Fantastic experience: We are sooo glad we found Dr. Mark Wainwright! We are new to North Carolina, but Dr. Mark made us feel right at home. He is very patient, outlining my complicated situation and explaining all the options. His whole staff is kind, cheerful and helpful!

From the moment I walked in, 5 stars all the way, everyone was so polite and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Amelia who did my examination, x rays and cleaning. She's awesome. My hygienist, Christie M is always so friendly and does a thorough job while checking (during my cleaning)to make sure I am ok. I always feel valued and cared about! They always give back to the community, especially our veterans! When they hug you good bye you know you are valued! Yep hugs each visit!

With their expert eye for the situation, years of experience and insightful philosophy, I was able to accept a different outcome than I was expecting. They are well equipped for and so talented at performing every part of the procedure without referring me out for anything. Fantastic experience: My dentist retired in December and I heard numerous great things about Dr. Wassel, so I switched to Wainwright and Wassel. My experience was terrific. Great location. Large, impressive, clean office with great staff and modern equipment. A clear focus on service and patient comfort and satisfaction from the moment you arrive. Dr. Wassel is extremely knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I’m a pretty tough rater, but this is one of those occasional instances where I could have selected 6 stars. Whatever the business, when I walk in for the first time I have a very good idea if this is someplace I want to be a customer. This office passed with flying colors. I’m scheduled to return in May and my daughter and her fiancé are calling to schedule appointments tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: The appointment booking staff helped me by giving me an early morning appointment with Heather, my requested hygienist, who completed my x-rays and dental cleaning quickly and effectively. Dr. Wainwright checked my x-rays, examined my teeth and clearly described his recommendations. I was in and out in less than an hour with first class treatment. It’s Why I keep coming back even though I now live some distance from Raleigh.
