional professionalism & customer service which I feel she should be acknowledged for. Thanks again Anna for your time and patience.

Gisselle and Paola are incredibly sweet and friendly, making my daughter’s visits to the dentist as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Omega Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Omega Dental Specialists. I’ve been a patient since October and paid over $1,000 upfront for Invisalign treatment, but the way my appointments have been handled has been unacceptable. My very first appointment went smoothly, but every single one since has been canceled and pushed out by a month — sometimes just days before the scheduled date. One appointment had been booked over four months in advance, and they still canceled it less than a week before. Just recently, they confirmed my appointment one day and canceled it the next — again pushing me out by another month. When I try to reschedule, I’m typically given only one alternative date, and if that doesn’t work, I’m pushed even further out. The issue is always the specialist not being available, which tells me this office is overbooking patients or mismanaging their schedule. Every time I go in, it costs me 3 to 4 hours of my day — and with my wedding coming up, these delays are now impacting my treatment timeline and results. It feels like once they’ve received your payment, you’re no longer a priority. At this point, I can’t recommend this practice. If you’re considering Invisalign or any other treatment here, wait until you’re absolutely sure they can honor your schedule and provide consistent care. I’ve now had to consider transferring my case elsewhere just to stay on track.

Positive experience: So I have been debating so much in doing this review. The reason of why I decided to give them 3 stars is because even though they do offer the best service since you walk in until you walk out I still ended disappointed of how they judge their situations with every patient. I had went in for the first time to do something simple I really just wanted to try the service I was so satisfy with it so I decided to schedule my wisdom teeth removal with them everything perfect the day came I was nervous like crazy and they were so nice and talked me down the whole process and they tried to control me. I really wanted general anesthesia but I wasn't allow due to my high BMI (If you're overweight I really don't recommend you to come here). So I decided to do laughing gas to control my emotions as well. We started and when I tell y'all I felt the whole process it's like the anesthesia never kick in (doctor was also aware of this). This is honestly why I decided to give them the 3 stars because I honestly felt that I was judge by my body and probably was given less or not enough time to for my body to process the anesthesia and I understand that they have protocols and rules to follow for people with high BMI in regards of every patient. During the process the doctor I had asked me if I wanted to stop the process I did told him " no " because I just wanted to get over with. He continue as I asked him to but I could see in his eyes he was stressing because I was screaming in pain. Once we were done after 2 mins he walks away doesn't even explain why I felt the whole process or even a bye "get better soon" I was pretty disappointed about that. An hour and in half later the anesthesia kick in and it last 2 hours. Every body works differently and I just want to let people know if you're overweight this may not be the place to go and do any kind of the surgeries probably only simple checks up. Honestly they do have a clean and great service if we're being honest. Still thankful for the emotional support I received from this team.

Negative experience: Some of the front staff is snarky and rude. We deal with enough negativity in our lives and we certainly would like to avoid it when giving a business our money. As front staff your job is to be helpful, courteous, and display warmth. One bad apple can ruin your experience and ultimately, the front staff that you choose to employ is the face and a reflection of your business. Omega Dental needs to do better with their hiring process, because of that I will not be returning. Outside of that everything else is satisfactory. It is a clean facility. They perform decent dental work and it is conveniently located for those who live close to downtown or midtown. Good luck!

Negative experience: I had a lot for work to get done before the new year. Spent about 5-6000k for work they said was covered by insurance, which was not. The issue is they had already started the work and told me on my second appointment to get my permanent crown placed… so my tooth was drilled, a temp set and when I came in to get the perm they stopped me and had be do credit paperwork to get my dental work completed. Likely a scam. Editing: I thought it was a good dentist. I was billed for things my insurance didn’t cover and had to pay thousands of dollars. My dental work chipped. I go back in and they want more money. Nah, going to another dentist. Edit from Jan 5 2024- the chipped dental work they wanted 2k to replace their own bad work within a year, another dentist filled for 200 bucks and it’s still good a year after his work… def a scam dentist.

Negative experience: Stay away from this office, they seem nice, friendly, and concerned in the beginning. I have been waiting for 2 months for my crown to arrive. I have common sense. Its a money game for them. I have been trying to pay for services out of pocket since I stepped into the facility. Marco seem cool, down to earth at first. He insisted that I wait for my insurance to pay. I went along with it until recently. I have called several times, left messages, and when I do get someone on the phone, its oh Marco is with a patient. ( I am a patient too). As of today he has not returned my phone call. I had no problem paying for service my insurance would not cover. Dr Evans is a gem, its the front office staff that needs to be trained on how to treat patients. I am a RN and I know how it can be sometimes dealing with patients, As a professional you have to do your job well until beginning to end. Please consider another office to assist you with your dental needs. The doctor will never know what's going on because the front office staff is great at pretending.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best experience I had with my dental health. I was very nervous and had high anxiety and Dr Farhadian and Jackie were amazing as they talked me through the whole process. It was a breeze. I will never have anxiety about my treatments again.

Special Thanks to Jackie O and Dr. Evan who finally figured out and provided the solution as to finally fixing one of my implants (Jackie O should get a raise for paying attending to detail). Dr. Evan is the best dentist I have come across in years, compared to all of the other dentists I have had in the past. I was referred to Omega Dental by a good friend of mine who had his Dentures put in my Omega Dental and they look so natural. Omega Dental is also a one stop shop with specialists, surgeons (who put in my 4 implants), and dentists. I switch my son's dentist to Omega Dental as well.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience with Dr Addams and his Assistant Jackie. They had patience and explained everything. I was so nervous and they reassured me if I felt any pain to let them no. I felt no pain and had three teeth pulled
