Fantastic experience: This is my first visit with Dr. Adams at HEB Family Dentistry, Euless, TX, and I couldn’t have encountered a better dentist! I had a crown done and she was extremely gentle when applying the numbing agent in a very tender area (I actually didn’t feel a thing)! She was kind, explained the process well, she took her time and she willingly answered the few questions I had. Top notch dentist all the way!

Fantastic experience: Had another great experience at H-E-B Family Dentistry. Today, my experience was with Mario, who is always a ray of sunshine, Will, who was my hygienist, who handle my service professionally. He was very knowledgeable. This was the first time I had met Will. And of course Dr Adams was extremely friendly and explained exactly the next service that I needed. Dr. Masters has wonderful employees working there.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at my recent dental visit, and I have to give a huge shoutout to April , my dental hygienist. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She started with X-rays to help identify the concerns I’d been having, and then took me back for a more detailed set, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. April really set the tone for a great visit—she explained everything clearly and helped make the transition seamless when the doctor came in to go over his findings and recommendations. After that, April performed my biannual cleaning and did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future dental work, and I’ll always recommend April to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring hygienist. Thank you for making what could’ve been a nerve-wracking experience feel so comfortable and positive!

However, to top that off, Dr. Adams seemed to really know how to address my issues and she did it gently. Marilyn the dental assistant was excellent at keeping calm and informed. Both them are very personable. I've needed a new dentist for a long time and I feel very encouraged.

Negative experience: I would give this place a 0 if I could and I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s really really bad. So I went to this place for my friend’s cleaning. First of all they signed us for this plan and we paid for the plan which was okay and every X-rays and everything were done they came up with a bill way more than any other dentistry would charge you. They went over us with some plans which was a total scam because we were saving nothing with that at all it was just a trick to get you signed up. And after we said we will think about it they walked us up to the front desk and they made us wait for 10 mins for idk what. Then we went over and asked what it was for then they said they were charging us for the plan again which we basically paid before. If we didn’t ask they would have charged us again so no professionalism at all. They are just here to take your money. Run away from this place.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed it. Will was my latest hygienist and I really liked his style. He was slow and meticulous with his cleaning. He took his time and was good at letting me know the process. He didn't knick my gums or stab me either.

Fantastic experience: The office staff is incredible. I had a complex issue where multiple providers had to work together to get my loved one off blood thinners long enough to get a tooth pulled. They faxed everything for us and proactively updated me throughout the process. Delilah was so on top of everything!

But Dr Vu was very patiently explaining me all the treatment options with me I feel bit confident to go head with treatment Dian was also very humble and lady came to explain the budget plan was also very professional and answer all my questions and front desk Mario was also very soft speaking I will post more once my treatment start thanks H-E-B park dentistry for resuming my confidence. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here yesterday and there's many times as I've seen a dentist I've never had the 3D imaging of my teeth I think that's what it was. They were gentle they were polite they were helpful The dentist was very kind and I'm not used to that in a dentist and the most important thing is he was honest. I have a cracked crown and I was told by the dentist that I've been going to that it can't be, and I know one can't but the other one can be smoothed out and I was told that it couldn't be done and I knew it could be That's the most important thing is that a dentist is kind and honest so I would definitely recommend them

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn’t exactly my idea of a good time, but Elena somehow makes it a genuinely pleasant experience. She’s not only incredibly skilled hygienist, but she truly cares about her patients—and it shows. She takes her time, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and helps you understand how to take better care of your teeth without sounding like a lecture. The vibe in her exam room is calm and peaceful, with soothing music that makes you feel more like you’re at a spa than at the dentist (well, a spa where someone’s cleaning your teeth instead of giving you a facial). I always leave feeling refreshed, informed, and like I actually did something good for myself. Elena is fantastic—warm, professional, and thoughtful. Highly recommend her if you want someone who combines skill, care, and great vibes all in one.

Positive experience: Went for just a cleaning which was covered by my insurance. They said I was well beyond a normal cleaning, that I needed a deep cleaning and that I also had 2 cavities for which they quoted me ~$700 (after insurance). I called a different dentist which quoted me way less for the same services and when I showed up he said the was no need for a deep cleaning, a regular cleaning was enough and that I had no cavities but just 1 seal needed replacement. Ended up paying $36 vs ~$700 here.

Fantastic experience: This place was very professional and friendly. My daughter had an appointment and once we arrived, front desk checked us in quickly and then we were seen 5mins later. They gave us options on decision making and had payment options that were doable at the time. Very understanding and saw the immediate attention that my daughter needed for a root canal. It was just an easy process. Facility was very clean and I love the staff there.

Negative experience: Was not satisfied with my visit. I was told if my bridge had a hole to call and they would fix it but i couldn't understand why she let me leave with a hole. Food gets stuck in there all the time. They followed up and texted me asking how everything was, I never got a reply.

Fantastic experience: I personally hate, and I mean HATE the dentist. I've had nothing but painful and bad memories from dentists who simply didn't care if I was in pain or sensitive to the cold, of the shots hurt, if I wasn't fully numb, and so on. All accept for H-E-B Family dentistry. The doctor is very caring and knowledgeable on how to numb you and work on your mouth without making it feel like your being tortured. The staff is lovely and the DAs are lovely and help make the experience a calming one. 10/10 Ido recommend

Fantastic experience: Don't even hesitate about "NOT" coming to them for your dental work. I had been looking a long time for a honest dental group. I went to another dentist before here and they wanted, $1800 for root canal then $6700, my cost for some work and said they could not save the tooth and wanted to put me on a finance program. I found this practice close to the other one and they saved the tooth, and did basically the same work for $1400 my cost. Outstanding team with Good Old Customer service and care.. they will treat you like no other and take "HONEST" care of you.. Update has to go in for an emergency extraction and root canal. No pain during or after the procedure and still fair priced. THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN AT. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND HELP YA MELLOW OUT FROM THE Thought OF HAVING THE PROCEDURE. Negative experience: I came in today and I was disrespected by one of the front desk associates Edith decided to voice her opinion on my appearance and say aloud I look like a drug dealer on my way out. That is out right stereotypical , boarder line racist behavior and I don’t not appreciate or recommend that people of color visit this establishment.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years and found this place on google and it was the best decision ever!!! The staff is super friendly, super helpful and Nicole was outstanding!! She made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job on my cleaning! I highly highly recommend this place for any dental work or cleanings you might need!

Negative experience: I originally went to this location because of the 5 star reviews, as well as the location. My original appointment was Oct 7th. They called every day telling me they have an opening the day that the called and wanted to see if I wanted to come in earlier. I said no about 3 times & them eventually gave in and went in earlier. While sitting in the lobby it sounded like a call center. They kept calling patients asking if they wanted to come in earlier. When it was my turn, they did my X-ray, then the dental hygienist use a tool that looks like you scrape plaque off your teeth. I feel her like measuring my teeth with it. She would touch both ends of the teeth & then type a number on the computer. This has never happened before & it felt like she was just wasting my time. She recommended a a deep cleaning. She had a person from the front desk come in to discuss pricing. With insurance, they said a deep cleaning would be $430, that day. I was appalled at the price, especially since I had insurance. I declined and decided to leave. The next day I decided I would go ahead & schedule the cleaning & just never go back to them after I paid. I set the date for Oct 7th. Everyday they repeatedly called to get me to move my appointment. When the 4th call came in, said I just told someone yesterday, I did not want to switch my appointment and that now they are seeming like telemarketers. I said go ahead and cancel all together. He asked why & I told him. Do you know they called again the very next day & after 2 rings, immediately hung up. I think they finally realized or notated my account or something. Go at your own risk.They seem very money hungry.

Positive experience: I was 1st patient in office & 25 mins early for my 8am appt. 4 other patients came in after me, and all were taken before me. About 8:10 I was called to the back. Although I was not happy with my previous hygienist, it seems every time I go for my quarterly cleaning a new hygienist works on me. I do not appreciate having someone different each time & having to adjust to how they do my cleaning. After adjusting to my last hygienist, Nicole, I made my next appt with her. If I am lucky she will be available next time. Lastly, a report from the referred periodontist, that I saw 2 months prior had not been obtained prior to my visit & not followed up on until my visit. I don't even know if it was reviewed.....

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at H-E-B Family Dentistry! I saw Dr. Master and he is just wonderful! He explained the treatment plan very thoroughly and took his time answering any questions I may have! The whole team is amazing; from the front office staff to the hygienist to the assistants! They make you feel so welcome and at home! The office is very nice and clean and I was impressed with all the top notch equipment they use! Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent issue with my back tooth, I thought a filling had come out and I was really worried. HEB fit me into an appointment the next day and Dr. Adams gave me a couple of options. My tooth had cracked off! Do I go with: 1) conservative - filling, 2) thorough - crown, or 3) eeek - extraction and implant? I went with option 1. Knowing I have their professionalism and guidance in my corner, gives me peace of mind that when/if option 3 has to happen, that they’ll take care of me. I really enjoy my visits with Crystal and Dr. Adams! It feels like spending time with friends and I always get the best care. Dr. Adams is phenomenal; she provides the best support to ensure her patients comfort.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is so very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I love seeing Elena every 6 months! We’ve bonded over crafty projects, plants and fish. I’ve never felt so comfortable and reassured at a dentist office before. I’m so glad I switched to this office! Great service
